This hotel was perfect for our needs. It had 2 beds and an open concept which made it easy to store luggage. It is centrally located in the city and very close to the Piccadilly line which made getting to and from the airport easy. There are also plenty of restaurants and grocery stores around if you need a bite after traveling all day. Great spot. Would stay again.

My only question is: Why do you put your accessible rooms as far from the lift as possible.

Didn’t realise it was part of another hotel. Tried to check in at wrong one. When found the right one we waited a bit to be served. Weren’t even met with eye contact, never mind a smile. Weren’t given any directions to find room, and ended up in wrong hotel again. Shame because the room was nice, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was amazing.

Clean, modern hotel that is very well located for being a tourist at British Museum or getting the Eurostar train. Walkable to West End. Impressive breakfast buffet. Main complaint is hard not to get water on floor when using shower. We stayed in lovely Spring weather - not sure if there is A/C in summer as we did not need it.

Lots of things are really good about this hotel and it could really blow Travel Lodge and PI out of the water. Better facilities, bigger rooms, cheaper and massively comfortable beds. However, this place has one fatal flaw, (apart from no heating)it hasn’t got soft close doors so all you hear and feel, all night is banging and crashing.
