The property is a little older. My only complaint about my room is that I wish I had a walkout balcony but I did have a panoramic view stayed on the fourth floor. Property has a restaurant, a small store and a laundromat. Staff was very friendly. Beach was very clean. Had a lifeguard small convenience store across the street. Two really good restaurants across the street more towards the North end of the hotel zone area but overall 8 and 1/2 out of 10 definitely will be going back. Maybe getting a bigger unit with a full kitchen and a larger balcony

It was in great location. It provides all I need for small kitchen / cooking. It was a little confusing for check in process first becaus there is no reception desk but staff was very helpful. My wife loved this place. View was gorgeous as well as nice pool in the property.

En general es un buen lugar para descansar. Me gustó mucho porque no es un lugar con muchísimas habitaciones. Tiene fácil acceso a la playa, balcón frente al mar, bonita alberca, con elevador, estacionamiento,privacidad. Es modesto, tiene lo necesario, es limpio. Hay vigilancia, los vigilantes son muy amables lo cual se agradece. Al no tener tantos huéspedes. Buscábamos un lugar tranquilo con gente amable y lo encontramos. Tómalo en cuenta si lo que quieres es conocer Cancún, y percnotar en un lugar bonito, seguro y confortable.para mí no es necesario el lujo, la limpieza y seguridad son lo más importante. Gracias a Natalia, anfitriona, excelente persona.

Pros-ALL staff was attentive and communicative, even before our reservation date. Very helpful. Easy check in. There’s enough parking, small store at main entrance, good pool size, beach access, restaurant on site- with delicious food, and good drinks. Cons- Needs upgrades, it’s an older building and it definitely shows. I got the room with a separate queen bed on a “loft” but it’s a small space, you can’t stand straight. The ceiling had a huge crack. It has stairs with mini steps, without railing.

We had a great 10 days - staff was great and having a store, laundry, and restaurant on site was convenient. unit needed a better stocked kitchen with a toaster and flipper for eggs. more pots and pans. better selecting of plates bowls and utensils. building is showing its age but everything worked and lots of hot water. a bit of a language barrier but we are in a Spanish speaking country and managed to make out alright. Pool was nice and lots of room on the beach.

It was a beautiful, clean room with an amazing view of the pool & ocean. I had a fabulous time. My plane was delayed but there was still someone there to give me a key. These are apartments. The only suggestion I would like to make is that a bottle of water is supplied on arrival. Otherwise a perfect experience. There is a restaurant on the premises.

Is a nice area to stay, but we got trapped inside the elevator for about 3 mins, lights went off, no response pressing the emergency button, until another guest heard us screaming and open from outside.

It was a little difficult to find initially but once I understood the layout it was fine. The room is clean, neat, well maintained and has incredible views.There is a bodega on site for basic needs. There is restaurant on site overlooking the ocean. There are several restaurants in walking distance. The busses in Cancun are easy to use to go up town for shopping.

My biggest critique to get it out of the way - the instructions to find the place could be vastly improved. The apartment is in a complex called Cancun Plaza which would have been a huge help in finding it which seems to be an ongoing issue. Our driver could not find it, people at the gate seemed confused when we initially asked and they told us we weren't at the correct place! Check in process was easy, front desk team were easy to work with and very helpful. The building is older looking on the outside but a lot of renos seem to have been happening inside. We booked an oceanfront room and have zero regrets. The view from bed was beautiful and one of the best we have had. The room was very clean, had everything we needed. There is a small kitchen (we didn't use it), the bed and pillows were comfortable (for us), although the bathroom was a little tight for two people it wasn't a big deal at all. Our balcony was a great spot each evening to sit out and enjoy the breeze. Fireworks were set off a few places over our first night so we had a great show unexpectedly! There is a restaurant on-site - we had breakfast, it was fine but nothing to write home about, same for the drinks. We tried a restaurant a 5min walk away across the street and it was pretty good. There's an Oxxo across the street which was helpful for waters although it seemed there was a small convenience store on the property too that we discovered. All in we would return for another stay here!

booked the Ocean View hotel through Expedia, and upon arrival, I was asked to pay a $300 deposit via Stripe if I want the room code. I agreed, thinking it was standard procedure….. But even now, after my stay, I still haven’t received my deposit back yet! I’ve sent several messages and no one replies. It’s very frustrating and unprofessional. On top of that, the room wasn’t cleaned for four days during my stay. I honestly feel like I was scammed. Be careful if you’re considering this hotel – it does not feel trustworthy at all.

Check in was easy and well communicated but that was the only good thing about this stay. 3 of us stayed in the room, which had been stated in our booking but the room only had towels for 2. Both times when I WhatsApped for 1 more it was said there was no one available at the time to provide me one . When I went down to reception, they told me they couldn’t provide me anything as the room we were in wasn’t part of the larger complex - so only communication was through WhatsApp. There was a long thick hair attached to one of the mugs when we arrived, a swimsuit hygiene liner still stuck to the cupboard, the stovetop didn’t work and it appeared that someone had cooked eggs in the kettle? (Long white stringy things on the inside sides of the kettle). There was also a mystery cupboard above the wardrobe that looked to be full of old used towels. We had booked for 7 nights but only stayed 3 before we decided we just had to go somewhere else

The original room that we paid Hotels.com for 100% in full weeks before our travel was totally without a doubt not acceptable. Don't know where to start but no electricity in the bathroom (women need to blow dry and apply makeup) along with a supposed balcony which was like 12" in front to back depth. Simple thing might be providing an extension chord? You couldn't put a chair out on the supposed balcony also if you had a butt at all you had to lean backwards against the sliding glass. Get this if you opened the balcony sliding glass door the AC cut off. We were having our teeth pulled and needed a hotel room to lay around, watch TV, and set on the balcony. Luckily we contacted the condo manager guy, Miguel Artusa and he told me to settle down. Since it was a low volume week he had many empty units. So by paying more money we upgraded to an acceptable room and were basically happy during the 10 days of dental surgery. If Miguel has that same room in 6 months when we will have to go back for more teeth work we will rent the same one. It is so hot that local condos currently are advertising up to 63% off normal rates to book now for June.

Beautiful view, apartment had all we needed. Noisy ceiling fan, it wasn’t working properly as its light kept coming on in the middle of the night. Other than that, we were in the 4th floor directly in front of the ocean.

The check in process is a little strange. We weren't sure if the keyless entry code we had would continue working our entire stay. Older building but clean and all provisions needed were in the room, towels, soap & shampoo, fridge, dishes, etc. AMAZING VIEW from the balcony and beautiful beach and pool area. Peaceful and serene property. Rooms are not sound proof. Heard our neighbors quite a bit. Food & Bev service is slow, but OK... Speaking spanish was necessary... We would come back, had a great time.

Amazing Wifi to work. Amazing view from the balcony, great kitchen, fridge. Super great shower and beds really confortable!!! We will come back, everything was great! We had an increidble time and enjoyed the swimming pool! Shop downstairs and a supermarket in front. 100/10

Wosrt experience. Waited at main gate for two hours. Host forgot to send us room number and code. Then a shady lady came to show us the room took $350 cad deposit on top of room charges that we paid and left without the details. Stove wire was broken i text to host to let her know and get fixed. She blamed on me. Still waiting on my deposit to get back.

The communication is very poor. Checking in was horrible as phone #given wasn’t answered. Less than 24 hrs to go told to use WhatsApp. The tv, safe didn’t work for duration items in suite weren’t supplied as stated. The ad is misleading and overstated. They didn’t tell us about steep stairs to access unit. The lack of replies was the worst as they had my money and didn’t seem to care. The plaza is nice and there are many different owners.

El mayor problema es con la atención de los guardias quienes son muy groseros y prepotentes. En verdad te tratan muy mal y es muy incómodo. En segundo lugar no hay con quien hablar ni reportar nada, tienes que escribir por whatsapp y tampoco son muy amables. Las dos suites que reservamos tenían goteras y no pudimos resolver nada. El lugar no está mal pero con el servicio que ofrecen no quedan ganas de regresar.

booked the Ocean View hotel through Expedia, and upon arrival, I was asked to pay a $300 deposit via Stripe if I want the room code. I agreed, thinking it was standard procedure….. But even now, after my stay, I still haven’t received my deposit back yet! I’ve sent several messages and no one replies. It’s very frustrating and unprofessional. On top of that, the room wasn’t cleaned for four days during my stay. I honestly feel like I was scammed. Be careful if you’re considering this hotel – it does not feel trustworthy at all.

The property is a little older. My only complaint about my room is that I wish I had a walkout balcony but I did have a panoramic view stayed on the fourth floor. Property has a restaurant, a small store and a laundromat. Staff was very friendly. Beach was very clean. Had a lifeguard small convenience store across the street. Two really good restaurants across the street more towards the North end of the hotel zone area but overall 8 and 1/2 out of 10 definitely will be going back. Maybe getting a bigger unit with a full kitchen and a larger balcony

It was a little difficult to find initially but once I understood the layout it was fine. The room is clean, neat, well maintained and has incredible views.There is a bodega on site for basic needs. There is restaurant on site overlooking the ocean. There are several restaurants in walking distance. The busses in Cancun are easy to use to go up town for shopping.

My biggest critique to get it out of the way - the instructions to find the place could be vastly improved. The apartment is in a complex called Cancun Plaza which would have been a huge help in finding it which seems to be an ongoing issue. Our driver could not find it, people at the gate seemed confused when we initially asked and they told us we weren't at the correct place! Check in process was easy, front desk team were easy to work with and very helpful. The building is older looking on the outside but a lot of renos seem to have been happening inside. We booked an oceanfront room and have zero regrets. The view from bed was beautiful and one of the best we have had. The room was very clean, had everything we needed. There is a small kitchen (we didn't use it), the bed and pillows were comfortable (for us), although the bathroom was a little tight for two people it wasn't a big deal at all. Our balcony was a great spot each evening to sit out and enjoy the breeze. Fireworks were set off a few places over our first night so we had a great show unexpectedly! There is a restaurant on-site - we had breakfast, it was fine but nothing to write home about, same for the drinks. We tried a restaurant a 5min walk away across the street and it was pretty good. There's an Oxxo across the street which was helpful for waters although it seemed there was a small convenience store on the property too that we discovered. All in we would return for another stay here!

The apartments are cute. Beds arent comfortable at all. So you have a beautiful view but sleep miserable. A coffee pot with no coffee. The restaurant there absolutely sucked in both service and food so definitely recommend eating elsewhere. Overall nice place to stay minus those few i conviences.

Our stay was very pleasant and although the room didn't have the features listed in the room that I booked (a couch) the room was adequate. The kitchen bar area was well stocked and we were pleased with having a small fridge plus a microwave and stove. The bathroom is beautiful, all new granite and tile but one feature even most hotels lack - the lighting and the distance to the mirror over the sink made it almost impossible for my husband to shave. A small mirror on a moveable arm might be an added feature. The pool area is very nice and the bar serves quite good food. The location was very quiet and people were quite friendly. We stayed 12 days and enjoyed our mini vacation.

Pros-ALL staff was attentive and communicative, even before our reservation date. Very helpful. Easy check in. There’s enough parking, small store at main entrance, good pool size, beach access, restaurant on site- with delicious food, and good drinks. Cons- Needs upgrades, it’s an older building and it definitely shows. I got the room with a separate queen bed on a “loft” but it’s a small space, you can’t stand straight. The ceiling had a huge crack. It has stairs with mini steps, without railing.

The check in process is a little strange. We weren't sure if the keyless entry code we had would continue working our entire stay. Older building but clean and all provisions needed were in the room, towels, soap & shampoo, fridge, dishes, etc. AMAZING VIEW from the balcony and beautiful beach and pool area. Peaceful and serene property. Rooms are not sound proof. Heard our neighbors quite a bit. Food & Bev service is slow, but OK... Speaking spanish was necessary... We would come back, had a great time.
