Overall, the hotel was great. Breakfast had some great choices and food was very good. Only complaint is that the pool doesn’t have heated water, it was freezing cold. Couldn’t swim very long.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Pool was dirty and smelly, our room wasn’t cleaned at all in the three days we were there - no fresh towels, trash not emptied. Wouldn’t reccomend.

Rooms were nice and clean the staff was friendly the breakfast was okay could have been better. The pool absolutely sucked it was very cold and dirty for being an indoor pool and the bath tub was slow draining so you basically stood in your shower water

The check in was great and the common area was clean and updated. The hallway was really dirty. Our room looked like they didn’t clean the floor in the bathroom at all with lots of other people’s hairs all over the floor. The bathtub had mold, too. The mini fridge had not been cleaned at all and was full of spilled food. The beds were lacking especially the pull out mattress. Though the pillows were better than normal. Also the coffee at breakfast was ridiculous. It was out of a special machine that took forever and on the weekend there was a line. We were in a hurry and couldn’t wait to get any. I was really disappointed. There should have been a separate carafe for those that didn’t want to wait.

Place was VERY dirty… like mold in the bathroom and urine stains around toilet. Loose change and spoiled food in between the couch cushions. Our room looked like they made the bed and left everything else.

I usually choose Holiday Inn because they are so clean and I typically have a good experience. At this particular hotel however, no one came to clean my room for the three nights I was there! When I inquired about it they just said it was odd and they didn’t know why. No apology. No offer to make it right. Disappointing.

There’s usually not someone at front desk. I had to keep coming back to check if anyone has finally returned to front desk several times just in my one-day stay. The hotel itself is nice, though the ice bucket had what looked like coffee grounds in it, the bathroom had pubic hair in a few places. The room had several USB power ports and electrical plugs. HBO and many other channels. Very slow, free, wifi that will disconnect you if you try downloading files.

Overall the stay was nice. Clean rooms. Only complaints were the strip by the bed didnt work to charge my phone, the toilet wouldnt flush properly unless you held it down, and the light in the entry and bathroom flickered.

The blinds didn’t not close and they were unwilling to transfer rooms or try to fix the blinds. I put blankets over the window but the manager gave me attitude about needing blankets to cover the window. Extremely rude and unhelpful.

Very quiet room. Love the black out shades. Breakfast was very good. So glad they brought back their original cinnamon rolls!! Very pleasant front desk staff.

General Manager had a terrible demeanor right from check in. I requested to move rooms because there was an issue with blinds/lighting and she would not help me or compensate me for the inconvenience because I booked through Expedia. I repeatedly asked for help and was repeatedly told flat out no. This was an expensive and uncomfortable stay and instead of help, she repeatedly hung up on me. I was a paying guest and was treated like less than because of the manner (Expedia) in which I booked my stay.

Got in late around 2 AM. Nate was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Room was clean, beds were nice. Went downstairs around 8:50 for breakfast, started picking through cold food, then some lady came inside the breakfast nook and said “leave some for the crew!” Then proceeded to close one of the doors, and turn off the lights. Not in my 10 years of travelling and seeing hundreds of different hotels, have I ever been greeted or been told that before. Then she said “we’re hungry too!” Normally if it was a playful encounter I would recognise this of course, but it was the way she said that and turned the lights off and closed the door.

Everything was great except the breakfast experience. Went down at 8am and there was no food. Part of the reason we booked this hotel was because breakfast was included. When i saw there was no food i said to my husband im not sure what we arw going to eat. There is no food. The hotel lady then snapped at me and said " how was i supposed to know how many people where coming to breakfast". " Its going to take atleast 20 min for food". We went upstairs and packed and came back down 25 min later and there still wasnt any food. We ended up going to Bob Evans for a great breakfast. Very disappointed with breakfast and the comments/ rudness from the breakfast staff.

The General Manager was terribly rude and unhelpful when I asked to switch rooms because my blinds weren’t working leaving me in a dark room with only lamplight all day. She hung up on me repeatedly when I was asking for help and literally laughed at me when I asked to speak to someone above her since I wasn’t getting any help from her at all. I’m not big on leaving reviews but I feel this was an exception because of the absolutely horrible customer service for a stay this expensive. Do better General Manager

This was my second visit at this hotel. The staff were great and very responsive. The room I had initially had an odd odour so I asked them about it. They switched my room immediately with no questions asked. Told me they would look into the initial room. The girl on the desk the first day was a trainee and was very good already!

Very clean in rooms and public areas. Everything worked. Parking area was clean and well lit. Room size was good. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Shower was a walk in. It was large, well lit and very clean. Breakfast was OK but not exceptional. It had the usual items. Location was good, near the interstate but far enough away to be quiet.

From the arrival to checking out, everything was fantastic! Breakfast area was clean and restocked all morning, good tasting, eating area was clean and kept up. Surrounding area was filled with food eateries, meijers next door for forgotten items, shops. Highly recommend this hotel. Staff was friendly, hotel very clean, room was large and comfortable.

Hotel was great. Stayed 5 nights and breakfast was the exact same thing every day. How about some real bacon and potatoes for a change. Front desk was unattended too many times. Spent ten minutes waiting one day and lady said she was busy with a customer in a room with a closed door. Huh?
