This is a newer hotel in suburban NW San Antonio, about a block from the I-10 freeway. Pro's: - New hotel, clean - Great complimentary hott breakfast - Free parking (but lot was sometime full when they were hosting an event) - Nice, comfortable rooms - We enjoyed the evening reception - Other guests were well behaved when we were there Con's - Very noisy bar across the street. We were staying on the other side of the building, and on Friday and Saturday night, it eas still very loud through the window until 1 or 1:30 AM. - Maybe just employee error, but we had booked/paid for a 2 room suite, and when we went up to the room after check in, we realized they had put us in a one room suite. I went down to the front desk and showed them the reservation and they corrected it and gave us the right room, but since our flight got in late, it was after midnight and it was annoying to deal with when we just wanted to go to bed. - Pool isn't heated and there is no hot tub. Kids wanted to swim, but they were freezing.

We have been here the month before and 1 out of 3 elevators worked. This month 2 of 3 worked. Bit inconvenient when a lot of people are trying to get on. Great free breakfast w/ omelette station and decent selections and great happy hour , free drinks and appetizers. We will go again next month and maybe 3 0f 3 elevators will be working !

Pros-hotel is only 6 years old, and it’s very nice. The room had plenty of room, the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen was very nice. Pool was heated which was great. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Conns- limited parking, construction on I-10 had the freeway shutdown all weekend. Cigar bar across the street has loud music on Friday nights.

the whole experience was wonderful. There was a bank of elevators that wasn't working for the first two days, but was fixed by our third day there. The made to order omelets were awesome and the guest receptions made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. Staff was amazing - so helpful and friendly

We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast and happy hour buffet were both excellent, and the pool area was beautiful. The rooms were very clean, which we appreciated. The only thing we wish was different is that there was a dresser to store more of our belongings.

Nice to have a 2 room suite, the bedroom is separate from sitting area. New property , very clean. Only issue, there are 3 elevators but only one worked for the 4 nights we were there. One morning for about 10 min, I was needing to go down, none of the elevators worked while they were supposedly working on them. After that, still only one worked for the rest of the time we were there. Should fix them during hours of less traffic and shouldn't be out of service for so long. They do have a great free breakfast and happy hour which was surprising. Parking is free and seems pretty secure with a security vehicle that patrols the parking lot.

Great location, easy parking, great food in walking distance, loved the cleanliness and open spaces in the lobby. Nice bar area for hanging out. Kids also love the pool, highly recommend this place. Definitely will be staying here The next time we come for a quick San Antonio trip.

Two things that i didn't like. 1. As soon as i opened our suite a HUGE cockaroach, my kids started screaming and i was stomping everywhere. But it was only that one, everything was clean as far as i saw. 2. I'm an embassy fan, always liked the roominess but on this ocasion, rooms are alot smaller than the older buildings. Other than that, very nice, and new building..

Was not impress with the cleanliness of the room. And our fridge was not working very well and was not clean.We also have to make our on sofa bed cause it was a plain matress with no sheets on it. Property was nice and staff was nice.

Our room was dirty, the toilet seat was broken, there were crumbs in the sofa bed and the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispensers were empty. We won’t be staying here again. The are where the hotel is located is awesome, close to the places we like to hang out when going to San Antonio, but our stay in the hotel was no pleasant.

Nice staff, nice esthetics, awesome location however there was loud music at night coming from the near restaurants. There were food crumbs on the floor in the kitchen area and in the bathroom. Additionally there was black tape on the floor throughout out the living room area.

We liked everything about the hotel, friendly staff, spacious room with a sofa bed in a separate area, breakfast, location, cleanliness. The only thing I could add is to have a sliding door to give more privacy between the bedroom and the sofa area. We will be back for sure.

The rooms and hotel were lovely. I liked the room layout and it was a very comfortable space. It was very clean. The food was good and staff were very nice. But the TV didn’t work properly. The engineer came up quickly to fix it but it went back to its original state of not working when it was turned off and back on. I was unhappy with that because it was late and I wanted a TV to help me sleep. The other issue I had with the property was it was extremely noisy. There are a few restaurants close by and they played very loud music until 1am. I did not get much sleep that night.

First the check-in with a very nice informative lady. Sorry did not get her name. I had to go back down to the front desk because I couldn't sign in to WIFI. Josh help me. He wasn't too friendly. Felt like I was bothering him. He fixed the problem without apologizing for their mistake. Within an hour I was advised that I had to move from my room because of a plumbing problem but I would just move next door. I went downstair and Josh "helped" me again. Without apologizing for the inconvenience he wanted to move me 4 floors down. Then a very nice gentlemen (again I didn't get his name) said that he was going to move me next door and apologized for the inconvenience. He also gave me a very generous goody bag for my trouble. Josh should learn how to put on a welcoming face since he is the first impression you get of the hotel. As for the other staff, bartenders, cooking and waiting staff, cleaning staff I can't say enough of good things about them. When I checked out I avoided Josh and waited for another employee to help me check out. I will be back again because I love this hotel and staff (except for Josh). Put a smile on Josh :) if you are going to keep on working at the front desk.

Staff was great, awesome location near plenty of shops & restaurants & a hospital. Hotel room was spacious and clean. I traveled with my family of 6. Breakfast buffet is included and way better than most hotels. Highly recommend! Also they have a nice happy hour at the bar

As other Embassy location the facility is great the rooms are very comfortable and until my last two experiences "stay at Embassy Suites was like stay at home". Unfortunately, this week my wife and my daughter received the worst service that we never had had by the manager James Allen, he was rude, disrespectful, little empathetic and very aggressive with my family and me (by phone) Deidre was their accomplice at the front desk and also gave us their respective share of mistreatment and lack of empathy and attention, My family felt fear to stay at the hotel. My advice to other travelers, avoid this hotel.

Not a good experience. Had issues w the shower water temperature and the room’s tv. Reported both issues and never had anyone address, acknowledge and much less, correct the issues. Yet they were always ready to offer their points reward program and credit card promos. It’s not a bad property, we’ve stayed multiple times but this last stay was definitely our last.

It's been a while since I've stayed at an Embassy Suites at Landmark hotel. We stayed two nights (Thursday-Saturday). I typically don't write a lot of reviews, butI am thrilled to review this hotel--from the moment of check-in, I knew this was going to be a great stay. They met every need and every member of staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The suite was clean, hotel smelled amazing-a refreshing, welcoming scent and also just clean, mattress was comfortable, a/c was great, beautiful and clean swimming pool and outdoor area, breakfast was amazing-best omelette ever--as well as the super friendly person preparing it! We tipped several employees just for being exceptionally kind. The evening Manager's Reception was a nice way to unwind and relax with great cocktails and snacks. The price was worth every penny and renewed my faith in Embassy Suites again. Will definitely be back to the ES @ Landmark and will be keeping a closer eye on ES options when traveling.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was close to Sea World, but due to the construction and rodeo, expect congestion. Convenient to get in and out to the freeways though. Very nice facility and will be back again.

The happy hour time was fun. Great drinks and appetizers. Bartenders and servers were very upbeat and cool while serving many, many people. We ordered room service for dinner and had breakfast in the restaurant. Food was hot and delicious. Everything was clean, our bed very comfortable. We will be staying at this Embassy Suites every time we visit San Antonio!

Stayed here several times. Our staycation. I have loved the breakfast and manager's evening reception. Main reasons I stayed here. Was disappointed in both though this time around. My daughter loves the muffins. First day was only one kind of muffin (plain muffin). Second day no muffins at all. Manager's reception did not have a dessert the first day of our stay. It was disappointed since we only stay here a few nights a year. This is our treat and we always want to come to the same experience that we've had before. This time was not the case.

We had an overall very pleasant stay. Housekeeping was very good and very communicative and kind. We had some Issues with food service. In the morning breakfast the pancakes were hard. Every single morning. Whatever the situation is with keeping them in that warmer- it dries them out fast. We came right when it opened and they were dry. Also we requested room service that didn’t get sent. Just not great when trying to feed kiddos.
