Asked front desk if we could stay another night in the same room. Said we could if we booked it the same way, through hotels.com so we do that and pay. But desk guy looked incredulous, said we had to cancel the previous booking even though that had been previous night. Said we were now double booked! Had to email the Hilton customer service to cancel previous booking which wasn't even valid anymore. They did refund but charged a fee, making it a lot more than just going to a different comparable Hotel down the road! That made a 5star go down to 4.5, I'm pretty easy going. But then, Holy Lord the pool for all 3 days was PACKED, understandable being summer but both kids & their parents were OUT OF CONTROL! There were people just looking at each other agast at the total anarchy. We were thanked a few times for having our kids under control, and we lasted less than 20 minutes sitting at a table hoping the parents who's probably less than year old cracked their head on the concrete might take their crew back to the room, but instead let the kid SCREAMMMMM until my 9 year old couldn't take it anymore and we left along with another guy. I chose this place specifically so my two kids could use the pool and i could very much needed, use the hot tub. Not a chance. I understand no one is monitoring the pool (the cleaners are great the whole area was gleaming),but the screaming was glass shattering, maybe put in an intercom in to keep some sense of order please.

We stayed here for a week and I liked how quiet, clean, and friendly the staff was. Some of the cons were the parking in which there were multiple people with trailers blocking 4-5 parking spots. The room we had said it had a full kitchen but doesn’t include a stove which didn’t make sense having a regular fridge and utensils for cooking. Out of the multiple washers and dryers they had only 1 set that worked. The washer worked alright but you had to dry your clothes 2-3 times before it was completely dry

Pool was freezing, not heated at all, I'd guess 50 degrees, hot tub was too hot, got lightheaded and dizzy after 7-8min. Room service only stopped once in 6 days and didn't replenish items. Breakfast buffet was really good. Property was clean, and staff were friendly and helpful.

We’ve stayed there before and really liked it. This time there were quite a few problems. There was something wrong with the heating in the pool area. The pool itself was freezing and the hot tub was uncomfortably hot. When we went to complain, the woman at the front desk said it was a known issue and we were able to go next door and use the pool. I feel like she should have told us that at check in. We heard another guest say the washer was broken. The person at the front desk told her to also go next door and use the washer there. There was also a back door that had been propped open even though the sign next to it asked guests to keep it closed for safety. It was back by the elevators so the person at the front desk wouldn’t have been able to monitor this. The person at the front desk though said they were propping it open on purpose.

Enjoyed our stay. Stayed 3 nights before our Alaskan cruise and one night afterwards. Away from SeaTac and downtown Seattle but convenient to base. Breakfast variety was abundant, coffee sometimes empty during day. Lots of cars in parking lot. Hot tub wasn't hot during our first stay but working again, during our one night stay. Safe neighborhood. Easy check-in and out.

Great property with clean room and helpful staff. Only one thing to mention is the property doesn’t have EV charging station on site but it is stated in the description of this property in Expedia App. That was a surprise as I have an electric vehicle. This was one of reasons I booked this property.

Everything was great! Except the guy that takes care of pool was trying to say jacuzzi was very hot when actually it was cool/warm. He argued with the very nice blond front desk person.

We enjoyed our stay! Ken at the front desk was aimed to please. He was friendly and wanted to make our stay was awesome. Our room had a slight odor, so we asked for another room and we were accommodated. The only real down fall was that in their amenities on the Hotels.com site it listed an EV charger, because of that we had rented an EV car and ran into charging issues. Many chargers in the area were either off line or extremely slow. Next time we will confirm the charger or just not rent an EV car.

Parking was horrible.. besides that, the hotel was great overall

I have used it several times. And this time I stayed there for 3 nights, but even though I requested it, they never cleaned the room, removed the trash, or changed the linens. If that's the case, the accommodation fee is too high. The location is good, but I don't think I'll choose it again.

Didn't look like the corner next to the vanity in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a while. There was a plastic fork, dirt, hair and some pills there. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Housekeepers need to do better we stayed for 2 weeks and they came to our room twice which one of the times i had to vacuum our room ourself...

Hallways and floors not clean. Pillows in my room had a bad smell.

The rooms and pool were dirty overall a good stay though

Hallway dirty. Endless cigarette butts near side entrance.

Bed cover was not changed and was filthy and full of what appeared to be either cat or dog hair.

The housekeepers need to be more involve. Been here for 2 weeks and had to vacuum my own room, get my own things and find somewhere to take out my trash.

Room was smelled of spoiled food or fruit, and big dirt in the toilet, not impressed! Staff were amazing though.

Overall happy with my choice. Very roomy rooms for the price. Very comfortable beds!

The room was great. It is a very usable space with lots of shelfs and work areas.

We had high expectations from a Hilton, but unfortunately, we found this to be one of the most basic Hilton hotels we've ever stayed at. The staff training seemed lacking; the evening staff provided incorrect information that the morning staff had to correct. The morning concierge was rude and dismissive, explaining that the previous night's staff were untrained and unaware of the check-out policies. Additionally, the internet connection was unreliable, constantly disconnecting. The breakfast was minimal, and overall, the experience felt more like staying at a Motel 6 or any basic roadside motel.

The rooms were very big, clean and comfortable. Lots of storage space. Would stay again.

Very close to Dupont gate if you're visiting someone at JBLM. The sister hotel next door is having a bunch of work done to it so the parking lot was pretty full. The AC in the room would'nt drop below 75 and we were only staying one night so not enough time to complain with the front desk.

The noise from train that comes by frequently in the evening and the noise from I5.

Very glad we chose this hotel coz the staff are so amazingly friendly and the room is very spacious , AC is also very good! Will stay there again!

We stayed for a lacrosse tournament and the room size was perfect

We enjoyed the hotel. The beds and pillows are comfy. Kitchen area was nice. Hot water shower perfect. Very spacious. Pubic hair in towel. No blanket or sheet for hideabed. Spatula with no stove not a problem just weird. The nighboring rooms and hallway were loud. All in all in would stay again. Great value.

Came to check in at 3:36 and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Lady helped everyone that came in after us first and apologized to them for the wait and said sorry and after 30+ minutes I asked when our room would be ready and she then decided to check on the room for us never apologized or said thank you for waiting probably because my boyfriend and I look young. Super disappointed as I booked this ahead of time and paid the same amount the other customers she was prioritizing before us. Went to the pool and a bunch of kids kicking balls in my face and running around. I don’t know if I picked the worst weekend to book but I will never be back.

The Hotel and all their staff were so graciously kind to us, they went above and beyond more than I ever expected for them to do. I had mention in the comments that we'd be celebrating our daughter's Birthday, and they went out of their way to help decorate our room! How sweet was that! Love them forever for that special touch and thoughtfulness. Definitely left a great impression. The friends and their parents were impressed as well, with your service and attention to detail. Job well done and I look forward to our future bookings here.

Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We were able to bring our dog, and they even had a door hanger to warn others there is a dog in the room. Hot breakfast was also very good.

I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The front desk staff on both check-in and check-out were wonderful. The breakfast had a lot of options. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again if the need ever arises.

My check in experience was wonderful, the gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and inviting. That was the only positive experience we had. My son ended up getting violently ill in the middle of the night resulting in a trip to the ER. During this even I went to the front desk to ask for help with the room trying to keep everything clean, there was a new gentleman there and was told there was no help, I was handed a bottle of cleaning solution and new bed sheets. We checked out the next morning and the same overnight front seat man was there and he continued to be useless.

Staff were definitely welcoming and people friendly. Made sure everything went smooth upon check in and throughout my stay. Appreciate the hospitality provided couldnt have been any better. Thank You!

Great experience with location and staff extreme step up from the hotel we had been ran out of afraid and disgusted

The staff are really friendly. Beds are comfortable and room is very large. Location is excellent. Only complaint was hot tub was very cold.

Return Customer. Won't stay anywhere else in the Tacoma area. This hotel is amazingly clean, safe and inviting. Reasonable pricing. Right off I5 for easy access. Will stay again soon.

Property & staff are nice. Area surrounding is unimpressive.

We were visiting someone on base and this hotel was directly across from a gate where we could come and go and never have to get on the interstate. It was also just a short drive to restaurants and a unique shopping center.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Very spacious. Really enjoyed being able to bring a pet. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location felt very safe. The breakfast there is very good. We really enjoyed the waffle station. The breakfast staff wasn’t as friendly though nor was the housekeeping staff. The hot tub was warm and there was so much chlorine in it that it stung our eyes. The tiles were also very slippery. The pool was very clean though.

I had a great stay. The room was nice and very clean. The bed was super comfy and I slept great. I usually ALWAYS bring my own pillow but didn’t have room in my carry on so took a gamble. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfy the pillows were. The free continental breakfast was good, with lots of options. I would definitely stay here again.

Mostly a good stay. There was a team staying there that got a little loud, but not too bad. The breakfast was OK- not great. Some of the food was on the less fresh side but it was mostly edible.

the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were flat. they seem to have trouble with staffing the breakfast shift. Most mornings they couldn't keep up with the demand for food. we could have uses more than 3 hangers in the closet.

This was a clean and comfortable stay and my kids really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was great but they couldn't keep anything in stock.

Hotel was very nice. Great hospitality, wonderful pool and hot tub, though the pool was on the smalller side it was still very fun. My room was great, had a kitchenette, 2 beds and a hid-a-bed. Clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was yummy but on New Years Day, it was hard for the staff person to keep up with the hot food items and forks. A suggestion: upgrade the coffee, other than that a wonderful stay!
