Staff was courteous and helpful

Room very nice. Breakfast fresh and hot.

Rooms were dirty. Food was eh. Area was surrounded by homeless people.

We went down early around 7:30 am for breakfast and there was no coffee the breakfast things were gone we went to the front desk and the guy behind the desk said yeah we know when we said the re was no food or coffee we were told they ran out of everything this weekend. So I ask about us being reimbursed for our breakfast cost that it was included in our room price and he told me it was a courtesy we didn't pay for breakfast I was very upset I paid 245.00 for our room and expected breakfast too. I won't be going back to a Hilton owned property ever again they left a bad taste in my mouth paying so much and no breakfast. Plus other issues also

Overall, this was a great hotel. Great location right next to the BOK and within walking distance of the Arvest Convention Center. Very convenient that they have a parking garage you can park in, and I didn't have to worry about my vehicle. The only negative was the selection of drinks and snacks available at their snack area by the front desk. They only had one ice cream bar and it was definitely freezer-burnt and they were out of a lot of things. Not a deal breaker, but it was definitely irritating. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again!
