Super clean, friendly staff and well-lit parking.

Old clean hotel that had no frills.

The owner was very nice and eager to help. the rooms were fine, no issues. The biggest thing I noticed was how well lit the parking lot was, it was like daytime it was so bright. I would stay again if the opportunity presented itself.

The property apperars well cared for, with pride of ownership evident throughout. The building has apparently been freshened up with new paint, inside and out. Also, updated flooring, and bathroom fixtures. Furniture looks somewhat worn and outdated, though. Good housekeeping and no bugs. Overall, a good deal for the money.

Nice clean room. It was refreshed every other day. Upon arrival we were asked what kind of stay we were in the area for, and some lovely suggestions were given. We asked for an extra pillow, and it was quickly given to us. We had trouble opening the door on the last day, and were assisted before we needed to visit the office. If you have any problems with your stay, it is probably because you didn’t go to the office to speak with them. They can’t fix what they don’t know about! Parking was right in front of the room and the room was kept nice and cool with the air conditioning

The shower router wasn't working and the heater plug kept falling out of outlet however you can tell they are fixing the property up.

No hot water, and parking wasn’t great when hauling a boat, for $55 I guess you get what you paid for

The room smelled musty, moldy. I kept spraying febreeze, it didn't help. It was awful. But, my daughters room was odor free. Lots of food options within walking distance. Very small parking area.

Clean room, well lit parking area and well priced.

Ended up ate up with bed bugs, and cant get anyone to componsate

Clean room. Decor needs much attention chipping paint etc. Outside is rough looking but they allowed me to see my room before checking in. Its a very outdated old Motel owned by very nice people. Most important thing was the clean bed allowed for a good nights sleep.

When we checked in, the shower drain was clogged but management fixed it up right away the next morning. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

There was silverfish IN MY BED. I was laying there trying to sleep and saw the first one crawl right in front of my face. I yanked the sheets back and turned lights on to find several more. There were several other bugs on the floor. After this point I literally couldn't sleep all night. There were people walking around the property late at night and felt unsafe as well.

You can put lipstick on a pig but of still a pig. They tried to revamp the rooms but they are still very run down. You can hear the tv and conversations of the people next to you so if you like your sleep this isn't the place for you. It got good reviews and the check in staff was very friendly but would not recommend this place. Night stands had a layer of dust- not sure this room was fully cleaned.

The curtains looked like they had blood spatter, felt very uncomfortable with the area. The staff was friendly and the room was very dated. The sheets felt scratchy so the bed was uncomfortable for me.

Good price for what I needed which was just a bed for the night. Cons it is a very old property and shows some wear. There was no hook or towel bar in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels, only the round towel holder on the wall. The shower could use a grab bar, I almost fell getting in the shower. I forgot to hang the do not disturb sign on my door and was awakened by someone knocking on the door to see if I was staying another night or checking out 2 and a half hours later.

You get what you pay for I guess. The area and outside looked very sketchy. Room about the same. Bed was actually comfy though. The main issue was the wall-mounted AC units were so loud you really could not watch tv at the same time.

Everything was very clean and comfortable, except the mattress was a little hard but that's just a preference. The facility is a little outdated but it looks like the shower was remodeled and we really liked the style and water pressure. Very pleasant stay for 1 night passing through.

Check-in staff was good. Room itself was clean. Nice flat screen tv mounted to the wall. Older motel with recent updates to the bathroom. The bed was not very comfortable at all (very thin mattress). My husband had trouble sleeping on it as well as myself (we're larger people, not small). The "free Wi-Fi" was not working the entire 3 nights we spent here (the desk said it was a problem on the provider's end, not our end). More excuses were given each night without service (my husband was very aggravated). We told the front desk (which had service), and they said the service was "spotty", although they had it (we never did). I've never stayed anywhere where it took more than 1 business day to repair an outage (the desk said the work crew were out for the weekend). The cleaning lady was very nice. The bedside lamps were tilted (I was afraid to touch them in case they fell over). There wasn't enough space on the far side for a bedside table to put my husband's cpap machine on it, so we had to put it on the floor. I wouldn't stay here again.

We had the deluxe room and the best part was the jacuzzi tub after a long day of vending at an event. A/C was super cold and beds were clean and comfy. Area is great and the noise level was the best with little to no noise.

Although old and no frills, room 108 was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the AC/heater worked great, plenty of hot water for showers, and no sign of bugs inside or out.

This place is in a terrible area. We didn’t want to leave our cars outside. The rooms were super small and smelled funny and were old and the carpet was nasty. We don’t even stay. Very disappointed.

The room needs work curtain has a torn, bathroom ceiling has cracks, carpet needs to be shampoo has a residue smell on it, one of the bed has a small red stain on the bedsheet i ask the Host if he can bring a clean sheet he said ok he will bring it over but never showed up so i used one of the cover sheet to put it over the one with the stain.

Great place to stay for the price. The manager and staff are extremely helpful

there is no ice machines, no space to relax its very very small and when i had to leave a day early they would not refund me for the day i didnt stay. It was very very upsetting because the situation was out of my control. I would not recommend

When traveling on a budget, this hotel is good enough. It’s not the Ritz, but then I also wan’t paying for an upscale hotel. I needed a convenient place to stay for two nights. When I asked the manager if there was an accessible tub, he changed my room to one with a walk-in shower. I appreciated that.

The magager allowed me to do early check-in much appreciated. Nice place for very quick stay. I experienced a miracle of kindness from another guest. Mind-blowing generosity. Thank God. Expedia shame on you for hanging up on me four times when I asked about early check in by phone. I suppose you cant give out front desk number but I wish I could book place again but without Expedia.......no customer service help.

Decent no-frills motel. Beds comfortable, furnishings in good repair, decently clean. Desk clerk/owner very polite, personable & helpful. I would stay here again.

The staff let me check in early. The room was a great place to rest and shower.

This is a very clean old style motel. It is conveniently located to most of Lawton. The shower stall looks better than my shower at home!

Needs upgrades. Close to Fort Sill.

The property is a little run down, but it's very clean. The sink and toilet were newer, bed was comfortable enough. There is a fridge and microwave in the room (which I didn't see mentioned when booking). The man that checked us in was very nice, polite and helpful. The exterior was VERY well lit which made us feel safe (and there are black out curtains so it didn't shine into the room. The area around may be a little sketchy (lots of marijuana shops and small loan places), but convenient to stores and restaurants. We felt safe and it was what we were looking for - clean and inexpensive. I would stay here again, if I ever need to go back to Lawton.

It was convenient

As I drove into this property's parking lot I witnessed an actual drug deal occurring 20 feet from the front door. I immediately drove away and started looking for other accommodations. When I contacted Expedia asking for a refund due to the unsafe environment, I was asked why I did not go in and talk to the manager about this issue. I was not given a refund because "the hotel has very strict cancelation policies". Would not advise anyone to stay here or ever use Expedia to book in the future.

Was very nice for the price. The area is not the best but it’s not the worst either.
