I have a problem with My Parking in Morrison basement. Neither the hotel staff or the Morrisons staff could help. I strongly suggest anyone who need parking during your stay, prebook and prepay the parking by “Pay by Phone”.

the hotel is next to the Tube, the cafe, bar/restaurant on the ground floor is vibrant. Standard of rooms are clean and good quality for money. Staff very helpful, friendly. food offer could be better as prime location - maybe a tapas offer with snack or sharer menus. simply good location to waterloo and DLR - in the heart of Canning town. Modern and vibrant / trendy offer. good value.

Our stay at the Ibis, Canning Town was really great. The staff were so friendly and went out of there way to make sure we wete ok. The bar was a great place to chill out in the evening as well. The locatikn was so good for the O2 will definately go back.

Great location for going to O2 arena Lovely rooms, nice bathroom Nice interaction with staff we saw. Down point is the parking - this is a nightmare - full of conflicting information that results in parking elsewhere for double! Thanks to Curtis for his help and attempts at resolutions.

Great hotel for O2. Good location, comfortable and clean room. Nice breakfast. Parking was very challenging - the hotel originally recommended Morissons @£15 overnight, but their carpark operator currently does not allow overnight payment. After contacting the hotel again, they then recommended the nearby Holiday Inn, which we used, @£30 overnight.

Inaccessible for disabled people past close time of reception as you have to park in a Morrisons car park underground but you have to wait 20 minutes for security to open the gate, you have to literally leave your car outside front door, run up pray somebodies inside and answering, they call security who send you to Morrisons, as said you then have to wait for security, you get down to the car park, there are lifts which you can use but then you are locked inside the car park! Tried ringing no answer from hotel, was so scared. Not a nice place if you got accessibility issues.

We went to our allocated room and found it hadn't been cleaned/prepared - I spoke to Reception who apologized and sorted another room for us immediately. The room and breakfast were good. We also liked the area and convenience of the Tube Station so close by.

Bed so comfy, room quiet as resquested but there was a dreadful smell in the room, we had to leave the window open all day to freshen it up, smelt like a wet dog! Also carpet wasn’t very clean lots of bits and crumbs from precious guests. Breakfast good variety but hot items cold and dry. Plenty of helpful staff around downstairs. Bar area very busy and noisy to relax in during evening so took our drink up stairs.

The room was clean and I had great views of the London skyline. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. A nice hotel, would definitely stay again, it’s right next to tube station so easy to get to central London. I drove down and managed to park easily in the Morrisons car park.

Opposite Canning Town station, so very convenient especially for events at the O2 Arena. Reception and the cafe are in the same place, modern looks, clean, quiet, and bar/cafe staff are attentive. No issues at check-in and check-out. The room was the right size, but check the Aircon as mine was set to 24c. Comfortable bed, pillows a bit too soft. No safe or fridge/mini bar, but tea & coffee with a kettle. Nice bathroom with shower, but not very powerful. Standard liquid soap/body wash, and shampoo (nothing fancy). Good selection of all the usual offerings for buffet breakfast; cooked food, breads, pastries, cereal, juice, coffee. I would stay here again.

We had a nice stay here - the staff were all great. We were up high so had a view of the river. Loved the air con - much needed in the heat - but it was a bit noisy. The sound proofed external was great to block out the street noise overnight but the noise inside the hotel was a bit of a pain - the doors for other rooms being closed was very loud. The window opened a little which was great for some ventilation. Bed was very comfortable and there were some toiletries and tea/coffee bits provided but they weren’t enough to last and we did run out. WiFi was good, Tv was great and we could stream our phones via chromecast which was great for winding down at night and not stuck with just the usual freeview channels. Just over the road from Canning tube station which was great for travel. Bar area looked fab but was quite small and the menu options for food were very limited. Glad I didn’t pay for the cooked breakfast at £15 each after seeing what was on offer - limited choice for veggies. Overall a decent stay and the room was basic but was a great base for where we wanted to travel to.

Perfect location for seeing a gig at the O2. Tube is directly outside and only one stop from the venue. Because you're going out of London on the way home, you go in the opposite direction to where everyone else was going, so it was perfect! The room itself was compact but had everything we needed, with a view of the O2/river too. It was very quiet and bed was comfy so had a good night sleep. Breakfast was also great in the morning. Would definitely go back again and recommend to friends!

The staff were not friendly they refused to give me a receipt and told that because I booked it through a third party I have to contact them to get my receipt. They will make up beds daily but will not leave clean towels or even give wash towels. My husband ordered breakfast and asked for well done eggs and they gave him upside down eggs which are raw eggs and with his medical condition everything he eats has to be fully cooked. I noticed it when he came back to the room. Even the manager was rude to one of my friends and told one of the staff members to never apologize to a guest. We were shocked for a manager to say that. He has no sense of customer service or customer satisfaction. Thanks

We checked in at almost 10pm, on arrival I was stopped by security and said what are you doing when I went to use the lift. My friend was in crutches and I said I'm using the lift because my friend is on crutches! It was quite bizarre. Then he calmed down but surely if you see someone struggling then that's why the disabled lift is be used. Ibis downstairs is really cute, cosy and done nicely. It has candles on in the evening it's really lovely. At the check in desk I was told I needed to pay for my room. I said I've paid already, he said let me check. Embarrassingly the man serving me colleague who was stood next to him shook his head and said no it's paid. Again embarrassingly for the man serving me said oh I think my colleague knows more than I do. I asked if a complimentary late check out was available, he said we charge £10 every hour you take. So I confirmed back so there are no complimentary check outs. He was completely befuddled. Check in should have been simple I paid in advance so I get a room key. Then simply saying no we don't offer a complimentary late check outs. On this occasion given the circumstances of a broken foot and my friend literally limping with a huge boot brace we should have been given a complimentary late check out because everything simply takes so much longer. At 10am we had two knocks at the door and the cleaner proceeded to open the door. When she saw the room was occupied she said sorry and left. I was so shocked. Then at 11am the same.

Another great stay at the ibis, canning town. All staff were helpful and curteous, especially Tahir who kindly offered us a glass of water after our long journey with our coffees whilst we were waiting to check in and also Curtis on reception, who cheerfully greeted us with a big smile and some happy banter.

Literally over the road from the tube station. Alot of places to easy near by. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. Stayed here twice this year and both visits have been excellent.

The hotel was perfectly located for our visit to a concert at the O2 arena. Just 1 stop on the Jubilee Line and directly opposite the exit to the underground station. Ground floor bar/restaurant also served as the reception. Rooms and bathrooms were fresh, modern, clean and very quiet. I did not hear anyone in the adjacent rooms or corridors. Breakfast was good. I would definately recommend and stay again.

Excellent location. Opposite tube station. One stop away from O2. Very friendly efficient service from hotel staff. Lovely atmosphere and decor in restaurant and we chose to have lunch there on both days of our overnight stay. Fantastic breakfast, hot and cold buffet and choice of coffees and teas. Room was very good had everything required. Bed was very comfortable and a good size. Would stay again!

Overall my stay was very good. Took 3 attempts at asking for an iron before I eventually got one nearly 3 hours later. Not a great choice on menu unless you want burgers, pizzas or super salads but plenty of choice close by to eat Room was lovely and very quiet - will stay again if in area

Great location for the O2 and the tube. Rooms were small but adequate for what we needed. We were out most of the time anyway. Staff were helpful. Breakfast could be improved. Bacon was cold, eggs had a funny taste and the latte was awful.

Room was clean and fit for purpose. My issues lie with breakfast. Was overcrowded, especially where the food was served and the area of the food was filthy (empty glasses and cups around the hot food). Also hot food was cold, as if sat for ages with no way of keeping the area clean.

Clean rooms. Comfy bed. Quiet enough for being directly across from a station in central London. Breakfast was great. Staff couldn't have been friendlier. Was attending Comic-Con in costume. Left our bags to collect after the event even after we had checked out. We were even given a towel to assist with changing once we returned. Definitely using again.
