Spend a week at this location close to Northwest hospital. The power went out on our second night. The place had no backup lights. No exit markings. You will need to bring your own portable heater because the bathrooms like the rest of the building are not heated damn cold. It is clean BUT if you share a bathroom with a guy down the hall expect pee on the floor etc. Parking is available but NOT well marked. No one to contact for information.

Check in and out was easy. A little bit difficult to find the back parking in the dark the first time, but once found it was easy and convenient. You have to be comfortable with other people. It is somewhat communal and seems like mostly solo travelers. The halls and rooms are not perfectly sound proof, so just be ok with people moving around and hearing it. Having a full kitchen is amazing and saved me so much money on eating.

In residential neighborhood. Clean, quiet, large kitchen and 2 large eating tables. Really no furniture or ambience in common area for relaxing, reading. Only an overhead light. No TV. Eight rooms, some with private bathroom. Everything is obviously closed up for security, so rooms were very hot. No AC in house, but freestanding fan in room. Small desk/light, bed in room; that's it. Nice bathroom. Parking in alley for some of the rooms, otherwise, out front. Would I stay here again? Maybe in cooler weather and if I just needed a place to sleep.

The facility is very nice. Lighting quit good except the was dark the first 1/2 way from the car. I was disappointed that there were no cups to drink from and to take my pills.

Great place when you just need a clean, quiet place to stay and don’t want to pay for weight rooms,, pools etc. Beautiful kitchen with a few cooking essentials. They provide coffee only. Free parking out front in residential neighborhood. This was our second time there and will stay again next time we come to Seattle for family. Thank you. Paper towels would be very nice to have in the kitchen.

There were ants in the bathroom but it’s also summertime. The closest outlet to the bed was not working. Thankfully we brought an extension chord and could charge our phones.

It was excellent. The host was very communicative, which made us feel safe. The house, bathroom, and room were all very clean. Overall, it was a very nice experience. The house was very close to the train station, making it super easy to move around. We also had our own parking, which was very nice.

We have stayed here a few times. Exceptionally clean, beautiful kitchen. Very basic with small room, no TV but does have the necessities. Definitely meets our needs we need to be in Seattle and will stay here next time.

There’s no front desk, we got the keypad info from the owner the day of our check in. The room was small, but was in good shape and the bathroom was nice and clean. The communal kitchen space was clean and neat. Walls were a bit thin, so you could hear talking in other rooms/in the shared spaces. Overall, a good space to stay for the price!

Clean is not the title that I would give this place. It was comfortable. Check in and out was very smooth and free parking was great! I did notice some stains on the bedding and a bad ant problem in the kitchen. I was staying here because I was sleeping at the UW hospital while my dad was sick. I really needed a good night rest and a homemade meal. I bought a few items to make dinner but ALL of the plates utensils and pans were greasy, which I rewashed. I was looking for a drinking cup and could not find a single one, I used a old soda can for water. Besides the ants in the kitchen, dirty dishes and curly hairs or beard clippings here and there in the bathroom, the place was clean-ish. Maybe I'm splitting hairs but if the first word for the room is CLEAN, my expectation was as such.

Pros: The room and the common area were clean. Sharing the refrigerator was not a problem. Using the access codes for building entry and room entry were easy, with no problems. The bathroom was modern, tiled, and had drawers for toiletry storage. Cons: The room was VERY small and was difficult to have suitcase (carry-on size) space and ease of movement for two people in the room. The king-sized bed was against the wall, so it was only possible to get into bed from one side. There was no air conditioning. There was no way to get cross-ventilation in the room. There were no wash cloths.

Check in instructions were easy. My only complaint is that their is a TON of light coming in through the venetian blinds and under the door. The light outside Room 5 windo is so bright you could almost read a book with the lights off in the room. Also the lights in the hallway are so bright that the 1 inch gap under the door allows a ton more light coming into the room from the other side. Is all this light necessary!?!? Thankfully I had an eye mask, white noise on my phone, and ear plugs. There was noise, some singing in the hallway at 6AM. The bed was comfortable enough and everything seemed clean. I consider my self a near professional level travel sleeper. I am prepared but if I wasn't that would have been a tough night.

An excellent place to stay with the understanding that you are sharing a bathroom and late arrivals will wake you up. With the window open, it was the the quietest place to stay ever. It would have been nice to have a second chair and folding luggage rack in the room.

Honestly, one of the best places I've ever stayed in! We had the king with the private bathroom - The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Having a designated parking spot was wonderful to have and it was a very quiet area to stay. We did not get to take full advantage of the kitchen aside from the microwave but upon looking around they truly had everything you needed to cook! I have family with food restrictions and this would be the first place I would ever recommend.

I did not like that the curtain for the large window in the bedroom was a bit too small to completely block the view. This was relegated to a minor concern when I found that the large, blurred window in the bathroom had no curtain, and I would be basically providing a low resolution view of me using the toilet or shower to the neighbors.

The facilities was very clean and of great value. The only inconvenience was expectations set regarding check-in. For example, upon booking my stay, I received instructions that a $100 refundable cash deposit plus a $15 nonrefundable cleaning fee will be required upon check-in so I went through the trouble of making sure I had the exact amount of cash on me prior to the trip. On the day of check-in, I received a text with check-in instructions, instructing me to pay the $15 cleaning fee via credit card instead. No mention was made of the $100 cash deposit. It was inconvenient for me to make a special trip to ensure that I have exactly $115 in cash for something that proved unnecessary.

Simple check in and out, nice clean rooms for reasonable price. No useful public transportation around there, but it seems that they will have a new train station nearby in the near future? So nice to visitors.

Very basic so I ended up feeling it was over priced. Lockbox outside room for checkin did not work. Another guest finally assisted me. No airconditioning( no wash clothes, fan’s cord too short to reach one available outlet. Very small room, no reading light at bedside. Won’t book here again.

Check in info wasn't actually clear that the lock boxes were outside each room. The numbers on key codes were very hard to read. The house is noisy due to lack of carpets and fabrics. There is no place to sit except at a kitchen table or your bed. There are no tv's. The worst was having inconsiderate guests that left dirty dishes and food debris in sinks! Would not stay there again.

It was excellent. The host was very communicative, which made us feel safe. The house, bathroom, and room were all very clean. Overall, it was a very nice experience. The house was very close to the train station, making it super easy to move around. We also had our own parking, which was very nice.

This property was a jewel. Close to Pikes Market and the the piers were about 20 minute away. Quiet neighborhood and the facility was clean, bright and open. Kitchen available for cooking and eating.

In residential neighborhood. Clean, quiet, large kitchen and 2 large eating tables. Really no furniture or ambience in common area for relaxing, reading. Only an overhead light. No TV. Eight rooms, some with private bathroom. Everything is obviously closed up for security, so rooms were very hot. No AC in house, but freestanding fan in room. Small desk/light, bed in room; that's it. Nice bathroom. Parking in alley for some of the rooms, otherwise, out front. Would I stay here again? Maybe in cooler weather and if I just needed a place to sleep.

Check in and out was easy. A little bit difficult to find the back parking in the dark the first time, but once found it was easy and convenient. You have to be comfortable with other people. It is somewhat communal and seems like mostly solo travelers. The halls and rooms are not perfectly sound proof, so just be ok with people moving around and hearing it. Having a full kitchen is amazing and saved me so much money on eating.

Probably could use more care and preperation for restroom sharing situation (maybe clothes hooks, shower soap dish or shelf, shower spash guard or splash mat shower mat, and extra TP and cleaners). Great place when you just need a clean, quiet place to stay and don’t want to pay for weight rooms,, pools etc. Beautiful kitchen with a few cooking essentials. They provide coffee only. Free parking out front in residential neighborhood. This was our second time there and will stay again next time we come to Seattle for family. Thank you. Paper towels would be very nice to have in the kitchen.

Honestly, one of the best places I've ever stayed in! We had the king with the private bathroom - The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Having a designated parking spot was wonderful to have and it was a very quiet area to stay. We did not get to take full advantage of the kitchen aside from the microwave but upon looking around they truly had everything you needed to cook! I have family with food restrictions and this would be the first place I would ever recommend.

Clean is not the title that I would give this place. It was comfortable. Check in and out was very smooth and free parking was great! I did notice some stains on the bedding and a bad ant problem in the kitchen. I was staying here because I was sleeping at the UW hospital while my dad was sick. I really needed a good night rest and a homemade meal. I bought a few items to make dinner but ALL of the plates utensils and pans were greasy, which I rewashed. I was looking for a drinking cup and could not find a single one, I used a old soda can for water. Besides the ants in the kitchen, dirty dishes and curly hairs or beard clippings here and there in the bathroom, the place was clean-ish. Maybe I'm splitting hairs but if the first word for the room is CLEAN, my expectation was as such.
