The room was in the basement. This wasnt clear in the description. The bed was okay and the ensuite had nice toiletries

Poor check in no dressing gown to leave room to use outside bathroom no spoons for coffee other peoples socks under bedside table, do I need to go on

Good location but the room vi allocated was not good. We paid for a premium room but the room was beside the toilet and had a window facing a very ugly and dirty back yard and people could look in to the room. So we never drew the curtain. Other premium rooms at 1th and second floor were much better. We asked for moving to the other room when it was vacant and it was vacant but reception refused.

Great property but lack of staff on-site made communication difficult/impossible. Phone number listed in room went to a general answering service which did not forward to options given. No response to phone messages or texts. If communication was better this would have been a wonderful experience.
