The staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff, dining and housekeeping did an excellent job. They were always happy to answer any questions and assist with any needs. Excellent breakfast spread. I would highly recommend this location to others. The complimentary laundry and gym is an added plus.

We (family of 5) had an awesome holiday stay at this property. The staff were so pleasant and really went out of their way to give us a 10/10 experience. It’s in a good location, the property is neat, tidy and modern. The onsite free laundry machines, internet and breakfast (good selection of breakfast items) were also a major plus for us. Looking forward to staying there again!

Property is NOT near London bridge. No concierge or convenience store as advertised. Nd no working elevator! We had to ask a desk clerk to walk us outside to the building next door to let us in, step over laundry so we could use the service elevator every time we wanted to get to our tarpons! Completely unacceptable! Not a $300 a night room!!

The staff were a pleasure to deal with and I liked the layout of the room. The continental breakfast that was also included was great and provided a varitety of options. The location was also great as it was within walking distance to the underground trains and the London Bridge and Towers. The only reason I am not giving five stars is the hotel only has 1 lift and it is extremely small and takes quite a bit of time to use, also I found the hallway to be extremely noisy with people slamming the doors and if there was any talking it seemed like they were standing right in your room. I would stay here again.

Overall it was pretty good stay. Room was a bit small, also our room faced the the street which was a bit noisy with traffic. The breakfast was pretty good and give you a good start to the day. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Walking distance to London Tower train station. Free laundry machines.

The gym was surprisingly good for a hotel. My room had some troubles w/ the AC/heater, and the room keys weren't working well. Thankfully, the staff were always there to help out.

We booked this hotel for the couple of days for a concert, and the overall stay was amazing. We stayed in the deluxe Suite and it was plenty of room for the 4 of us! Great amenities; gym, laundry, pantry, anything you needed at the tip of your fingers. The housekeeping was amazing. We never saw them, but did a refresh in our room for towels bedding , toilet paper and some of the kitchen items too. Our room came with the continental breakfast and it exceeded my expectations. A few options for hot food, pastries and different options for drinks too. My only issue was the location. From London Bridge it was a little hard to navigate and since we stayed for a couple of night it was a hard adjustment since we didn’t get to explore the area as much. Overall great stay, would be better for longer stays guests!

Very Nice Staff :) Thank you ! Location very good. Very close to London tower Bridge. But rooms need a make over , and housekeeping there is still a lot of potential for improvement in the cleanliness of the rooms. But for sure would come again

The hotel was a good location for us we had 3 adults in a small suite - it was ‘snug’ but beds were comfortable. Downside : the floor was not clean and the bathroom door was not secure and opened straight on to the main bed! Breakfast was hit and miss - sausage no bacon one day and vise-versa the other and it was a long wait for items to be refilled. Staff were great / helpful.

Am a guest staying at this property for a second time and the overall experience is horrible as the first time. The bedsheet has hair and dust, table cloth in the kitchen counter has hair stuck to it, at the laundry room bundle of wool are found lying on the floor, hotel washes the dirty clothes in the washing machine which guest like us use to wash our clothes. Hotel is about 1.3KM from the London Bridge tube station.

Check in was very friendly and helpful. The room was a little tired with flaky paint on the wall. My main concern with the room was the toilet had been used and not cleaned and the bin was already full. Breakfast was ok but the hot items came out over 20 minutes apart so couldn’t have what I wanted.

The hotel room was poorly kept. Our room was not cleaned properly any of the four days we were there. It was all I could do to chase down maid to get clean towels. The front desk would not even call us a cab they insisted on us using Uber. This wasn't our choice of hotel we were moved just prior to chk in time. We will not stay at a Marriott in London again

We liked the central area in the city. We did not like that the Hotel was not able to offer us another room. Due to an allergy our son could not sleep on the sofa and we asked for a room with three beds. They promised to organize this, bit nothing happened. Furthermore, the bathroom smelled very bad. From the photos in the Internet and considering the price, we expected a better hotel

Just returned from a lovely stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott London Bridge. The staff were warm and welcoming, especially the front desk team, truly excellent service. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The location couldn’t be better, central and convenient for everything. Highly recommend!

Outstanding! We had a two bedroom and two bath and it was terrific. The showers were hot and great pressure. The living room area was so comfy. The kitchen has a small refrigerator, dish washer, and a small oven, microwave, air fryer combo. Breakfast was outstanding from hot items to cheeses, meats, even gluten free bread and cereal. Terrific!!!

Very nice lodging - room was quiet and very spacious with two queen beds, two full baths and a nice living room/kitchen area. Lovely windows looking out with one sliding door that opened a bit to let in fresh air. Beds were comfy and lots of hot water and nice linens/towels. The breakfast offerings were very nice too.

The room was fantastic, very nice and easily able to accommodate us with two full baths which was great. Everyone commented that the shower pressure was amazing. The room temperature was able to get as cold as we wanted it to. The bed was a bit soft for my taste but that’s a personal preference. It was a 15 minute walk to the train which was really nice and easy.

Staff was very good. Room was nice, free laundry facility was great. Breakfast had great variety of choices. It did have a good bit of street noise at night and we stayed next to a very loud family with children who came in late at night very loud, but not the hotels fault. Overall we did like the hotel

Layout of suite was awkward with bedroom & bathroom at entrance & kitchen/sofa in 2nd room. Seeing the toilet from the bed was not appealing. Area around felt unsafe & dirty with trash & flowers at the fence of the school in front. Understandably not under control of staff or hotel, but didn’t make us feel secure. Staff was very responsive to requests for bed linens, towels, toilet paper, etc. when asked.

Losing travel docs, I was stuck in London 5 days. They took such good care of me as I needed passport photos, documents copied and printed. THEY WERE AMAZING! Khresh and Gabby were so kind and helpful. I tell everyone about this hotel and the great all around property. Close to everything, easy to walk around, great restaurants close by and groceries a block away - I will be back!

Excellent hotel! The rooms are very comfortable, with suitable space and a well-equipped kitchen. Great internet and breakfast. The location is excellent, close to London Bridge station and various attractions, such as Tower Bridge. The service is fantastic - special thanks to Claudia at reception and Fatiha at breakfast. AC did not work in our room & staff knew this upon check in, but did not disclose this to us. Our check in was delayed as they were moving guests out of the room they assigned us into a room w/ AC. Very dishonest. Staff continued to lie about status of AC. We were staying with young kids & the room was 80-84 F during our stay. It was miserable. We were traveling w young kids & needed specific accommodations so unable to move hotels (although Marriott didn’t have any openings at other properties). Would avoid this hotel!!!!!!!!

Friendly staff and very good breakfast. Unfortunately rooms were very tired, and we had a few issues with service - they had no linen for the sofa bed, and no towels on second day. We also had a 1am fire alarm. It was not good value.

There was a 9-minute walk from the London Bridge station. When looking for it in the rain on the day of arrival, it was very confusing. As there was another Residence Inn nearby, I actually walked in there instead. Since this hotel is great in communications, maybe stating how to walk from London Bridge/Borough Stations, or suggesting the use of taxi, would help the future customers.

Travelling from Scotland to London, got train from Gatwick to London Bridge, so it was very local and adjacent to the brilliant Borough Market. Offered an upgrade on arrival and staff very courteous and welcoming. Walked to LB Underground to access the O2 arena and were able to walk around Tower of London/Sky Garden/ St Paul’s Cathedral/ Tate Modern and Borough Market
