Holmes Hotel London

Perfect location and hotel, staff are always extremely friendly, helpful and customer focused. Food in restaurant was outstanding as was service. Will definitely be returning.

Great location close to subway and train station with several restaurants and shops nearby. Excellent property with very friendly and helpful staff and a very nice restaurant.

Great customer service from staff. I understand building is old but certainly something can be done about creaking floors. The sound of footsteps can disturb one’s sleep on uncarpeted floor…much as we love the hardwood flooring. Water from shower would spray out cand would even run on to the bedroom’s wooden floor. Towels do not completely dry when hung on hooks. Toilet paper wouldn’t stay on holder when pulled.

Beautiful hotel, room and service was fantastic

It was our first stay at this hotel and we were very impressed. It’s in a good central area with lots to do nearby. Great staff- friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Lovely bar and restaurant and interesting features including a billiards room and nice seating areas. The breakfast is served in the restaurant and is à la carte rather than buffet which is really nice. Will definitely stay here again.
