The hotel is undergoing renovations to the entrance. While I had to walk around the corner of the building to enter, it was clean and the staff was very helpful at check in.

I used the shuttle service twice and breakfast 3 times, during a 3 night stay. Everything was wonderful. The late night staff is especially helpful after a long day of traveling issues. The facility is beautiful and modern. Had a great trip to Niagra Falls and Niagra on the Lake. Many recommendations for food and activities from the staff.

The pool room was warm, well stocked with towels, plenty of chairs and the water in the pool was comfortable to swim in. We stayed in February during a bitterly cold weekend and the pool room was like being outside on a warm summer day. The staff was outstanding. It will be our place to stay to help combat the extreme Buffalo winters.

Staff very courteous The room was very clean and taken care of and the hotel itself had a lot of conveniences (pool,workout room,etc). Next time we go to Buffalo, we will be Staying there

Very clean hotel with a great room layout. Would be great for longer term stays. Free parking and breakfast was such a perk. The only con is the soundproofing between floors.

You will not find a more friendly staff! They are there to make you happy. Safe area, convenient to airport( they have a shuttle), and some fun games for the kids. Breakfast was included and nice variety. Could not have done better!!

It is beautiful and welcoming. It has a lot to offer. From a gym, swimming pool to rooms with kitchenettes that include plates, cup, silverware and even a dishwasher. They staff are very friendly and helpful. We will visit again!

I loved everything about this location from the staff, to the food, to how clean the hotel was. The only thing that I was disappointed in was how cold the pool water was when I was told it was a heated pool.

The room had a bunch of huge stains on carpet. There was hair on the bathroom floor, the dishwasher had a bunch of stains on it. Someone was making loud noises in the room below for hours, the pool area gets way to much water all over the floor in the common areas, there was a guy that takes care of breakfast he was so incredibly loud when he talks, combative, and didnt even know they carry vegan milk and when i showed him they did he just wanted to argue! There was a crew there that would leave their smelly boots right outside the room door every-night, someone used a rock to prop the door open, it was loud SOOOO LOUD, kids screaming in front lobby and nobody said anything to them, way too busy, and the breakfast GOD AWFUL a bunch of processed bad food! Wont stay there again! Ghetto and people smoking weed in the parking lot! No thanks never again!

Not clean... We booked a room for 2 adults, and 1 child. We did NOT have enough towels for everyone. I asked housekeeping for an extra towel... It was never brought to the room The floor was sticky. It felt like it hadn't been washed properly. The dishwasher in the room was filthy. Looked like it had never even been wiped down. The sofa bed in the room hadn't been made up for our daughter (Room had 1 Queen & 1Sofa bed for 3 people). When we asked if housekeeping could make the sofa bed, we were told we would have to make it ourselves. My advice... Don't stay at this property

We found dog kibble inside the fold out bed and under the dining table. Sheets were dirty and pillows smelled. Trash wasn’t taken out of the bathroom before we checked in

It was clean, hallways smelled great and so did our room. Very quiet during every hour of the day, plenty of amenities and stuff to do.

Very nice hotel right off the Thruway. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Everything in hotel was very clean. Staff was great. Rooms were very nice. Breakfast was good, too.

great location room phone didnt work and wakeup call came an hour late. bug in sheets. sheets never delivered. shampoo was empty, etc

Family friendly, quick getaway and spacious rooms

The bed was absolutely horrible. Way too soft! The pillows were also unpleasant and they only gave 3 for a queen bed. We booked two nights but only stayed one and drove back home. Check out other nearby hotels If bed comfort matters to you.

The floorboard creaked with every step and the walls are too thin. Overall it was noisy for us. Everything else was good. Room was clean and staff was attentive. They provided a crib for out baby to sleep.

I would absolutely stay there again. Nice size room, full size fridge so that I could stock up on food. Right by the expressway. Very quiet and comfortable. I was impressed with the security access features. The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt welcome and comfortable during my stay. The floors creek & the people above you walking around is incredibly loud and noisy due to that. The bed was not comfortable either.

It was the first time we stayed in a hotel since we adopted our dog and everything went perfectly. The staff was welcoming to our us and our pup and answered all of my questions without hesitation. My only complaint is about the bed we had - the mattress was a little thin and slightly uncomfortable - however, I wouldn’t expect the staff to really be able to do anything about it as I’d think the mattresses in all the rooms would be the same. Other than that, our stay was great.

I haven’t received good customer service like this in Buffalo in a long time. I can say I would definitely do business with you again.

Beautiful hotel. But the manager Johnathan was very rude and racist.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed I called and checked in ahead. Upon arrival at 3am, my keys was ready.

The staff informed me that since the property was booked through a third party they would not be able my Hilton honors membership to the reservation. This is the first time I have heard that but Hilton is actively promoting not booking with Expedia. Also we had to ask for room to be cleaned and it still wasn't done. For the last night we were there we had asked someone at the frontdesk for service and they had written it down and assured us that it would be taken care of. We come back later that night and find that no service was performed. The night staff changed towels etc while we waited and we were told contact the manager via email. I think they do this on the last night as they know you are checking out the next morning. The hotel does not charge you any less for a room for providing half or no service. I think the hotels are using this tactic after covid as tool to validate their inferior service.

the staff was amazing: Maya, Marilyn, Renee, Keeley, James. everyone. a very special team. I stayed several days with my mom and daughter and will come again.

Every front desk team member we encountered was exceptionally helpful and made us feel truly welcome. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making for a great overall experience. We’d definitely love to come back!

Convenience of being directly of I-90/NY Thruway can not be overstated. Easy access to and from the hotel.

Convenient for night Bills football

We use this property for night Buffalo Bills games. Obviously we like it as we ate repeat customers!

So many cute little shops within walking area. Staff was so kind they even offered to pick us up if we went on a shopping spree. Location is close enough to a lot of things that a ride share was required but nothing felt out of the way.

Excellent for our needs. Went to Buffalo to visit family and go to the Bills/Raiders game. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was delicious. What more do you need for a 2 night stay.

My husband and I booked this hotel for the 4th of July check in, and checked out July 5th. We didn't check in until around 1030pm at night. We left six flags darien lake after the fireworks so we got out late. As we came to check in we went to Home2 and there was a sign that said check in at the hotel connected to them called Tru. So we went next door and it was simple and easy. thankfully no confusion and we checked in fairly quickly! The front desk was also friendly and attentive! Our room was 310. We got off the elevator and wasn't sure which way to go as Tru and Home2 share the hallways. Then we finally found our room. The kitchens are always nice to have with a full fridge and freezer. The only thing we dislike is the door for the bathroom. (not the shower door, just the main bathroom door). It sucks! The bathroom door shouldn't slide. They need regular doors on those. Ours must have been broken because I almost locked myself in, I couldn't push this white button through enough to get it unlocked. Absolutely hate those doors. The rest of the room seemed pretty clean. Did not find any hairs anywhere. There wasn't stains all over the pillows or towels. It was perfectly fine for our few hours of sleep there. they also had complimentary breakfast from 6-930 I believe. They had potatoes, omelettes, pancake maker, bagels, muffins, breakfast sandwhiches, cereal, and different juices. If we ever went back to six flags id go back here as long as it stays this way.

Just average. Showers have buildup in corners and breakfast was just OK. Overall felt safe and staff was pleasant.

Breakfast was terrible. Front desk stafff was unfriendly, staff in general was unfriendly. Housekeeping had no towels or washcloths available for hours..The bed was horrible. I did not get the room I booked , I got 1 bed and a pull out couch instead of two beds that I otriginally booked. Overalll stay was horrible.would not recommend anyone to stay there.
