Room was clean, somehow bedroom and living room heaters were connected so both rooms had the same temperature even though we would have preferred for one to be 5 degrees warmer and the other 5 degrees cooler. Staff were amazing and helpful. Breakfast has gone down in quality and variety- same swill served 4 days in a row. Other 2 complaints were pool was freezing though we had been told heater was working (it wasnt!) and the pet trash bin in pet walking area was fulloverflowing on day one of our 4 day stay and still had not been emptied on day 4.

Spacious. Full kitchen was a nice bonus (not needed on this trip). Limited availability of handicap rooms unless booking a bit earlier. Plenty of available parking.

The hotel was just okay. The pool was small and cold. The kitchen stove worked pretty good but the sink garbage disposal was horrible. Staff wasnt at the front desk most of the time you had to wait until they saw you through a camera.

Had a lovely 4 night stay. Breakfast was nice, room had all we needed. Pool was cold but could be gotten used to- easy to know grandkids were done swimming when their lips turned blue. Only real complaint was the shower. Water pressure was barely a drip and there weren't any handrails even though the room was wheelchair accessible. Worst part was the shower head was about 10 feet up and impossible to manipulate for anyone shorter than 6+ feet tall. At 5'3" I almost killed myself trying to reach it to aim it where I needed the water to drip as I was searching for a lever or a way to turn the nozzle to increase the non-existent water pressure. The peril was increased 10 fold because of the lack of hand rails to hold while trying to stretch up high enough.

The room was not as clean as I would have expected on our check in. I found remnants of previous occupants in the bathroom. I will say that the Front Desk night staff was incredibly helpful when we needed extra blankets and pillows. The breakfast was nice. I would have been pleased with the experience if the room was more clean.

Very friendly and helpful desk staff; checkin was quick and easy. As we walked to our rooms, we saw bags of trash and dirty dishes waiting to be picked up in the hall. The breakfast room was unappetizing, with dirty tables and food spilled on the counters around the serving areas. Good that you used cardboard plates instead of styrofoam but there were NO receptacles for recylables. Room was terrific-- great attention to detail, nicely designed for convenience and comfort. Overall a nice hotel but I think they are understaffed.

Everything was fine, excellent even --- EXCEPT for the WiFi connections -- the directions to connect were complex, the connections not stable, and although the service seemed "free" there was a additional $5 a day for "premium" connection. Outdated. All hotels should have high-speed easy connected and free WiFi.

There was a glove in our sheets, and a bit of mold along the bottom sides of the shower. Other than that, the room was spacious and beautiful. Some staff were not attentive and did not ackowledge you at the desk if they were on the phone. The place overall was a nice stay.

Staff were exceptional (Cate and Kim in the evening and a woman who staffed the desk in the morning ( older with gray hair) Breakfast was fantastic both days. Everyone went above and beyond!

I would definitely stay here again! The staff was amazing! the room was amazing as well. i really enjoyed the shower products they offered. We brought our dog with us and they were super nice regarding pets. When we checked in we were meet with such kindness, as an LGBT couple im always nervous during check in but i felt so welcomed! definitely LGBT friendly! We went in the beginning of may and we pulled 7 ticks off of us and our dog. THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE HOTEL OR STAFF! Just be cautious when letting pets out and walking around the wooded areas in the back. All and all i would stay here again:)

My credit card declined the hotel transaction, so upon arrival hotel informed my room was cancelled. The hotel tried to reach out to me prior but i missed as i was driving. Luckily got another room at the same property. A bit stress at checkin. Otherwise good experience.

We really like this hotel. It is clean, so convenient to everything in Concord, while not being situated adjacent to a busy highway. Javing a kitchen with a normal-size refrigerator, and a nice amount of space overall in the room is wonderful. We used to live in Concord, and enjoy coming back to visit. This Marriott is perfect for us.
