This is the third Home2 suite (sweet) - three different cities. Doesn't let you down. You know what you get. Service is excellent and facilities is wonderful. I really enjoy these places. We will always try to choose a Home2 suite in the future. Staff here is also very friendly. 5*

It’s dated and needs a little tlc in some areas but overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff is great, rooms are clean and we appreciated the service every other day taking out the trash, clean towels and beds made. Breakfast bar was great since everything in Dallas costs a small fortune. We also were able to wash/dry our clothes while working out. I would stay here again.

Clean spacious room, didn't have a do not disturb sign, asked twice and never received one. Also the phone in the room didn't work I had to use my mobile phone to call the front desk. The pool was very clean, we just didn't like the breakfast.

Booked at a hotel so kids could swim and have some fun. The pool was closed the first day. The second day open but should have been closed. It was so cloudy you could not see the bottom. Also, the only thing my kids like at breakfast was waffles but the dispenser broke so they would let you get waffles. Thankfully the sweet lady saw my frustration and filled cups with batter so we could make some. It’s in a nice area and comfortable.

It was a little off the frontage road which is great so you don’t have to listen to highway traffic. It had a burn pit in the front with seating so you can relax before going up to the room, nice pool area and the breakfast was pretty good.

The hotel is nice , the location is great, the service at the front desk was great, Anthony was perfect, the hotel have a pool, laundry room, looks brand new from outside, but the customers they don't care, so the carpet is dirty, the walls have a lot scratches, housekeeping is only every 2 day's but we coming back for sure, thank you very much for everything's.

4 OF US STAYED FOR WORK AND ALL OF US GOT BED BUGS FROM THIS HOTEL AND HAD TO WORK WITH ITCHY RASHES FOR A WEEK. POOL IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO CLEAN. THE ROOMS SMELL OF CIGARETTES AND THEN A TON OF LYSOL TO COVER IT UP.

Overall cleanliness was not as good as we have experienced in the past. More attention to details needs to be given when cleaning. Build up of dust and lack of thorough vacuuming is apparent.

Give the breakfast and staff five stars, the room itself a 2. Dirty linens, stains on bed, toilet feces stains, trash and there were stains on the walls. Linens were cheaply made and stuff.

On first day, hotel had no internet. Had to give full credit card number to hotel on paper. No t good. Everything else was ok. Room was enormous, but a little dated. Carpet was stained. Ok place to stay

The hotel stay was short but overall satisfied. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was quick to go options such as make your own breakfast sandwich and a waffle maker station which were quite yummy (vanilla buckwheat) Entrance floors were cleaned after breakfast. Vacuumed. The only thing I did notice was carpet spots on the 2nd and 4the floor. Pets are allowed so not sure if that had anything to do with it but the hallways didn’t smell just the stains were visible. Regardless, we would definitely stay again.

Home 2 Suite is always the first place I look for when I’m traveling with my family. It’s always clean and ample amount of space in the rooms for my family of 6. Breakfast is always good when available. Parking is always great! This particular building showed some age though. The mattress was collapsed in the middle and we would eventually roll into the center by middle of the night. Toilet did not flush very strongly and sometimes had to be flushed twice. We actually lost water completely for a few minutes but it came back with no further interruptions. I understand things happen and it won’t keep me from booking again. I just hope Hilton takes proactive measurements and “freshen” up their business.

I didn't like that there was no stovetop. Full size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher and that's it. They do provide hot plates but not very many so good luck getting one when u need it.

Love this hotel. Staff good, breakfast good, clean, comfortable. I don’t personally care for where the TV is located in the room. It’s awkward if you are someone who likes to watch TV in bed.

It was “okay”. A little dated, re-paint of bathroom door and “handle” were sloppy, and the holes created weren’t filled in. Just little things that give it the feel of an average hotel, not a more modern, upscale place to stay.

The hotel was outdated, but still ok. The bathroom door wouldnt shut all the way and the handle was hanging on by one screw. The main complaint was the toilet. It was VERY low to the ground, almost like a child's toilet. It made it hard to use. The front desk guys were super nice and went out of their way to speak to us.

After driving nearly 20 hours from Southern California to Dallas, I was met with an unexpectedly unpleasant welcome at Hilton’s Home2 Suites. I chose this hotel because I’ve consistently had positive experiences with Hilton, but this stay fell far short of their usual standards. Upon check-in, I greeted the front desk clerk with a cheerful “Good evening,” only to be met with a dry, dismissive “Are you checking in?” Brushing it off, I provided my ID and payment details. The issues began when I tapped my card instead of inserting it. Despite the charge being approved on my end (with confirmation from my bank), the clerk insisted the transaction was declined and became visibly frustrated. Even after I showed proof of the charge and had my bank representative confirm the payment, she refused to accept the transaction ID to verify it in their system. Her manager, Damon, was unhelpful when I finally spoke to him, offering no resolution other than insisting I pay again or find other accommodations. If you’re staying in this area in Dallas, definitely pick this hotel, unlike the others nearby it’s not right next to the interstate, it’s tucked away in a quiet residential spot. Some construction next door now building a new apartment complex but if your up and out early you’re good. Very nice hotel for business traveler like me

Overall, this is a nice hotel. However, there was a large contingent of college athletes in attendance, so breakfast items needed attention. Particularly, the oatmeal was cool, instead of warm near end of breakfast time, and the 2% milk needed to be refilled. Also, our room’s toilet seat was loose and could not be tightened with the attached screws. It was broken from the hinges. I did not tell management as we were only staying 2 nights. I did report upon check-out as I did not want management to think we broke it. I reported that it was broken upon our arrival. Overall, this is a nice hotel. This was our second time staying here. I would definitely stay here or at other Home 2 Suites again.

This hotel is very nice. Large modern rooms, easy parking and check in. The only issue was the breakfast. Everything was cold except the fresh made waffles. I choose a hotel with breakfast specifically and this one was disappointing both days. Otherwise all was excellent.

The breakfast bar was pretty good. Texas-shaped waffles, a couple of different breakfast sandwich options, and an oatmeal add-ins bar, I was able to have something different every day I was there. They could use some better coffee though.
