This is a great hotel for a Choice hotel in the area. I've stayed at most of them in the last few years. The elevator hasn't worked here any time I've stayed though which is concerning when you are carrying luggage. This stay the room didn't cool enough for me so I was disappointed. But again, for a budget hotel, this is the best in the area I've found.

The elevator was out of service during our stay. When we would return we would ask the front desk (his name is Sam) would just laugh and say "No". We had to use the stairwell which was un-airconditioned and extremely hot. We had to drag our luggage down the stairs. They didn't offer assistance or for us to be moved to the first floor, which would have solved the problem. Don't stay here.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Nice, comfy big bed. The shower had horrible water pressure, like it might have been more effective to use the bathroom sink. Also the hallways around the elevator and the elevator itself smelled horrible. Instead of removing that smell the hotel is using horribly overpowering scent diffusers that were their own problem. I think the place needs a deep clean and some maintenance but seems headed in the right direction.

We stayed overnight for a basketball game. It is not close to much. I was worried about my vehicle getting broke in to but that was fine. The gate doesn’t close. But the property is very clean and very comfortable.

The hotel was fine, but the "shuttle service" is misleading. They only offer shuttle service to the local airport, not Dallas Fort-Worth international airport. All they do is call an Uber for you anyway, so I don't know why they still offer it.

Sleep Inn was unknown to up to be in an unsafe part of Dallas. Woke up the morning of checkout to discover my vehicle was stolen from the front parking lot in full view of the security camera. Stay away from this area. The staff knows this goes on but could care less.

The facility was nice WAY BETTER THAN EXPECTED. STAFF WAS VERY NICE FRIENDLY. THE SECRITY MAN WAS ALSO VERY FRIENDLY. THE AREA AROUND THE BUILDING WAS NOT VERY NICE, HOWEVER THE SITE HAS A GREAT CIRCURITY FENCE CAMERAS AND A FULL TIME SECURITY GUARD. SO I PAID TO LEAVE MY CAR THERE FOR A WEEK INSTEAD OF PARKING AT THE AIRPORT. THE UBER RIDE TO THE AIRPORT TOOK 5 MINUTES. THE UBER DRIVER WAS GREAT. I WILL DO IT AGAIN IF NEEDED. HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS HOTEL AND PARKING SERVICE. EVERYTHING WORKED PERFECT FOR ME.

This hotel is in a very creepy neighborhood with nothing (food, convenience store, etc.) nearby. The room smelled like mold and I had severe allergic reactions in the room. The staff was really indifferent towards everything, and the window is facing an inside conference hall with no outdoors view at all.

I wouldn’t recommend this location. I had woken up with bites on my arm and when I turned the light on in the room I saw a bed bug crawling. I placed the bed bug in a napkin and took it to the reception as proof. The receptionist changed our rooms never apologizing. I asked if the hotel will pay for my belongings to get cleaned because I didn’t want to bring the bed bugs home. I was told no.. It was too late at night for us to get another hotel room and find anywhere to clean our belongings. Also, I didn’t want to take bed bugs with me to another hotel. So I took the offer to stay in another room. While in the other room I noticed that the bath tub was filthy and someone socks from the prior stay was in the room. I did mention to house keeping before leaving the hotel about the bed bugs and I was informed by housekeeping that no one had mentioned to him that the room was infested. Im pretty sure the room hadn’t been treated for bed bugs after my stay. When checking out I informed the morning receptionist of the condition of both rooms. No apology or stating that the issues would be addressed.

The hotel was run down and cleanliness was not up to par. There was a water leak in the ceiling of of our room, the sheets and curtain were dirty and the bathroom door was swollen from water. The hallways were being repaired and there was drywall all over the floor.

The property was in good condition and well maintained. It is a cheap budget hotel so its not super fancy but for the price it was a great place for a fun weekend with friends in dallas. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue I had with the room was that the air conditioning didnt work great so it was a little muggy / stuffy inside the room but other than that everything else was great.

The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. The only problem was that there was no tv channel menu or instructions that how to work the remote. They did have a gentleman come to me and explained how I worked.

The front desk clerk was great, but this property is run down. The TV was probably the smallest TV I've ever seen in a hotel room. I'm not sure the carpet in the room has ever been vacuumed. The beds were not comfortable and the bathroom door was coming apart at the bottom.

Extremely disappointing stay. Was only at the property for 4 hours due to a missed layover connection but we had several issues. Booked a King room and they only had a double full room upon our arrival. Advertised hotel shuttle for an additional charge which did not exist. The night auditor attempted to book Ubers on our behalf but they all canceled and we were left having to ride in the security guards pickup truck to catch our flight. Which, the truck was extremely messy, security guard refused to wear a seatbelt so it was constantly beeping, smelled like cigarettes, and we had to listen to an inappropriate political rant the entire ride to the airport. Property is very worn and dated, common areas are dirty, and there was a visible water leak from the roof in our room. Ownership clearly does not care about the property or their guests.

The staff was awesome. As we got to the hotel they lady at the front desk was awesome . Got me in to my room quick. She provided great customer service. We were in town for a couple days And the staff was outstanding. They guided us to th best places in town since we have never been to Dallas. I would like to Thank everyone for the great hospitality. We will definitely stay their again when we go back to Dallas. And definitely will recommend Sleep Inn .

Was charged $50 extra for the room which I didn’t expect and no that wasn’t part of the deposit because I paid that as well, then they gave me a key to room 114 when I walked in there was a couple in there already and of course they screamed which was even more embarrassing for me.

Front desk afternoon manager asked for a deposit AFTER staying there a week. Told us that the morning manager made a mistake by not collecting a deposit. We were extending our stay. Luckily we waited until the next morning when the morning manager was on duty and no extra deposit was required. The deposit requirement is deeply buried in the policies section of their advertisement.

Great stay. I was picked up by the shuttle quickly. The driver was very kind and offered me to make any stops if needed for food. The owner is onsite and greeted me, offered water. I can tell he has a hands on approach for his hotel. I admired how courteous his interactions with his staff were. Clean, quiet.

The phone in the room rang all night long. It started at 430pm. I called the front desk and informed them that people were calling for room service (make up beds and wanting directions). They just said ok. The phones rung at 1am 110am 2am. Really? When I left at 4am no one was at the desk but a bell to ring. I dont consider this service? What do you think? Room 226

Not very soundproof. The conversation in the room adjacent to mine was heard, and was so loud it kept me awake! The area where the hotel is located is “sketchy” at best… Very slimy and unsafe. Plus it’s not close to any restaurants or bars. I will not be staying here again, nor recommending it.

Perfect for a quick stop! Very well priced half way between main airport and downtown. Decent breakfast. Large well equipped rooms. Use the Lyft app to get around was only $20 from airport and $10 into downtown. Perfect stay will definitely stay again at that price range

I was not expecting the hotel to be a good stay, but to my surprise it won me over. I almost canceled thinking it was of a less quality hotel. It was hidden close to medical district and close to everything and eatery establishments. I would definingly book again.

I stayed the night in order to catch an early flight the next morning. The attendant was friendly and helpful. The lobby looks great and is clean. The room was very clean. I had the biscuits (fresh!) with some jam at the morning breakfast station and the coffee was fresh. The shuttle was easy with a friendly driver. It’s less than 10 minutes, I believe, to Love Field Airport.

The hotel on the inside looked and smelled clean. In the sleeping area the ac/fan was right over the bed. I think the room needed to be flipped. The beds on the opposite wall, then the tv stand etc on the opposite wall so the ac wouldn't be right over the bed. The breakfast was good overall, but no type of meat (bacon/ sausage).
