We were immediately welcomed very warmly by the staf. The room was very spacious and boasted a great bathroom and shower. The breakfast buffet was delicous. 10/10 would recommend!

We really enjoy the stay. The rooms were beautiful and the staff really friendly. We only stayed one night, but wish we had planned for more days in Bacalar. If we come back we will use same hotel again. Only minus was that the air con in one of the rooms doesn’t worked.

We stayed here one night before our resort on the lake was ready. It was perfect for what we needed. Comfy beds, air, a nice patio for morning coffee, and two pools. Breakfast was great and the front desk was very helpful. Great location in town, close to restaurants and the fort.
