Property has not kept up maintenance. There needs to be upgrading on furniture in room and in common areas. Additionally, the walls are paper thin. You can hear every foot step and conversation. We had a noisy upstairs guest who was jumping and stomping from 6 pm - 1 am. We asked hotel staff for help and they said no. Another guest complained about same issue and front desk said there is nothing they could do about it. Additionally, there is a $4 charge to park In a regular open hotel lot and you have to give them your license plate number. I usually enjoy staying at Hilton hotels but this was not the best experience.

Should not have to pay for parking when you have a room. I had a parking pass at onestop which is right next to the hotel. Paying for parking is new for this hotel. I told the young lady i have a parking pass at 7pm and if i could park my truck for a couple hours. Nope, i still had to pay parking. So i wont stay here again. Plenty of hotels that dont make you pay for parking when you stay at the hotel. Also, does that mean if you have a local friend come over they pay for the hour or two they are their also.

This place was terrible from the start. The indoor pool was closed and we were told to walk across the parking lot to a neighboring hotel to use theirs. The bath tub in our room was filthy, the couch has huge rips in the cushions and my daughter ended up with looked like SEVERAL bed bug bites. The breakfast was awful.

Elevator out of order! Have my elderly mother & 2 grandchild. We were on the 4th floor. Went down for breakfast & had to take the stairs.

I been booking at this hotel every time I have to go to San Antonio for the past five years. Only complaint I have is that they need to fix the gym cable machine. Everything else is perfect and staff is super helpful and attentive.

The pool had a cockroach in it. Maintenance worker said it’s closed for cleaning, then I saw him take the cockroach out of the pool and was sweeping. Our room had old dog food in it. Only one working elevator which was broken the next morning and as a disabled person I had to be in pain walking up and down the steps. Person doing the breakfast could not keep up with the demand for drinks and my whole family had breakfast without anything to drink. Needs to invest in the drink dispenser as other hotels have. I figured this being a hotel owned by the Hilton it would be held to a much higher standard and not be a disappointing experience.

The staff was very friendly but the rooms were not so great. Dusty in the not so common areas like the top of the refrigerator and inside cabinets. Also Floor was not swept good as we found popcorn around the beds. Not a great room especially for the price

The detachable shower head didn’t work and the couch has so many holes with the stuffing hanging out. Some of the blankets have spots and stains. The elevators were not stable, the trash cans in the hall way were always full and smelled. The floors in main areas were always dirty. Trying to inform staff about this via text they initiated, I never received a response and the front desk staff did not care when I tried to let them know. Wish I could get a full refund for this entire stay.

My experience with this hotel was extremely poor, trashy. Not at all what I would have expected from a Hilton hotel. The wallpaper in the bathroom was torn and falling off, the couch cushions and pillows were torn and had holes in them, the carpet was torn, there was big roaches in the shower/bathroom, the bed sheets were stained, the pillows were limp, looked old and extremely used. I requested to be transferred to another room that had even worse conditions then the previous room my family was assigned to. The staff and free breakfast buffet were the only things that made it worth staying there. I will NEVER be staying at this location again, not even sure I'll be staying at a Hilton hotel again, Marriot has NEVER given me this horrible of an experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The room was spacious, offering plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was also spotlessly clean, from the lobby to the bathroom. Staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was quick and easy. Overall, a great experience — I’d definitely stay here again.

The room was very dirty. Broken chair. Door that will not close, refrigerator making sounds and very old. We opened the sofa bed and it was full of potato chips, and couldn’t use it. The carpet was very dirty. The bed was not made up properly. This was not at all as good as other HomeWood Suites we’ve been before. We didn’t like it at all.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious. The beds were supposed to be queen but they looked more like double beds. The room did not have a door between the living room and the bedroom, so privacy was an bi issue.

Rooms were clean and spacious, but didn’t like they’re kind of getting run down with wallpaper especially in the restroom peeling off and cushions on sofa torn. Very noisy, paper thin walls and door screeched very loud every time it was opened and closed.

This was by far my favorite stay in San Antonio to date. This will be my go to spot going foward. I have stayed at other nearby hotels and the service and atmosphere definitely is beyond my expectations. Great job and see you next month.

We called ahead of time and let them know our flight would be late and we would check in late. Once we arrived we found out that they had given away our room. We had to go to another hotel and pay more for a lesser hotel. Not pleased that our room was given away.

Check-In took 25 minutes in line with one person ahead of us. Called next day to get a receipt and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Called back, put on hold 4 minutes then cut off. Very gangster acting staff at the desk.

The room was clean and the staff was really nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we ran into a few issues. Check-in time is very strict. I've never experienced this with any hotel especial Hilton, but you literally can not check in until exactly 3, on, the, dot. Not a minute earlier. Which was quite an inconvenience for our family. Our room had two phones but none of them working. There was a crack in the widow and cracks all through out the hotel room ceiling. Some pieces of the tile flooring were coming up in the closet/bathroom. There were large roaches outside and my kids also ran into a couple of them while swimming in the pool. The breakfast was ok, nothing special.

We had reservations for 5 in a room that slept 6. Once we checked in we noticed only 2 bath towels. We asked for additional towels and were told they were completely out of towels and we would have to check back the next day after housekeeping had a chance to finish laundry. I was shocked that a major chain hotel would be completely out of towels for guests. I’ve never seen that before. Staff were friendly and apologetic about it and tried to make things but it took a while to finally get towels the next day. They were at or near capacity it seems but that’s not an excuse for not being properly equipped to provide basic needs for guests. No extra pillows were available either and each queen bed only had 3 pillows. Disappointed with Hilton to say the least.

Vehicle was broken into. GM was onsite but didn't know where the cameras were located and unaware that the camera facing the parking area was blocked by his newly planted palms. Asked for refund and he was absolutely against it. Even refused when Expedia and Hilton Honors called him. Unprofessional attitude towards guests.

My family and I had a wonderful stat at his hotel. We had the great breakfast every morning, used the laudromat, had plenty of free parking, employees bent over backward for us. I'd stay there again when visiting San Antonio. This place was so close to all the sights we wanted to visit. The Alamo,Doseum, Riverwalk, not mention right across from the Airport.

:The property is located very close to the air port. :Be sure to have a good security system on your truck. My brand new F-250 Lariat truck was stolen from the hotel parking lot. :Make sure you get your deposit back for incidentals as well.

It was a great location. Room was clean. Nice amenities. However, Staff wasn’t overly helpful. They weren’t rude or anything. They just didn’t seem to care to help. Only had 2 towels in our room and had to ask twice to get enough towels for our family of 5. Stay two nights and the room wasn’t refreshed. Maybe that’s policy but it wasn’t exactly clear. Our trash was overflowing. No towels at the pool. Went to front desk to ask for some and they said there weren’t any. They were washing some and they’d be ready in a couple of hours. The hotel is noisy at night. You can hear walking at all hours of the night. People talking in the hallway and next door. Dogs barking every few hours. Bring white noise or something. A/C wasn’t cold enough so the room was warm. Bring an extra fan. While it was a great location for the things we were wanting to do, the surrounding area is sketchy. Lock your car doors.

Check in was quick and easy. The staff was very kimd. The room was very spacious and everything was very clean. I did see some damages on the room but nothing major (peeled paint, ripped cushions, etc.) The suite we received was perfect for our family mini trip. It is located near many tourist areas. The only problem we encountered were creepy old men that were ataying there. They kept trying to speak to my young nieces (not even teens); but that's not the hotel's fault. Maybe just better security around the hotel in general would give others more peace. I did see all areas of hotel very clean every time I walked to any area. Wil definitely book here again.

Our room was nice and spacious. We were located by the elevators, which was noisy at times. Our neighbors were loud, but as I said the room and the beds were comfy. Breakfast needs improvement. There was hardly anything left (including coffee) when we arrived in the morning. It didn't matter what time we showed up. People before us were packing their plates and using tin foil to carry their food. It was disappointing to say the least. We ended up eating breakfast out for 2 mornings, which we shouldn't have to do when it's included in the cost of the hotel stay.

I asked the breakfast lady about the food she said no pork 15mins later same lady told me there is pork in the food. Rude with kids and helling at them not friendly racist unfriendly Not very diverse or understanding of different religions or cultures very rude and my hotel had dirty towels that were left in hotel from the guest before. If you ask for more things they are give you difficulty how many people in your room. No room service stay here 2 days terrible
