Parking was very tight and not easy to get in and out of. Train went by three different times during the night which was extremely loud. There is no insulation between floors so you can hear every noise from above.

Pros- very clean, very close to beach, great service at desk, loved jacuzzi Cons- walls are thin… could hear someone burp in other room and whoever was upstairs had kids that ran late in night then early in morning, only heard train 2x, bed was ok but pillows were hard The pros, for us, outweighed the cons

It was not overly clean. The coffee maker hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, we didn't use it and went out for coffee each morning. The shower curtain had mold on it. No sink in the bathroom. We brushed our teeth in the kitchenette. floors had sand on them from previous guests. I don't mind outdated rooms with uncomfortable beds as long as the place is clean, but it wasn't very clean. We stayed two nights and liked this for the location, walking distance to everything. The outside pool area was nice. Very overpriced for what you get.

Hotel room was clean and so was the pool! We will definitely be back again. We might bring mattress toppers next time but honestly the hotel had everything we needed. Kitchen was equipped and clean as well!

If you’re familiar with Old Orchard, this place is like all of the others. It’s old, as they all are. Our room was clean. TV did not work, we could not get wifi on any of our devices. The location is excellent, as is the pool. Those are about the only positives. The motel is under new management this year, they have a new reservation/payment processing system. After check in the staff tried to tell me my payment didn’t go through. After a quick call to my bank, they verified my payment DID go through. But through our entire stay the staff continued to say my payment was not received. It was a hassle, it had me worried over our whole vacation. I ended up having to call the bank 4 or 5 times. Rooms in OOB are expensive enough without feeling like you have to pay twice. Granted through the whole ordeal the staff was very friendly. Though they were wrong. I would imagine there have probably been more payment issues through the summer with this new system. Though I hope not for the guests’ sake. Without the payment issue, we would have stayed again, but now I doubt we will.

Trizzie checked us in early and was extremely welcoming and pleasant! She was extremely helpful, helped us get rooms right next to each other, parking spaces that were best for our vehicles, and early check-in for both rooms! We loved their pool. It was small, but big enough for us to play in and lounge around. Clean and perfect temperature! We were excited to find that beach access was a 2-minute walk, right across the street. We were able to walk down the street to the main shopping/dining/pier area for dinner, shopping, and rides and arcade too! Just a note: There are train tracks right behind the motel (we were at the end, right next to the tracks) and we were not bothered by the train overnight. It is LOUD during the day.

It was ok. The kitchen has the blow dryer in it . Which is unsanitary. The microwave made a ton of noise. The cable didnt work at all but the owner had staff bring a roku over so that was very helpful and nice. I found dirt and change under the bed drawer on the edge which tells me vacuuming is not the greatest. It was good for a night. I would never sty for any more than a day or 2.sorry. The ice machine was at the other hotel. Key didnt work and had to get a new one. Very minimal kichen utensils

We were not happy with our stay at your property. Beds are old and springs hurt your back. Furniture is old and dated and looked dirty as did the sheets and comforter. Dust ruffle has holes in it. Went to take a shower..no hot water...and when it finally gets warm it shuts off completely. Hot water in the kitchen area" Didnt take shower the next day. Very disappointed and I would not recommend staying here unless the do some major work. Room did not look anything like the photos. Very dark with low lighting. Chair in room was old and gross. It's amazing they get so much money for these rooms off season. Won't be back Positives. close to down town and beach.

I had a nice stay here. This is not a fancy motel but offers a clean room and with good accommodations at a good price. The desk clerk was extremely helpful. The location is exceptional as you are one block from the beach and 4 blocks from the square downtown. I would recommend this motel if you are looking for a no frills place to stay. I did not use the pool so I cannot speak to that.

A train comes by during the night and is very loud. Bed was fine. Poor internet access. People in office were very nice. Could walk to restaurants, very close to beach! Not what expected for the cost.

Property was great. No working tv and internet was in and out. But that wasnt a big deal just on the rainy day it would have been use8. Just so you know if you stay here the train is REALLY Loud. The tracks are right behind the property. If you are a light sleeper take that into consideration it runs at 1am and 4am.

When we checked in we were told yhe microwave was broken. Then when we tried to watch tv the cable did not work. The staff was super apologetic and was quick to remedy the issues. Their response to the issues we ran into was professional, courteous and fixed in timely manners.

Check in was quick and easy The woman that checked us in was very friendly and accommodating The room was dated but had everything we needed The grounds were clean and constantly being maintained by the great staff I was amazed at the girls that were working non stop but always took the time to engage us in conversation We asked for additional towels that were delivered almost instantaneously The location is great Short walking distance to everything! Check in was quick and easy The woman that checked us in was very friendly and accommodating The room was dated but had everything we needed The grounds were clean and constantly being maintained by the great staff I was amazed at the girls that were working non stop but always took the time to engage us in conversation We asked for additional towels that were delivered almost instantaneously The location is great Short walking distance to everything! We will definitely return in the future

Trizzie checked us in early and was extremely welcoming and pleasant! She was extremely helpful, helped us get rooms right next to each other, parking spaces that were best for our vehicles, and early check-in for both rooms! We loved their pool. It was small, but big enough for us to play in and lounge around. Clean and perfect temperature! We were excited to find that beach access was a 2-minute walk, right across the street. We were able to walk down the street to the main shopping/dining/pier area for dinner, shopping, and rides and arcade too! Just a note: There are train tracks right behind the motel (we were at the end, right next to the tracks) and we were not bothered by the train overnight. It is LOUD during the day.

Well located. Near everything you need for a tourist place. It's a good thing they have very stick rules for quietness after 10pm because the building is not very well insolated.

It was not overly clean. The coffee maker hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, we didn't use it and went out for coffee each morning. The shower curtain had mold on it. No sink in the bathroom. We brushed our teeth in the kitchenette. floors had sand on them from previous guests. I don't mind outdated rooms with uncomfortable beds as long as the place is clean, but it wasn't very clean. We stayed two nights and liked this for the location, walking distance to everything. The outside pool area was nice. Very overpriced for what you get.

Property was great. No working tv and internet was in and out. But that wasnt a big deal just on the rainy day it would have been use8. Just so you know if you stay here the train is REALLY Loud. The tracks are right behind the property. If you are a light sleeper take that into consideration it runs at 1am and 4am.

I had a nice stay here. This is not a fancy motel but offers a clean room and with good accommodations at a good price. The desk clerk was extremely helpful. The location is exceptional as you are one block from the beach and 4 blocks from the square downtown. I would recommend this motel if you are looking for a no frills place to stay. I did not use the pool so I cannot speak to that.

You need to know that the train is passing just beside the motel so that is not very confortable during the night! At least three times per night! Also the mattress was limit to be changed! I’m surprise for the price level of this unit. At least it was clean!

Got the king jacuzzi room. Supposed to be nice, well we got there and the AC was unbearably cold. Turned it down and then we soon found out why. Was anything above 64 degrees the room would be entirely wet from condensation or something I have no idea. And that was not with the jacuzzi on. You had to wipe your feet with a towel before you climb into bed the floors were so wet. Something is wrong. When told at the front desk they said okay we'll take a look at it. So paid all the money for an experience like this? I'll be sure to leave other feedback on my experience, they did not offer anything at all to compensate for such a bad stay. I would not recommend to anyone especially for the price.

the ceiling had a leak and instead of moving us they said we will get you more towels which meant 1 more towel. tried to turn the heat up and it was just blowing cold air. if you stay here do not expect anything nice.
