All was great until we got ready to go down stairs for breakfast. They had two elevators and I was not working when we got there. This morning neither was working. We were on the third floor and my husband is disabled and unable to help get anything down the stairs. They sent one housekeeper to help, but I told her I needed more. She ended up having another young lady come. They should have had the other elevator worked on since it had been out for a week.

We had new E bikes on our vehicle and were concerned about security. Parking lot was gated and brightly lit! We stayed 2 nights . A few blocks from Beale St so walking was easy and no issues. I would stay again.

Check in was quick, staff friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean let down by a lumpy bed and pillows. Swimming pool nice, clean and warm with towels provided. Breakfast the usual scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, bread, orange juice, etc, etc. Having to wait for the lift was a pain to go one floor but the stairs took you straight out to the street or car park, there were no internal stairs. Walking distance to the Peabody Hotel and Beale Street but we didn’t feel safe walking back from Beale Street in the dark. Would I stay here again? No because I wouldn’t go to Memphis again. Would I recommend to a friend? Yes if they were going to Memphis.

Happy with the accomodation and breakfast. The use of single use plastics is not good. Also work was being done on the outside wall which led to the car being covered with polystyrene. The whole carpark was covered and basically allowed to disperse around the environment. Totally unaceptable

We had a nice time. Hotel is in a good location only a few blocks from Beale Street and the Riverfront. Free parking for a place so close to downtown was a definite plus. They are currently upgrading the building on the outside, so there is quite a bit of construction material and trucks around the building. Overall, it served our purpose well and we’d stay there again for sure.

The hotel was nice, the beds comfy, the staff pleasant. However, they were having issues with their elevator the night we arrived (was able to use it once), and the next morning so we had to walk 4 flights of stairs. My husband has a bum knee so struggled. When we left, the elevator wasn’t working so I had to make the trip up 4 flights of stairs 3 times to get all our stuff.

The staff was very pleasant and even gave us a different room because of exterior painting happening near our original room but unfortunately we had cockroaches in our bathroom and after I arrived home I noticed I was covered in bed bug bites!! We mentioned the cockroaches to the front staff when we left but didn't realize it was infested with bed bugs since the bite marks can take up to week to show on the skin. very disappointed to day the least. we picked this hotel because it was close to Beale St. but i would definitely not reccommend it to anyone.

The room was clean and comfortable. We were impressed at the cleanliness of the facility. The colors were modern and carpeting nice. The lobby is set up well and staffing attentive. They helped with dining/ walking suggestions and were friendly. We would stay here again. Great value!

The memory foam bed was fantastic, and the sheets were clean. The air conditioning worked, though it felt like the unit might be nearing the end of its life. Overall, the room was good, but it did seem like housekeeping had been a bit lazy with vacuuming in one of the corners—which makes me wonder what other details might have been overlooked. That aside, the staff were absolutely lovely, polite, and very helpful.

Absolutely vile hotel. The elevators and hallway smell like unrecognizable toxic fumes, and the sheets had a large blood stain and hair from prior guests. The hotel was poorly understaffed and check in took twenty minutes because no one was at the front desk. We paid about $140 and even that was overpriced.

Great location to downtown, you can see Beale St from the hotel. Refurbished rooms were clean. All the upholstered furniture was stained, not just in the room, but lobby and even outdoor furniture. This was disappointing as it was otherwise clean. LaTasha at the front desk was exceptional. All staff were friendly and helpful. Overall good experience.

Room was great, but deadbolt didn’t work. (It was fixed on day 3.) Remote control for TV broke on day 2 and never got fixed. Evening staff was great, but problems with daytime staff. (Requested things that never happened.). Beds were good. Breakfasts were good. Fairly close to Beale Street, but not safe to walk back at night.

Strong and bad smell, dirty bathroom with black hair on the floor and in the bathtub, wifi didn't work at all, poor breakfast, sausages were floating in oil and scrambled eggs were watery, otherwise you didn't have much choice, the air conditioning was noisy and the mattresses were uncomfortable. I don't recommend this hotel and we will never return.

Bed was high. Hard to get in the bed. We were charged twice for our stay but Hotels.com was able to get a refund for the second charge. Our plane arrived late so we were only in the room for less than 9 hours.

Hotel was easy to find, check in was straightforward, staff were all friendly and helpful, room was massive and had everything we needed, bed was comfy and good products in the bathroom. We were right next to the lift though which beeped loudly so that was a bit annoying. Breakfast was a fairly limited selection of bits but we found enough to eat and it was all good. Hotel location was good, just a 5 minute walk from Beale Street and 10 minute walk from Sun Studios. Was also a short drive from Graceland.

Tasha was the best - gave us lots of great information and was very helpful when we had a late arrival. We were very tired as our plane was late causing us to get a later flight into Memphis. She was pleasant and eagerly greeted us as we came through the door 😊. Room was nice & clean and the food was good. All in all a very good stay.

Woman at check-in was so rude and aggressive that the couple that was behind us in line stopped us later to ask about it. The next day my wife asked the front desk to exchange towels. She was berated and told to go find housekeeping and never bring towels to the lobby again. We are a mostly retired couple that travels a lot, we spent the previous night in a very nice Laquita in Missouri, not what we expect from this chain.

Excellent value in the downtown. It was less than a 10 minute walk to most of the attractions and restaurants, ie., Beale Street, the FedEx Forum, the Peabody Hotel, and several famous eateries. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and they serve free breakfast. Good experience, great price.

The property was newer and very clean. We were happy to be walking distance to Beale St. and convenient to most sites. Our only complaint was the “Gran Prix” raceway on Union St until 2:30 am, but that’s not the fault of the hotel. We felt that we were safe, even walking before dark. The parking area was gated and well lit.

Very friendly and helpful employees. Location was perfect for walking to downtown yet felt very safe. Loved having free on-site parking. Shower pressure needs to be improved. Breakfast was not great — waffles did not bake all the way through, eggs had no flavor, and OJ was watery. However, we would definitely stay here again due to location, cleanliness, and service.
