Wij zijn hier 6 dagen geweest. en het is een vrij groot hotel met gym,zwembad en massage spa geloof ik maar daar zijn we niet geweest. gym ziet er mooi uit (ben geen kenner 😁) en de 2 zwembaden op het dak zijn ook prachtig. ook is daar de bar geplaatst netjes allemaal. mensen zijn behulpzaam en aardig. beneden is het restaurant en dat rook ook lekker maar ook daar zijn we niet geweest. Covid: helaas voor ons toen wij kwamen waren de regels weer aangescherpt. en het personeel was ontzettend gedisciplineerd met de regels zonder dwingend of streng over te komen. maar houd rekening met aangepaste openingstijden. locatie hotel is ook perfect. vlakbij strand en centraal in de buurt van alles. ze hebben ook een taxistandplaats

I loved almost everything about the hotel, close to 5th Avenue, ATM downstairs along with 2 convenience stores and 3 restaurants, 2 pools and a great fitness center. However there's potential for improvement. Towels weren't always available at the club upstairs, Friday night the neighborhood music was extremely loud (not in hotel's control). A final comment - I noticed some water leakage around the toilet cistern on the floor on the last day, I was leaving so didn't complain but I wonder if there's a plumbing issue which would be a serious thing.

Todo muy bien, solo que llevan ya varias semanas arreglando una de las dos albercas y no esta lista todavia. Estamos en pleno VERANO y eso lo deberia de realizar en otra temporada que no tienen tanto turismo. Excelente ubicacion del hotel a una cuadra de la quinta avenida. Con muchos lugares para cenar y cerca de la playa MAMITAS, excelente atención del personal. Otro punto encontra es que NO tenian agua en botellas porque su proveedor NO les había surtido de agua. Eso no me gusto porque siempre obsequian botellas de agua en las habitaciones.

The location was perfect - just a block off 5th Ave shopping and restaurants. Our room was very clean and quiet. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop pools and bar were fun, but if you are looking for a poolside vacation, there were only 5-6 pool chairs so it was difficult to snag one. We stayed for 5 days and would definitely stay here again.

The rooms balcony and bathroom were old and not cleaned property. They still looked dirty after being cleaned which means it’s time to upgrade. The bed also needed upgrading. I will not stay here again. I’ve stayed at other hotels nearby and they are much better.

The pool look dirty and have several tiles lost. The room didn’t have a fridge and the towels were stained yellow! The personal were attentive and helpful! We are never stay there again.

Really close to 5th Ave. Way to noise the hotel is next to a bar and every single night they played loud music.The pressure in the shower was awful. It was clean and it has a very nice rooftop.

I liked location close to Quinta Ave. I didn't enjoy their buffet presentation made food look old and unappetizing. Customer service was not the best .. because we were VIP no one said anything about the drinks or room upgrade. Omg!! The bathroom strangest layout the sink was in the middle no privacy to wash hands or brush teeth.

English: I do not recommend this hotel at all. From the start, the room smelled of mold, the shower had almost no water pressure, and on the second night, there was no hot water at all. The hotel staff had no solution for us, and we had to shower in freezing water. we found that the food quality was very poor. I would not recommend this hotel, and we will not return. There are plenty of other places with much better service and maintenance standards! Español: No recomiendo este hotel en absoluto. Desde el principio, la habitación olía a moho, la ducha tenía muy poca presión de agua y, en la segunda noche, no había agua caliente. El personal del hotel no tenía ninguna solución para nosotros, y tuvimos que ducharnos con agua helada. All the staff were really good. It was a stone's throw to lots of great restaurants, shopping and the beach. It has a nice shaded area between the two rooftop pools. We ate breakfast at the buffet, there was a lot of selection and everything was fresh. Will definitely go back to this hotel.

Hotel muy cómodo a una cuadra de la quinta avenida, cerca del club de playas mamitas. Todo te queda caminando. Buena atención en recepción y meseros. La zona de la alberca le urge mantenimiento ya que los mosaicos del piso se desprendieron y eso da una imagen de deterioro. Ofrecen a nosotros de HOTELES.COM un cupón para una bebida por día. La tienen que pedir en la recepción ya que si no la pides jamás te la ofrecerán al igual que el descuento en alimentos. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, la regadera excelente presión y temperatura. El buffet del desayuno pude mejorar sustancialmente. Lo mejor que tiene este hotel sin duda alguna es lo céntrico y muy bien ubicado. Cerca de restaurantes de todo tipo. Considero que esta justo por lo que uno paga. Los shampoos y jabones son de un olor muy agradable. Recomendable remodelar la zona de alberca en cuanto al piso de madera y mosaicos de la alberca.
