The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The shuttle will take you anywhere within a one mile radius. We used it to go to Key Bridge, so we could walk to Georgetown. Hotels in Georgetown are pricey. This is a perfect alternative at a reasonable price. There are also a variety of restaurants 2-3 block up Quinn St. which is another nice convenience.

I really liked this hotel. Clean cozy room with a comfortable bed. High quality linen and pillows. Delicious varied breakfast was included in the price. There is a two-level parking under the hotel. Also very convenient is the shuttle that takes the hotel guests to the nearest subway station every 30 minutes. We had a great vacation. Thank you for the great service.

Hotel worked really well for us , we used the shuttle bus to get to the metro. As we were there over a public holiday and weekend we could park our car on the street for no charge. All staff were very helpful. Loved breakfast and had a great dinner there too. All very comfortable as rooms are large and good facilities.

Overall the hotel was decent. Beds are miserably hard though. The shuttle service is advertised but wasn’t available or convenient. We ended up walking to and from the metro be advised it’s a good walk and up hill. Any dining options are 1/2 mile or greater with no parking be ready to walk a lot.

Conveniently located, very close to Rosslyn metro station and hotel offers free shuttle to and from metro station every 30 mins. Very close to all the attractions in DC. Most of the time we took Uber and fare was less than $15. Property is clean and front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Nice selection during breakfast buffet. Only complain futon padding wasn't that comfortable you could feel the springs while sleeping on it. Other than that had a nice and comfortable stay,

This hotel is very clean and newer! It is close to the City. Safe area with walkable stores and restaurants. There is a Ceiling fan in the suite bedroom. Important: Parking garage only has about ten spots for the 8 foot height. Then drops to 7 foot. There is pay for parking per night. There were about four spots for electric plug in vehicle. Shuffleboard is hidden in the back of Cafe. Hotel has Extensive workout area. Breakfast is good but doesn't rotate options (except for meat choice). Overall great visit - minutes away from DC (depending on the traffic).

Everything was good until my daughter got rashes. We see one strange small bug and dozen of ants. There are so much ants by the windows. I recorded a few videos and shown to the manager and kept it quiet while other customers check-in. I didn’t ask for refunds, but he promised to take care my reservation. Not sure what’s that means. I didn’t get anything or hear back from them. I called them the following week and they said they sent the terminator to check the room and found nothing. Therefore, they not charge me for the parking for the days I stayed there. Everything else was good except the bugs and ants got my daughter. I hope they find the bugs and take care of it before someone else experience it. Not everyone can be understanding as I did.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The overall hotel was very clean and updated. The breakfast had many options each morning. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved that there was a shuttle to the metro and other surrounding areas. Only issue was that the kitchen area did not appear thoroughly cleaned, as there was food debris on the microwave door handle and buttons, and there was a strong odor of food in that area.

My stay was quiet and the staff were kind and professional, which I really appreciated. However, I did notice an issue with cleanliness in the bathroom. There was some unknown splatter on the lower part of the wall and near the bathroom door, which was concerning. I hope this can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

The reception staff were not very welcoming on arrival. Room was not clean and food remains all over the carpet from previous guest. Reception arranged for the floor to be vacuumed. Asked for two beds but on arrival second bed was not made up and spoke to reception who gave a pack to make the bed ourselves. We’d been travelling for more than 24hrs and this wasn’t what we needed. It’s the only hotel we’ve ever been asked to make our own bed at. Room was “cleaned” after the second night although not sure what they actually done. The reception had wet wipes which we used to clean the room down ourselves. The ceiling fan was layered with dust and the corners of the room didn’t meet the hoover during our stay. Jesus the cleaner down in reception was the friendliest person in the whole building! Breakfast options were good. Bedding was very soft and of a good standard.

Great friendly staff, the room was very large and clean. I've stayed at 3 other hotels in the area and this will be my go to choice for now on. The only minor complaint I had was the low water pressure in the shower. Other than that, GREAT PLACE to stay.

The King Size bed was very comfortable in the Studio Suite. Breakfast was decent. Had a good variety of food options. The only thing I would have liked to have was more fresh fruits like melons etc. That staff was super friendly and polite.

We had a short stay here. The location is convenient, with groceries and restaurants within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood despite being right next to the highway. Staff are friendly, especially the shuttle driver that took us to and from the metro. Breakfast is decent. Room is clean and relatively spacious. Only slight downside is the pullout sofa bed is not the most comfortable (but it’s typically the case with most pullout beds), my kids said the springs are too bouncy and pokey lol… So if you are planning to sleep 4 in a room, the two queen room might be a more comfortable option. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, would highly recommend for a trip to the DC area.

Room is not very clean ( has stains/dirt on sofa, table, linen, etc.), and the bed & pillow are so uncomfortable that we had neck aches almost every night. Staff is very friendly and the free breakfast is nice for a quick bite, but the hot bar will easily run out if you can’t manage to show up within the first hour when the breakfast starts. We were offered a corner room which we didn’t like (smaller area and farthest to the elevator) due to the fact that the hotel has been fully booked during peak cherry blossoms. Parking lot can get full if you arrive late, so please keep the timing in mind!

We loved it, but did not get the right room, we booked a room with a Bathtub. The responded that it was the right room however we have our confirmation clearly stating that we requested a bathtub, We did not want a roll in shower. Sofa was badly worn and in need of repair

My family came to Arlington from out-of-state for the burial of my father at Arlington National Cemetery. I called ahead to ask if there were designated rooms for pets and was told 'no', so I was not required to put a pet on my reservation. However, the 2nd floor had multiple rooms with the pet door hanger and the frequent sound of barking dogs. On top of that, my room smelled strongly of wet dog, which was very overwhelming for a cat owner. The floors were also unnecessarily dirty. I was literally picking things up from the carpet that should have been sucked up by a vacuum. I then used paper towels to 'sweep' the kitchen floor because it was so unclean. Then, on my first night, I opened up the sofa bed and the bedding was still there from the previous visitor, so I had to peel it off to put on new bedding. The sofa bed was also incredibly uncomfortable; I did not sleep well all 3 nights. Last, when we checked in (3 rooms), I asked if one room could have a late check out and was told 'yes' for 1pm, but on the morning of our last day, I went to the front desk to confirm and was denied. I argued that I was already approved at check-in, but the gentleman told me that it was only a request and they had no obligation to approve all requests. He then rudely said he is denying our request. That was the cherry on top to an already difficult weekend. On a positive note, we enjoyed the breakfast and the convenient location.

One of the best Hotels I ever stayed in. I was flying from Austin and my flight was delayed. They called me to make sure I was still coming so they wouldn’t give away my room. Forgot the managers name who was working that night, but he was kind enough to hold my room until I got there. Excellent service.

Everything was perfect about this hotel. From the time we checked in with Will Davis (who was amazing to work with), to the bartender and food staff, even the cleaning staff. Everything was great! Will definitely stay here again!

Hotel staff was super pleasant & helpful. Love they have a complimetary shuttle to take you within 1 mile radius to many eateries, Rosslyn Metro station, Target, Safeway, etc. Used it several times & was easy to request/use. We stayed 4 nights & loved having the full kitchen facilities/supplies in room. Tried to make pasta meal one night but cooktop doesn't get too hot so took considerably longer to boil water. Room service not done daily. Wish had more trashcans (or bigger ones) as with 4 people in room the small ones fill up super fast. Housekeeping nice & helpful when asking for trash empty & new towels. Good hot/cold breakfast assortment but ordered dinner from restaurant & it was VERY disappointing. Grilled chicken for sandwich was barely even 1/2" thickness, dry & super bland. Same chicken used in salad (barely any on it). Wouldn't recommend that due to poor taste w/high price. Overall though great hotel and would definately stay there again & recommend to others. Def 4.5/5 stars but will rate 5 despite trash & chicken comments.

Breakfast was extremely limited and had few healthy options. The eggs were cold. I also was unfortunate enough to participate in the pasta prerace meal on Saturday night. For $35, there was a shocking lack of choices and again the food was cold. I would have been better going to a local restaurant.
