Looking for an experience? Our stay at Hakone Fuga was oozing with Japanese authenticity and traditional charm. Spacious room for a family of 4 and the private onsen on our balcony was a welcoming site after days of walking the streets of Osaka nd Kyoto! While a bit remote, we loved our stay at Hakone Fuga.

サウナとジャグジーのついている部屋で、とてもリラックスした時を過ごすことができました。施設全体としても大きすぎず、ごみごみしていないところがよかったです。夕飯・朝食も味もボリュームもちょうどいいものでした。なによりもお若いスタッフの皆さんの気持ちの良い接客に癒されました。露天風呂付の部屋もあるとのことでまた利用したいと思います。

朝夕二食付きのプランしかないが、その食事の運営に課題が多い。スタッフが一品一品サーブする形をとるが、決められた時間に一斉に多くの客が同じ場所で食事を始めるため、スタッフの動線が多くて煩雑、客の食事の展開を見ていない。やたらに間が多くなり食事を終えるまでに無駄な時間がかかる。配膳スタッフも疲れていて雑な対応である。
