Only stayed 1 night, pool was closed for cleaning. Water looked very milky. Room thermostat did not work. AC ran non stop making the room very cold. The rest of the stay was fine. Good location.

We have stayed at this particular Tru several time since 2021. The hotel is definitely seeing some wear and tear and generalmgrime build up in the bathrooms these days. I feel like for the premium cost of this hotel, that these types of things should be addressed more regularly. Specifically the grime around the shower and the fact that the bathroom door drags and sticks on the ground because it has gotten swollen over time from the water that runs out of the shower. Otherwise, the hotel is located central to all the attractions. Breakfast is good, although the day we left, the coffee was cold (at 5am and the desk clerk was just sitting at a breakfast table with his phone and computer) One of the drawls of this hotel is that they are dog friendly, even though we didn't end up traveling with our dog this last trip. We would stay here again if we were travelling with our dog, but we will probably look for a more economical option if the dog stays home.
