An absolutely wonderful place to stay in Victoria. Super stylish. Comfy beds. Lovely mini kitchen in the room. Even has a laundry room and a fab little gym. My only negative for the stay was the water was off Friday night and Saturday morning, but this is unlikely to be a regular occurrence 😛

Beautiful hotel, full of attention to detail. The gym was very well equipped and the washer and dryer were very convenient. Also, the victoria station is 3 min walk which made exploring the city very easy.

Adult family of four stayed in the apartment room with the two rooms. Loved it! So much space. Awesome location. My son used the gym every night. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and willing to help us in anyway they could. The Victoria location is perfect to walk to everything. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is new, comfortable, pretty, well-equipped, quiet, and has friendly staff. They had only been open a month when we arrived so we were understanding when our AC didn’t work properly one night. They immediately fixed it the next day and it worked well after that. Staff helped us with suggestions, taxis, and checked us in early. Wonderful stay. Guests will find this hotel a great place to stay!!

This is a nice, new boutique hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room was nice. It was studio apartment. However, we had a few complaints. 1. The bathroom did not have outlets for anything other than electric shavers. The voltage in the bathroom outlet differed from standard UK voltage. We found this very odd. I could only blow dry my hair in the hallway while I sat on the floor in front of the mirror. 2. The elevators broke continuously during our stay. 3. The door to our room did not have a deadbolt, which made me feel uneasy. Any member of the staff could have entered our room at any time without a deadbolt to stop them. 4. The lids to the trashcans in the room did not fit in the cabinet, so we could not close the cabinet to the trash (under the kitchen sink) without taking the lids off. These are all minor issues, and overall out stay was nice.

Great location - close to Victoria underground and train station, walkable to many dining options and shops. Rooms were well equiped for cooking own meals but it’d be great to offer guests a small sponge and dish detergent to hand wash dishes rather than only the dish washer. The July only had opened 2 weeks prior to us checking in, so it was a fresh new clean accomodation. The gym was simple but also had a sign it was in the process of adding more equipment. Sauna/wellness area was really clean and calm. The reception was kind and let us use this area to change before checking in after our 36 hour journey to London. Being a gold expedia status, we didn’t receive the free room upgrade but did have an hour extra for late check out. It was quiet and at times felt like we were the only ones in the hotel. Overall, really nice stay, room was clean and nicely decorated. Fantastic location and we’d stay again!

I was thinking of staying in a hotel in Mayfair but chose this because the rate was reasonable and I am glad I did because it seems like a brand new hotel with latest amenities and sort of retro fittings. The service was great too and the two bars in the hotel are convenient and cool too if you don't feel like venturing around the area near Victoria Station after business hours.

The July is our new hotel when in London! The interior decor is quirky and homely and the staff service is commendable. It really is a home away from hotel with a kitchenette in each room and access to a laundry where you can wash and dry your clothes for a small fee.

Beautiful place! I was in the city for 1 night to meet friends for dinner one evening and then catch up with family the following day. The hotel is well located to explore central London and beautifully appointed. I would definitely return for a longer stay as I didn’t really take full advantage of the well equipped kitchenette or the gym and sauna. Also didn’t try the breakfast as I had other plans. The honesty bar was a nice touch, you can help yourself to a good choice of drinks, snacks and pantry goods and pay via a QR code. As a gold member I was treated to a bottle of fizz in the fridge but I had to leave it as I didn’t have the opportunity to drink it or take it with me. Thank you for a lovely stay

Great concept: apartment hotel. Room had very comfortable bed and effective soundproofing plus blackout curtains. Great location in Victoria, close to the rail station. Staff were largely helpful. Breakfasts were great quality if lacking some variety of choice of things like cereals & bread types. I would recommend it to anyone wanting the option of doing some self-catering within the luxury of a quality hotel.

The welcome from the reception staff was friendly and efficient every time...they genuinely wanted us to have a great stay. The room was amazing and really set us up for our 3 nights exploring London and for our onward journey on the Eurostar to Lille. VERY comfy bed, no noise, coffee, tea, TV ....full kitchen facilities.... what more could you want - we found it difficult to leave!

The hotel was very accessible to buses, trains and the tube. Plenty of restaurants near the hotel. Hotel bedding was super comfortable and bathroom shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was good and filling. My only complaint would be the lighting in the room. The lighting was too dim for putting on makeup or shaving. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. If you want to go to the theater to see Wicked or Hamilton they are right outside the hotel.

Such a comfy bed. The mattress, pillows and duvet just wrap themselves around you (and I normally do not like a soft mattress!). The room is quirky in its interior - would have been helpful to have a small bin near the dressing table and a plug near the full length mirror (to do hair). Lighting not good by dressing table or in bathroom, so only good mirror to use is the full length one, but no socket! Very friendly check in staff

Our booked family room consisted of two rooms opposite each other. One of them was barrier-free. Both rooms were well equipped with a kitchenette, Nespresso maschine, kettle and toaster. Bed was good. Lighting could be better. Bedside tables very small. Wardrobe in one room huge, but unfortunately without shelves,making it difficult to sotre jumpers etc. Very small Safe at the bottomof the wardrobe; you need a torch to enter the code. Another safe was located in the kichen cupboard under the pans. The bathroom was large, but had practically no storage space. Considering the room price, one would expect more.

The staff was helpful—even when dealing with infrastructure issues that was completely out of their control. Another visit to London and The July is at the top of the list, hearing they have spots in other cities is also enticing! Cons: no outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer and no mirror close enough either, let alone one close enough to do hair or make up.

Well despite the overall experience being very positive the start to it was a little bit chaotic,. I arrived before the check in time and was told that I could leave my luggage until the time for check and arrived. I therefore. Arrive back at the appointed time and was told that my room would be ready in five minutes. It was not ready until some half.An hour later and when I arrived in the room I found a travel cot assembled ready for my use. This has been requested and was eventually removed when I ran reception. After. Then I received one visit from somebody.removing the travel cart.Another person arrivied to take away the travel cot.And then somebody arrivied to ask whether the service in my room completed on that day had been satisfactory. I explained it was my first day in the property. This was. Most unfortunate because the actual service from the people.There was friendly helpful kind but I do think they need to sort their organization out.

The July is in a great location - 2 minutes from Victoria Line tube. The staff were all brilliant, the room was huge for London standards and well enjoyed all aspects of our stay. Would recommend

Good part: friendly staff, location is great Not so good part: Check in was 3pm but I had to wait until 3:10pm to get the key. This should never happen in any hotel. Was given an accessible room for a 4 night stay , which was super annoying and inconvenient. What if a person who truly needs an accessible room needs it?

We had an amazing stay! Right next to the Victoria Station. Our studio had a full kitchen. It was nice to cook breakfast sometimes. We even cooked dinner one of the nights during our stay. Our bed was very comfortable. We want to give a special thanks to Natalie that was so kind to fix our TV so we can watch our favorite series on Netflix’s on our last night. She not only fixed the problem but gifted us a bottle of wine and breakfast the next morning. Thank you Natalie. We greatly appreciated the gesture.

Amazing hotel great if you going to see a show, as the theatres are opposite the hotel, everything in the hotel and rooms was done to such a high spec, just the one negative was there were so many homeless people hanging around made you feel on edge.

New property, located a short walking distance from Victoria station, almost opposite Wicked. Loads of great food and breakfast options within a really short walk from the hotel. Room was new, super clean. Small kitchen was a great addition. We had a room on the 1st floor overlooking the street but it was super quiet. Great stay, would definitely stay again

The hotel is new and beautifully designed. The location is perfect- right next to the Victoria station. Ask for the room facing the backyard- super quiet. Extremely sweet and helpful staff. Highly recommended

The July is in a great location - 2 minutes from Victoria Line tube. The staff were all brilliant, the room was huge for London standards and well enjoyed all aspects of our stay. Would recommend

Hotel is almost brand new. Less than a 5 minute walk to Victoria Train/Underground station so very convenient to public transportation. Cardinal Place shopping mall is about a 5 minute walk away as well. Plenty of shopping and dining options there. A few shops and Asian restaurants right outside the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was great also, although as a suggestion it would be great for them to get paper takeaway cups for coffee and takeaway containers for food. The area seems a bit up-and-coming and there were many homeless hanging around the area; there may be a shelter nearby and a few were a bit aggressive, my wife was not comfortable once and ducked into a tourist shop for a bit, otherwise a nice area. Had the air conditioning fail in our room during our stay and the staff did a great job fixing it. Overall a great stay, beautiful hotel, friendly staff and convenient to dining and transportation. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clearly recently renovated and it looks amazing, both inside and out. Room was spacious, kitchen well equipped, breakfast very tasty. Only thing missing was an eggless choice from the a la carte menu. The location is also amazing as it is just a short walk from a major station.

Great concept: apartment hotel. Room had very comfortable bed and effective soundproofing plus blackout curtains. Great location in Victoria, close to the rail station. Staff were largely helpful. Breakfasts were great quality if lacking some variety of choice of things like cereals & bread types. I would recommend it to anyone wanting the option of doing some self-catering within the luxury of a quality hotel.

This property was in a very walkable location to many sights we wanted to see, it was super clean, and the restaurant on site was lovely. We had a wonderful cup of coffe with pastry the morning we checked out and it was so relaxing!

I was thinking of staying in a hotel in Mayfair but chose this because the rate was reasonable and I am glad I did because it seems like a brand new hotel with latest amenities and sort of retro fittings. The service was great too and the two bars in the hotel are convenient and cool too if you don't feel like venturing around the area near Victoria Station after business hours.
