One person of the check in staff was nice and the concierge named Jason was awesome. When we checked out there was a lot of confusion as we were working from the lobby. Bathroom in basement was closed due to restaurant not being open yet and the 1st floor one was soiled by someone and unusable. When I went down to complain staff was snooty, joking and careless. I regret feeling pressured into paying 5% of hotel charges for tips. Room was nice and turn-down service was great. Location is awesome. Doesn’t quite live up to other Aethos hotels in standard

A bit of style over substance. The staff were lovely. However, gratuities are added to the final bill, along with late check-out charges, giving the impression that the hotel is trying to squeeze every dime out of the customer. Food and the attached Japanese restaurant are very good.
