I've stayed at this hotel before, and it was a good value once again. My room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The room's atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which I appreciated after a long day. The only small issue was that YouTube on the TV was set to Polish, but that wasn't a big problem for me since I know how to use the platform. The key card was a bit tricky to use in the hallway, but the staff helped me sort it out. Breakfast was okay, though the sausages and a temperature probe left in the meat platter weren't as appealing as the other options. The location is great if you want to be in the centre of Derby. It's just a short walk from the train station and only a few minutes to Derbion for shopping or food. Despite being so central, I found the area around the hotel surprisingly quiet at night, thanks to the car park near a Tesco Express, which made it easy to get a restful sleep.
