our first room on the 12th floor was very small with no view and no storage. we were moved to a larger room on the 1st floor and the rest of our stay was excellent. exercise room is tiny but efficient. didn't know about the scenic elevator until we were leaving. quiet location. decent walk to the underground. not a lot to do in the area but so much to do elsewhere.

We stayed a total of 5 nights in late July, early August 2024. It is a business hotel, so we are not talking glamorous here. However, it is newer construction, the rooms are large by UK standards, very clean and it is value for the money. Definitely worth upgrading to an embarkment view room. The buffet breakfast is eclectic, American style food. The wait staff and the front desk staff are warm and professional. We also enjoyed the small gym. We walked everywhere, central location. The restaurant on the 8th floor is open until 2:00 am and the food is fantastic, as is the view. We will stay here again.

Amazing location. However would NOT recommend roof top bar. Went mid week when there was no one there. The experience was so frustrating and ridiculous we ended up canceling everything and leaving before the food / drinks came to go to another roof top close by. Not an experience I expected from a Hyatt. That being said everything else was great ( room, hotel services, etc.)

First time at this hotel. Staff friendly and professional and the place was clean and felt comfortable and safe. Unfortunately there were no TV’s working in any room which made for a quiet night! Complimentary breakfast was given to compensate the TV issue.

Great stay at the Hyatt. The TV stopped working but we were swiftly moved and upgraded as a result. The staff from the offset were amazing, super welcoming and attentive and always very lovely and ready to greet you when you come back into the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay, appreciate it, thanks.

The hotel had a great room, a large, bed and bathroom. Super clean and updated. It's located across from Parliament buildings. It was walkable, but there were not a lot of pubs, shops, etc. close by. The restaurant in the hotel was good. We ate there a few times.

Hotel is in exceptional condition and the location is perfect for walking around Central London. My bedroom river view was beautiful- the best I have ever experienced in London. The housekeeping staff should also be praised for such a high standard of cleanliness. No faults whatsoever.

Incredibly clean, very quiet, high end finishings, amazing housekeeping staff, walking distance to major attractions. There was a hiccup when we checked in with our room not being ready and they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Highly recommend!!!!!

A lovely, modern room with excellent fittings but the adjoining room had almost no soundproofing so we had a very disturbed stay. There was a family with young children next door who were crying most of the night and constantly trying to open the adjoining door. A flickering light bulb above the bath was another irritation as well as a leaking coffee machine. So close to being a lovely hotel but impossible to sleep! Lastly, despite advertising pictures with views overlooking the London Eye, this hotel has no such views which was incredibly disappointing as we booked this hotel specifically for the view of the NYE fireworks. When we raised this with reception we were simply offered an apology and advised we were too late to cancel; this felt pretty unfair given the fireworks were the reason for our booking.

We arrived very early in the morning, around 8 a.m., after a journey of nearly 24 hours. A month in advance, I had written to the hotel to request an early check-in, and they kindly accommodated us for an additional fee. This option is absolutely worth it if you are arriving after such a long trip. The hotel is conveniently located, offering easy access to London’s main attractions while still allowing guests to enjoy a quieter environment away from the city’s hustle and bustle. We stayed for four days and primarily used the hotel in the evenings to rest before setting out early each morning to explore everything London has to offer. Visitors should be prepared for extensive walking, so comfortable and supportive footwear is highly recommended in order to make the most of the experience. Adjacent to the hotel, there is a small but convenient supermarket where essential items such as snacks, drinks, and water can be purchased. Although the hotel does not provide self-service laundry facilities, a laundromat is available approximately 12 minutes away by car, or about a 20–25 minute walk. ⸻ The rooms are small, but this was not an issue for us since we knew we would not be spending time at the hotel during the day. The property features a rooftop restaurant with a lively atmosphere, offering good food and drinks as well. Overall, it is a very good hotel that I would certainly recommend.

Booked two High Level floor "with a view" rooms. Turns out that view is looking right into another building. Not of the river, not of any sites. Just at a building. Not worth it. Booked a King size bed. It was a Queen. Small room. Bathroom was nice, but the shower went hot and cold every 15 seconds. Both rooms did that.. Location is ok, but not great. Hotel is small and not that nice really. Breakfast was just at the bar in the morning. There is a nice grocery store right next door though.

A very clean room, but for the price, a disappointingly small room. Curtains that are impossible to open to make use of the dual aspect windows. The A/C vent made a loud ticking noise which disturbed our sleep. Bed too hard, for my liking anyway. The location was nice, being 10 minutes walk from the big wheel and the tourist spots at Westminster.

We booked a high floor courtyard view room with breakfast. The room we were given faced the wall of the building next door, and the room layout was crowded. We requested a different room and got one on lower floor which was slightly better. The bed is more of an American queen size. Overall it was a good room. When checking out, they tried to charge for breakfast which was already included in the price I paid. Breakfast is ok…we ate for 2 days and it was mostly the same menu. It’s about 30-40minutes walk from the touristy landmarks.

Worst customer service you can get here. Jabril night manager treated me like third class citizen. I stayed two nights at this place, i did complaint about jabril to the day manager. But nothing took seriously and he was more rude and racist when i came back from dinner 2nd night. I was so scared of staying that night in the hotel and him as the downstairs. It was scary

The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are beautifully updated and kept well by housekeeping. The location is a prime one in London as it is super close to major attractions. However, the front desk and management are very cold and will not attend to your needs.

They initially put at dinner bill on my tab for 310 pounds. I did not have dinner at the hotel. at checkout I showed them and they assured me they would remove it from the bill. They didn't and charged me. I had to follow up. They did eventually remove it a few days later.

Room was very nice, can't be faulted, very quite so got plenty of sleep. Staff could do with some training on how to welcome and smile at guests. Must have walked into that hotel 8 - 9 times during my stay, only 1 staff member ever greeted me with a hello the rest just kept their heads down. And seriously, why are you charging £2 for a bar of chocolate? Is the price your charging per night not enough? There's a Tesco 2 minutes down the road and you're trying to scrap every penny out of your customers, not even buscuits with the tea. Oh and another thing that seemed to have been too much bother for the staff was to take my bag up to my room when I dropped it off. When I've stayed overseas they've always just put my bag in my room for me. To be fair that's not a unique criticism of this hotel, but if you want to stand out and go the extra mile for their customers then try doing things like that.

The hotel itself is clean and good looking but the staff are disconnected and are only helpful if you insist on getting their help. They don’t ask if they can help you with something…like a taxi or recommendations. I have stayed in many international locations where the staff go above and beyond to make your stay a special one. This is not that kind of place…if you are looking for anonymity …this is your place.

The location is absolutely perfect! It is walking distance to Big Ben, Parliament, museums, etc. Additionally, it is located along the beautiful Albert Embankment, providing a spectacular view of the Thames River!

Great hotel and great service. Location was great for visiting my daughter who is there for the summer. Easy walk to Big Ben and nice location on the river. Also appreciated the area was less crowded than some of the areas that are so tourist heavy.

Within walking distance of Big Ben and the London eye! A few feet from the Thames river. Clean and comfortable. A “ deli “ right next to the hotel where you can grab all you snacks and much more. Perfect location and hotel in my opinion. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a beautifully run hotel. The staff is particularly friendly and helpful, and there is reasonably priced buffet breakfast with a wide range of hot and cold food (the scrambled eggs are hot and not undercooked, which itself is remarkable). Our only complaint is that there are not enough drawers (two small ones) to unpack clothes and other possessions (there is a closet and a safe.) otherwise, I would recommend this Regency Hyatt unreservedly.

I found the service less than satisfactory. Waited 20 minutes after my food order to find out what I ordered off the menu was not available, wait person was not helpful, the remainder of that order never arrived, but the people sitting behind us got their food, which was similar to our order. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
