We stayed here one night before our resort on the lake was ready. It was perfect for what we needed. Comfy beds, air, a nice patio for morning coffee, and two pools. Breakfast was great and the front desk was very helpful. Great location in town, close to restaurants and the fort.

Well we travel a lot and I have to say I am totally surprised at this gem of a hotel. We wanted something within walking distance of restaurants, piers, attractions. The location is excellent! The staff are amazing, the hotel Is so charming and clean, and the amenities are great. It has 2 pools, loungers, hammocks and a nice hot buffet breakfast is included.oh they supplied 4 bottles of water in the mini fridge for free and had a water refill station at the reception desk. I would definitely stay here again.

Attention car il est noté grands lits mais en fait il s’agit de lit en 140 et non pas en 160 comme le veut la dénomination de grand lits. Tout ça reste un détail. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

Que tenga agua fría y caliente, para café o te disponible durante todo el día sin costo adicional, excelente que tenga, regadera, WC y lavavo por separado, además de vestidor, muy amplia la habitación, el desayuno incluído muy complejo y sabroso, el servicio y atención en recepción excelentes. Breakfast was nice, (it would be great to have coffee making in the room, but this was available at reception. Location is good, just back from the lake but central to restaurants and shops. The property is clean, the staff are very attentive and the location is great. All of the staff speak excellent english, so communication was never a problem for us. The wifi worked perfect which was a pleasant surprise. Overall I thought we recieved good value for what we paid and i would not hesitate to stay at the Azul 36 again

We really enjoy the stay. The rooms were beautiful and the staff really friendly. We only stayed one night, but wish we had planned for more days in Bacalar. If we come back we will use same hotel again. Only minus was that the air con in one of the rooms doesn’t worked.

Las instalaciones lucen como en las fotos, el servicio en recepción es más que excelente, en sí todo el personal es extremadamente amable y atento. Está a tan solo 2 cuadras del fuerte así que fácilmente se puede ir caminando. Como punto de mejora solo sería las almohadas, están un poco duras.
