I like the security that was over my vehicle I have a motorcycle so I really wanted to feel secure and there was a security all night that watch the vehicle and other security that walk the area , food at your fingertips restaurant all around and nice stay

The maid staff were nice and helpful. Room was clean and shower was hot and the AC cold. Online it shows a restaurant but it is no longer operating. The pool was refreshing but difficult to get out of as the ladder is quite short. Our room was away from the street so it was quiet. The day we were leaving, we asked at the desk if he could call us a taxi but he said no, so I asked at the desk of the hotel next door. No problem fot them to call us a taxi.

El hotel es antiguo y lo sabia desde que reserve, eso no me afecta, lo que si es muy molesto es que no esté limpio, había montones de cabellos en el baño, insectos en la habitación, grillos, unos mosquitos chiquititos que no pican pero molestan mucho y lo peor, cucarachas!!! Great place. My 3 star review is because of the WiFi. This is the second time I have stayed. The first time they had just gotten their new network installed back in spring of 2023 (at least that is what they told me. One year later and they still haven’t fixed it. I had so much work to do and I had to go to an Internet café to get it done to the folks that own the hotel capital U need to get this stuff fixed!!!!!!!

The only thing I didn't like is that they don’t have a coffe maker, microwave or mini-fridge in the room. They did have a small bottle of water. There is an oxxo close by so we could get our coffe and water. Other than that is a good area. I recommend going during the week when is quieter.

This was another 2 night stay this trip and all was as expected based on our last stay. The fellow at the reception desk is very nice and helpful. Our brief interaction with cleaning staff was kindly and amicable. The hotel location is wonderful for the exploration of shopping and restaurants in Mexicali. We certainly will be staying again in the not so distant future. For English speaking guests ... knowing very little Spanish will help you to enjoy your Mexico experiences immensely.

There was a slight problem with the receptionist, he charged more than once to stay for the night so I had to claim what was right, they refused to give me back refund so I had to fight for that transaction

Hotel economico, seguro, limpio, con a/c, tranquilo, excelente atención del personal!! . Bueno antes, tenian desayuno incluido, pero ya no, sin embargo esta en una avenida principal y hay mucha oferta gastronomica sobre la misma calle, muy buen hotel, recomiendo!!

The front desk to check in the old man gave a bad attitude right away because i came in late he tells me after 12:00 am we don't save the rooms but i was there before and i paid the insurance to protect me if i got there late leaving after work hitting traffic from LA , this old man got me mad then he tells me i have to pay again i told him i paid already online and then leaving he wanted me to pay for one more day i got very mad.

It’s a cute little hacienda. Only down fall is that there is a sign that says that it includes breakfast but that’s false. Other than that best feature were the beds. Slept more than 12 hours and I felt rested.
