The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but far enough away that it wasn’t in an overly busy area. Great food within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are a bunch of activities in the lobby. Two pool tables, fooseball table, free arcade games, etc. Perfect for families or anyone really. They have a large full bar with plenty of seating throughout the bar and lobby. Convenient shop located in the side of the lobby in case you don’t want to leave the hotel for food. Chill music playing in the background of the lobby and elevators added to the vibe and outdoor area with string lights was nice. Our room was clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were so comfortable to sleep on. My family and I enjoyed our stay and were impressed with everything.

Convenient airport location, underground, safe garage parking that is clean and affordable. Housekeeping was fantastic. The downside is that one light switch controls the bathroom and sleeping area. Nighttime visits to the bathroom wake up anyone else in the room. Front desk staff at check in was fantastic, however, morning check out staff was unfriendly. I had two small charges on my bill that weren’t mine, which I feel were from someone at the desk buying water at the same time (unsure what they were from) waiting for a resolution. In all, would stay again for the secure garage parking and proximity to the airport.

We stayed at the Aloft when our flight was canceled during an IT outage. The staff was friendly and compassionate. They checked us in quickly and advised us getting back to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. Lots of nice amenities including the gym and the breakfast area.

I don’t usually write reviews but this was not a good experience. The room had dirty stained sheets and pillow cases which was really disappointing for $315 Canadian for a one night stay. Then ontop of that, they had a dog staying in the room directly next to us that started barking at 2am for hours. It didn’t feel clean or restful, wouldn’t recommend.

Staffs are nice, property condition is ok, however.... The room is soundproof terribly. Noises not only from outside (nonstop airplanes take off) but also your next door and corridor. Room looks nice but bed sheet was not changed, can tell they just smooth out after previously use. Yark!!!

The hotel lobby smells very good. It’s clean. The room was clean. Linens were perfect. We asked for room service while we were out and the staff got it done quickly. New sheets , bed made, new towels. I didn’t see not one stain anywhere. Bathroom was very clean. I didn’t like the water pressure in the shower or sink but that’s just me and my preference. Everything else was perfect and spotless. Staff was extremely nice, respectful, patient and very ready to assist. I’m staying here again. I’d like to explore the rest of the amenities like the gym. I was only here for 2 nights and my flight back home was at 7 am so I didn’t get to spend the last day here.

Spotless room with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The room has a corporate feel, but is comfy with anything a person might need as well as close proximity to the airport. Friendly reception and bar staff. We would stay here again.

Staff was super helpful, room was clean and comfortable, lobby area was fun. The only detractor was the single switch that controlled all the room lights. There should be a separate switch in the bathroom so you can shower without turning on all the lights in the room.

Had a very good 2 night stay. Very friendly and professional staff. Clean rooms and plenty of parking. The downside is the hotel is right next to the light railway which runs until 2am.

We loved comfortable bed, and a great shower. There are some things needed in this room to make it a great day. First of all the one light switch next to the door controls all the lights. There was no way to turn on the bathroom lights separate from the room lights. For two people staying there it was annoying. Also, why couldn't another chair be had. There was one chair the entire room for two people. One of us had to sit on the bed to eat dinner. Kind of ridiculous. Other than that, we loved the location, the cleanliness and spacious room!

The hotel was fine, UNTIL we realized that there is only ONE light switch in the room. This means that when your spouse or partner gets up to use the bathroom (for example) in the middle of the night - you cannot turn on a light without the lights to the entire room coming on. One person cannot try to get to sleep while the other needs to use the bathroom or sink area. Absolutely a deal breaker. Never seen anything like it and would never return for this reason

The shuttle service was horrible. I had to call 3 times and waited in the cold for an hr. I watched the other hotel shuttles come and go 4+times. When I was leaving the property same issue they ended up calling another property to get me to the airport. .

Waited 30 minutes for shuttle at airport. Finally called front desk and was told it would be there in 10 minutes. Waited for 20 more minutes. Called again and someone else answered and he asked "did you call for it?" Was not aware I had to order a pickup. Also, why didn't the first man send a van? That being said, the driver was very nice.

Easy check-in and convenient airport shuttle service. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I was able to walk to the light rail station (10 minutes) and go downtown for the evening: fun! All in all, this property worked well for my needs.

The Staff was mostly very friendly, but limited at times and that resulted in long lines. As for the Pet area that was so horrible I took my pet across the street or to the Hampton. I consider this area a Health Hazzard not just for the animal the garbage can within that area has not been emptied in the three days we stayed there and it is frankly discusting.You dont charge a pet fee, but the room charge for that room was overprized in comparrison to some other facilities. I unfortunately picked this Hotel based on the pictures and the description. There was no breakfast included in this room charge and that was another expense. Sorry, but this was a one time reservation and I would not stay there again. Danke.

Upon arrival my room was not available and they put us in a smaller room. Also, the front desk wasn’t as hospitable it took us an hour to get a ride from the airport from hotel.

Waited for half hour for the shuttle, watching vans from other hotels pass us by. When I raised the issue, I was told it was due to “traffic”. Pure nonsense. I do not much like being lied to! The so-called breakfast consists of packaged junk food, for which you pay . Never again.

Great front desk check in. Bar area is great, good drinks and live music. Not much to eat for a vegan. But I survived in that (I’m the only vegan in our group) Bartender is amazing! The room is, well a an airport hotel, small room but clean and is perfect for what it’s for! We would stay again on our next trip with an early morning flight. You won’t be disappointed!!

The property was excellent. It was clean the staff was friendly and helpful and I felt very safe. It was quiet at night. Don’t hesitate to stay there. The menu at the restaurant is very limited and expensive for what you get. I would give the restaurant at best a 3 where the accommodation is a definite 5.
