Good hotel, good value for the price if you are able to book enough in advance. Last minute prices were higher than what you’d expect from that price point. Rooftop bar is a nice touch, staff were friendly and helpful. Central as well to many fun things to do in Westlands. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel. We had a small issue with a restaurant experience and the staff went way out of their way to make it right - which they absolutely did. We are very grateful for service professionals such as these. Food was excellent, rooftop bar was fun, great gym, and incredibly friendly staff - from the security team at the front gate, to reception, to the housekeepers and waitstaff on the roof - thank you to them for all their amazing kindness! We will be back!

Location is great but you have to cross a dangerous street to have access most services in the other side of the road in Westlands. Food preparation times were too long, and the gym was poorly equipped, so I had to pay for a gym outside. WiFi is weak in different parts of the hotel. The rest is all fine (though not excellent)

The front desk guy at check-in was wonderful. The staff helped pack our breakfast on the days we went on safari. On the days we had breakfast at the buffet, it was excellent. The location is great. The staff always responded to everything. Dinner at the hotel was fine, and the rooftop is very nice with a happy hour every day.

Comfortable hotel located near shopping. Safe area. Nice staff in restaurant and breakfast area. Did not have hot water my first few days until i complained downstairs. After that it was fixed. Food in restaurant is limited and over priced

We had such a pleasurable experience at this hotel. The staff were amazing! They were accommodating and friendly. The food was good and so were the drinks. It was also a very clean hotel. We received room service multiples times and they were fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Kenya. They are also very central to nice restaurants, shopping and the safari.

The staff are very friendly and courteous. I was on the 8th Floor but tge shower experience was not great! The pressure was too low and the water was cold throughout the day! Need to improve that.

This is a great choice for backpackers and folks doing a brief stay over in Nairobi. I can’t stress enough how excellent the staff is and we really enjoyed the bar and restaurant. Again, excellent staff and really tasty food! The only issue for us was that there wasn’t air-conditioning and a rather weak fan but as long as you ask to stay on the side where the sun rises as opposed to where it sets, the rooms are nice and cool in the evening. For the price, this is an excellent option in Nairobi.

Clean, spacious room. Large shower area. WiFi was solid, but could use some improvement. Staff was very friendly. Nina, who is a part housekeeping, was especially nice. Great security team. Many restaurants/bars just a short ride away. I would stay here again.

The hotel is clean and aesthetically pleasing, everything else was pretty terrible. The service was horrendous every step of the way. Booked meeting rooms and had to keep following up every few days to get them to respond to my email, and wood have to start from scratch because they couldn’t remember the details. Room service took hours because they lost my order, sent out laundry to be washed and it was a debacle getting it returned. The location is good but a little sketchy with the new freeway right outside making the area iffy. So many disappointing things about this hotel, I truly am baffled at how much the staff constantly messed up absolutely everything.
