The best thing about this hotel is its price. It is a lot cheaper than ones in the Zone1/2 area. However, please consider that if you are taking public transportation into central London, the cost and time do add up (bus and tubes). If you are driving, this hotel will be the best. There are local corner stores, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The hotel is clean. WIFI is strong and stable. The hallway is like a maze and narrow, so you will have to carry the luggage one by one. The sound insulation is not that good, but luckily our neighbor sleeps early during our stay. The biggest downside is that there is no refrigerator/hairdryer in the room. You will have to ask the staff to put the food in the refrigerator in the kitchen and borrow the hairdryer every night. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is extremely friendly.

This is a small, older property with lots of stairs. Rooms have been updated and were comfortable. They accommodated my need for a fan (no AC) and hair dryer. All the room electrical outlets are in one corner of the room and none in the bathroom. The breakfast was okay, not great but adequate. The restaurant in the hotel had good food for dinner. Very close to bus stops that can get you to the trains easily.

This is the perfect place (single room) for the budget tourist. easy 10 min walk to the underground and the Elizabeth line and also next to a bus stop. The room is warm at night (no air conditioning in the room but there is a big window. Full English breakfast included. clean room and bathroom. I will stay here again when I return to London.

Easy check in with friendly staff. Room was comfortable and spacious. All of the property was clean. Our stay was because we had an early flight from Heathrow so this was a convenient location and the free parking is a major bonus in London. Cooked breakfast was included and you choose what you want. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will look at staying here first for any trip to London.

Great place to stay for base to travel to concert at Wembley Stadium and just outside the ULEZ zone. Free parking available and caught bus to stadium that are close and frequent to hotel. Hotel was clean and good breakfast. The decor and carpets a bit tired but reasonably priced for London area. Would definitely stay here again.

The bedroom was a good size with a large comfortable bed. The ceiling fan kept the room cool overnight. Breakfast is good. There is ample safe parking. The stair carpets are in poor condition, as is the paintwork on many of the doors. Nonetheless we would be happy to return to this hotel

The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the ensuite room i stayed in had everything i needed for a comfortable stay at a competitive price. Also the hotel is just a short walk to local bus stops to connect with local underground stations for easy access into London as well as being close to Heathrow.

My single room was certainly small, but it was clean, looked recently decorated, and had modern facilities that worked. The rest of the hotel also gave the impression of being clean and efficiently run. Breakfast was decent and adequate.

The hotel was okay overall, but when I got to me room the sheets had stains on them so I ask for new sheet and got them the next day as the maintenance team aren’t there 24/7, once I got the new sheets THEY HAD MORE STAINS ON THEM!!! There’s dust all over the room and this is definitely an older building. The walls are thin and you can hear everything from the neighbours. The staff were nice.

This was a budget hotel, so we didn't have high expectations, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. The staff were very pleasant and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. All four of us agreed that we would definitely stay here again.

Incredibly noisy on the weekends due to thin walls and a banquet hall that is rented out for parties. Cleanliness is poor and there was noticeable mold inside the bathroom. Fine for a single night stay, but if you have an early Sunday morning flight you may want to look elsewhere.

I stayed at the property for several days and generally had a very favorable opinion of the room and staff. I did have one comment and one concern. My comment is that the curtains could be more opaque. Sunrise comes very early in the morning and would prefer that it didn't wake me up at 4.00 in a bright room. My concern was more cataclysmic. On my last day, housekeeping had serviced the room. When i came back in the evening, my door was ajar. It looks like that housekeeping had not properly closed the door and anyone could've walked in after and stolen things. It looks like that didnt happen and i couldn't find anything missing, but the possibility was quite concerning.

Rooms clean but basic. Beds comfy enough. Staff are miserable and dont talk to you. Nobody there at breakfast to guide you where to sit etc. Basic cereals , nothing really children like. Your breakfast is served to you but they put it down and walk off without saying anything.

The breakfast was amazing and the Indian staff on reception was excellent. The rooms were dirty in that lots of hairs around the place that were not mine and they did not clean the rooms properly from one day to the next. They threw my Sunday news paper away that was no where near the bin and did not repay me or even try to relocate my news paper. I was very disappointed in the room service as they did not replace towels that were wet they just hung them up over a chair but the breakfast was really good

First up, the room was clean, it was quiet and the food at breakfast was good and service was efficient. However, reception was a little unfriendly with a big perspex screen, lots of forms and much more scrutiny of ID than other hotels. We had to fill a form in for breakfast on arrival, and the choices were quite bizarre. You could choose bacon and sausage but were then unable to choose hash brown, you could choose tomato or beans but not both, and when the breakfast came it was one sausage and one rasher of bacon. Honestly, just charge £2-£3 per person per night more and give a full choice and more generous portions. The hotel is like a rabbit warren, up and down stairs round corners which is quite characterful, but a little tricky to get back to reception. The room was smelly on entry, not sure what it was. The shower was poor, very little pressure and the temperature fluctuated wildly. This hotel will not be high on my list to go back to again.

Excellent hotel, staff were friendly and breakfast was most welcome! Room was clean and shower was a double tray big cubicle so very nice to use! With lots of American guests it made sense the bathroom and toilet etc accommodated that. TV was small as other reviewers have said but it's a hotel. I'm not sure who's staying there to watch TV. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Absolutely awful, furniture looked like it had been liberated from a skip, cleanliness was dreadful, free toiletries was 2 mini soaps only, the toilet was crammed into a corner so my 6ft tall husband had to poop side saddle and its flush was completely useless, the TV was tiny and miles away from the bed, the corridors were tight and there was no lift, there is a restaurant on the ground floor and this is all you can smell in your room, it was so hot it made us ill and the ceiling fan was next to useless, opening the windows helped a little with temperature but unfortunately it was main road and bus route all night. Paid hotel money for hostel conditions, do not recommend.

We went to this hotel after a concert at Wembley. It was a bit of a trek back but thankfully well connected to the bus routes and 20 minutes from Ealing Broadway train station. The room was basic but clean and was all we really needed for the night and we actually slept pretty well. The bathroom is a little cramped but the bedroom area itself was quite spacious and the beds relatively comfy. The only issue we had was the ceiling fan. It looked rather loose so we were scared to have it on at night in case it somehow fell down. Therefore, the room was rather hot and stuffy. The staff upon check in and check out were informative and friendly and were great at answering any questions we had. Thanks for a budget friendly stay.

The bedroom was a good size with a large comfortable bed. The ceiling fan kept the room cool overnight. Breakfast is good. There is ample safe parking. The stair carpets are in poor condition, as is the paintwork on many of the doors. Nonetheless we would be happy to return to this hotel

First up, the room was clean, it was quiet and the food at breakfast was good and service was efficient. However, reception was a little unfriendly with a big perspex screen, lots of forms and much more scrutiny of ID than other hotels. We had to fill a form in for breakfast on arrival, and the choices were quite bizarre. You could choose bacon and sausage but were then unable to choose hash brown, you could choose tomato or beans but not both, and when the breakfast came it was one sausage and one rasher of bacon. Honestly, just charge £2-£3 per person per night more and give a full choice and more generous portions. The hotel is like a rabbit warren, up and down stairs round corners which is quite characterful, but a little tricky to get back to reception. The room was smelly on entry, not sure what it was. The shower was poor, very little pressure and the temperature fluctuated wildly. This hotel will not be high on my list to go back to again.

Rooms clean but basic. Beds comfy enough. Staff are miserable and dont talk to you. Nobody there at breakfast to guide you where to sit etc. Basic cereals , nothing really children like. Your breakfast is served to you but they put it down and walk off without saying anything.

Friendly welcoming Staff, when we arrived at 22:30 hours to check in! Excellent Nepaali Indian restaurant downstairs for evening meals (with a discount for Hotel guests). Delicious cooked breakfast also included so a bonus for guests in these days where few hotels offer this! suggest more cupboard hangers. We had only 3! Enjoyed and would srag there again. Emily

The staff was there to help 24 hours a day and were very friendly. They served a good breakfast and dinner when I ate at the hotel restaurant. They arranged transportation when needed. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Overall a great experience.

The breakfast was amazing and the Indian staff on reception was excellent. The rooms were dirty in that lots of hairs around the place that were not mine and they did not clean the rooms properly from one day to the next. They threw my Sunday news paper away that was no where near the bin and did not repay me or even try to relocate my news paper. I was very disappointed in the room service as they did not replace towels that were wet they just hung them up over a chair but the breakfast was really good

Great place to stay for base to travel to concert at Wembley Stadium and just outside the ULEZ zone. Free parking available and caught bus to stadium that are close and frequent to hotel. Hotel was clean and good breakfast. The decor and carpets a bit tired but reasonably priced for London area. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a small, older property with lots of stairs. Rooms have been updated and were comfortable. They accommodated my need for a fan (no AC) and hair dryer. All the room electrical outlets are in one corner of the room and none in the bathroom. The breakfast was okay, not great but adequate. The restaurant in the hotel had good food for dinner. Very close to bus stops that can get you to the trains easily.

We were staying for two nights for the AC/DC concert at Wembley Stadium. I chose the hotel because of its location and price to the venue. We found the accommodation together with breakfast and the hospitality and helpfulness to be as good as we expected it to be for the price. There were other clients there for the concert so it showed that they had made the same judgement as ourselves.

Also I asked the reception at least once to tell the staff not to change my towels basically every day - and instead leave them for my entire stay of one week - but they kept putting in new towels. Perfect for our needs. I called to check the ground floor room was available for my octogenarian mother who struggles with stairs. It was and after booking via a third party app I called to confirm my request had been noted. It was. Room was perfect with easy access from the car park. Breakfast was excellent. Shame we couldn't stay to try the new Malaysian Tamil Street Food restaurant. Hopefully next time.
