Overall very nice place. Enjoyed the pool and workout area, great breakfast with plenty of options. Big room, plenty of space for our family of 4. Check in was super fast. Great experience!

Indoor pool water temprature was cold and when inquired about it they closed it. Didn’t expext additional $20 dollar deposit per day for incidental charges. Still waiting to get deposit back. Lighting in room was dim. TV was not viewable in bed. Located in front room. Grandkids were disappointed about pool. Breakfast was good. Hotel clean. Overall enjoyed stay. Didn’t spend a lot of time at hotel but comfortable to come back to. Looking to get my $60 dollars back for unexpexted incidental deposit.

Beautiful newer hotel property. Whoever chose for the pool to be inside with zero ventilation has to not have a lot of sense. It’s a great indoor pool, however there no airflow and when the outside temp is over 95, it’s stifling inside the pool area like a sauna. There is one door to the outside that can be opened, however this is not enough. The pool area has a very strong bleach smell due to the poor ventilation. I would think this is unsafe to anyone with breathing ailments, including small children.

Everything was clean and comfortable, very happy with this hotel. Pool was a bit small, but the kids enjoyed it nonetheless

Great property! Gym was nice, indoor pool is not heated. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but very nice room and very spacious! Don’t recommend the eggs, no gluten free options besides them and sausage. Shawn was so friendly at check in and check out! Will definitely stay here again!

Very nice property. Wish the pool was a bit bigger and adults weren’t drinking and rough housing so my children could have gotten in.

New facility, in excellent condition. Breakfast was a very nice continental breakfast- biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, toast & muffins, cereals, & Chobani yogurts. Gym was good sized for a hotel gym. My only complaint is w/the eco friendly HVAC you can’t run the fan constantly to help block out hallway noise. So if you’re a light sleeper pack your noisemaker or download a white noise app. We were there for soccer and they had a nice laundry room for guest use. Would stay again.

Staff was friendly, helpful and kind. Rooms were CLEAN. Housekeeping was so nice and pleasant as well. I would definitely stay at this location again. Thanks to all of the staff!

The breakfast was absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! Unacceptable!!! Cleanliness was subpar!!! Hair dirt in tub in towels UNACCEPTABLE

The hotel was nice however we found a fake eyelash on our bed despite how clean the room looked. The beds and sofa sleepers are VERY uncomfortable. If you like super firm beds, this place is for you. The one ply toilet paper was definitely a disappointment. I don’t think I would stay again mostly due to how hard the beds are and the breakfast wasn’t that great either

Hotel seems new. Very clean both the lobby and the room. Parking lot was very brightly lit which is a plus as we arrived late at night. Good breakfast. Stayed for one night on our way home. Will stay again if passing thru OK

Altogether the stay was okay. It’s a safer area compared to some places in Tulsa. The biggest disappointment was we reserved a room on Expedia with a king and double bed, but they only had two double beds for us. That was hard for our family visit with small children. And the guy at the front desk wasn’t helpful. But the hotel itself was family friendly and the rooms were clean. One of the reserve blankets had hair on in, so we just left it in the closet. Also, The shower head was broken, but we still could use it, we just couldn’t let the kids turn the water on without us. Altogether it was a nice property, a good stay with kids, and staff were nice. The biggest problem was the bed for us.

The hotel was located in a convenient location near restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The lobby was an excellent place to hang out and my kids loved the pool. We loved the extra space in the room and the beds were comfortable. Overall the hotel was the cleanest I’ve been in lately.

This was my second time staying here and it didn't disappoint. Room was clean,check in was easy and hotel was in an area that seemed safe.

Our stay was amazing from the staff to the location of the hotel, only complaint my wife and I both have is the bed was SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE, I just about preferred to sleep in my car. Other than that it was a good place to be.

The design of the room was incomprehensible. The lighting in the room was horrible. I had to use flashlights to see things. Everything was very dim. One small LED above the desk, too high to do any good. One corner lamp that was incredibly weak and dim and yellow. Two book lights, one by each bed. And very dim lamps by the beds as well. No overhead lighting, and none of the lightbulbs were strong enough, except in the bathroom… which was so bright it caused its own issues. The door to the bathroom was frosted glass and located directly in front of the two queen beds. The light coming through that door illuminated the entire bedroom area. If my teens stayed out late and came in after I was asleep, the light woke me up. The same happened when I had to wake up earlier than my teens. Or if I needed the bathroom in the middle of the night. It’s a horrible design. Also, the toilet section of the bathroom totally could have been a separate area so people could use the shower while someone else used the bathroom. A waste that they did not design it this way. The bathroom had very limited storage space for supplies. No cabinets or drawers! Just counter space. The TV was located in a very inconvenient place, in between the couch and the beds so that neither could see the screen very well. Everything was clean and modern and service was great, but due to these design flaws, I would never recommend anyone stay here. The worst is the bathroom door. Put a solid door on there!!

The room with 2 queen beds was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the barn door bathroom. Also, having an extra sitting area .

This is a good hotel to stay at if you are coming to Tulsa. Easy highway access with lots of shopping and dining nearby. Great staff and service. We only had two minor complaints. The suite we were in had what was advertised as a “double sofa bed,” but was a couch with a trundle bed under it with the absolute worst mattress ever, it was a glorified bed of spring with a sheet on top. Also, the bathroom door was a sliding barn-style door with no lock. I was with my wife and kids so not the end of the world, but still strange. Overall, a good experience.

The rooms are very nice. The couch has a very low back and is uncomfortable to sit on for a period of time. If you are in your room, it’s hard to see the TV from the couch and you have to lay on your side on the bed to watch it as well. Other than that we enjoyed the room. The bed almost seemed like it old pillow top that seemed old

The room was very large. the price was good. the layout was nice. Very clean. Staff was very friendly. The room was dark, which is good for sleeping, but no overhead lights and not enough lamps. the bathroom door was frosted glass so if someone isnt getting up, the light from the bathroom shines directly into the eyes of whoever is sleeping. Highly recommended it though. Breakfast is adequate, but they have powdered egss.

Property is very clean and quiet, just what we needed for our getaway. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. The only area I’ve found that needs improvement is the pull out bed mattress. It was so springy my 3 year old didn’t even want to sleep on it. He ended up sleeping on the couch part instead. And slept all night, so at least the couch is comfy!

The property was spotless and the staff was extremely courteous. Due to a schedule change, I had to request an early check in. The staff worked diligently to accommodate my request and made it happen without issue. The beds slept really well and the hallways were very quiet.

We asked them to fix our Fridge which was not working in Room 204, and they did nothing.

Overall, it was nice. There are some design flaws (barn door to the bathroom can’t be locked, translucent door means light shines bright if someone in your party uses the bathroom at night). The rain caused an ant problem, but the front desk got us hooked up with a new room right away. The pool was small, but enough for the kiddos.

The evening staff or manager was great, the girl working the afternoon was not helpful and rather hateful.

Hotels.com check in was awful Hotel.con did not forward payment to SpringHill Suites. The two hotels.com reps could not help. Mr. Jacob’s at SpringHill called their contact at hotels.com and got it fixed finally. Mr. Jacobs and SpringHill saved the day. SpringHill ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotels.com ⭐️

Hotel was good Hotels.com didn’t send my payment to hotel and customer service at Hotels.com couldn’t get it fixed. Manager at hotel had to call their contact to fix hotels.com issue. Mr. Jacobs at SpringHill got it fixed.

The check in staff was great but the GM is unreasonable and will not discuss a refund after a room on our floor was on fire

This is a very nice and newer property in a great area that is easily accessible to most parts of the city by the Turnpike or Hwy 75. It’s a great value for the price.

Our stay was short (one night). We enjoyed being nearby (less than 3 miles) the event (River Spirit Casino) we traveled to Tulsa for at a lower rate than most other hotels with similar amenities. We also enjoyed a peaceful night’s rest and a clean, convenient, well-serviced continental breakfast. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There are many choices for shopping nearby; accessible primarily by automobile. Beware that there are no noticeable paths to nearby shopping for those wishing to walk or cycle.

This hotel is very clean. Check in was fast and easy. Their coffee is good too. Close by dining and shopping areas.

So clean, rooms was spacious and staff was friendly. It was close to shopping and the maybee center for the concert we was attending.

This hotel is about 15 minutes from downtown. I did not realize that when I made reservations. But it turned out to be easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go. We had 3 rooms, all good. Abuelo's across the street was excellent!

They seemed to be short-staffed staffed our rooms, among many other guests had to wait in the lobby for hours for their rooms to be ready. The rooms were clean and very nice, however, the beds are worn out and as far as breakfast is concerned, once it is stocked, they do not have anyone cleaning it up during the aloted breakfast time or restocking it. Not very professionally ran at all.

We loved the hotel. Wish breakfast had pancakes or waffles. The biscuits needed to be warmed longer.

This hotel was amazingly clean and beautiful. The pool had some of the clearest water. The staff were helpful and nice. Everything was amazing. Would have gave 5 stars but the breakfast was lacking and a little disappointing. I will stay here again in the future but skip the breakfast.
