A fun, modern hotel in an excellent location. A few minutes walk from the tube, buses, and large shopping centre with all the shops and restaurants you could want. Rooms are very clean and well maintained, along with the rest of the hotel. Beds were comfy and showers were great. Loved the 24 hour accessible ironing room with large sturdy ironing board and powerful steam generator iron. Great choice of continental and English breakfast items available. Also offer a great bar with lots of cocktails and a good food menu but we didn’t get to try it this visit. All staff we interacted with were very friendly and we saw one staff member offer assistance to a disabled lady to help her select and carry her breakfast. Our second time staying here and we will definitely be back!

When we checked in we was not told that food was not being served till a said time in that time we had ordered food and drink to or table only to be told that we couldn't have food, so a refund was issued and received today. Also while ordering our drinks and paid for one of the drinks you didn't have so had to do a refund which was received. Was just a little disappointed with the lack of communication.
