If a the pool’s hours are 7 am to 10 pm, you shouldn’t put chemicals in the pool and close it for an hour from 8 am to 9 am. Do the maintenance outside of your established pool hours. It’s a huge disappointment when you have two little kids looking forward to using the pool and they can’t before you check out/need to leave. We paid for a hotel with a pool for a reason, if we wanted to be inconvenienced like that on vacation, we’d go to a cheaper hotel without a pool. The person at the front desk offered no apology and just seemed to not care, but that’s just the way the world is now, nobody seems to care about providing a positive customer service experience.

Two night stay while visiting Boston with daughter and granddaughter. Pool was clean and well maintained. Front desk was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great with many healthy options in addition to waffles! 20 minute drive to Aquarium and museums. Hotel right off highway but well insulated from sound and clean. Restaurant was great and we did takeout which was quick and delish. There is a large mall nearby for shopping etc. Great experience and plan to go there again!

Stayed here due to a home maintenance emergency. Staff were very welcome and went above and beyond from check in to check out. I will definitely return for staycation. The property was extremely clean. The kids loved the breakfast. The pool and work out room clean and well maintained. Every interaction from staff was pleas and with a smile!

The hotel served us and our two pets very well for a 6 night stay while our daughter attended a camp at nearby Stonehill College. Pros : The suite was very spacious and clean with two TVs, kitchen and everything was in working order The breakfast buffet had wonderful options with some even changing every day Pet friendly they even have a hotel dog. The pet walk behind the hotel was perfect for our two mini schnauzers they even had bags available. Not sure the area would be good enough for a large dog though. The Location near restaurants and shopping was so convenient. The hotel doesn’t have a bar, but it was easy enough to walk next-door to the 110 grill for a nightcap. Transportation out of the area was easy enough to get to Quincy MTBA or marina Ferry, Boston, Wollaston Beach, Nantasket Beach, Hull, Hingham Ferry, foxborough you name it Saw Some folks had fun in the pool. Cons: Just One elevator pair on one side of the building. Was broken for a bit one of the days and so up/down 4 double flights of stairs we went. Hallway area rug/decor is dated but not worn. Connivence store is not really a store rather just two walls of stuff Security - no key needed to enter or ride elevators no safes in the room A few odd characters here and there on a couple days Noise - Heard children running above til 2 am 1 night couldn’t sleep without white noise app playing

My family recently stayed at the Residence Inn in Braintree. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, especially during check-in. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast area was clean and there were options such as fresh fruit and bagels. The hotel is within walking distance to the South Shore Plaza so there was plenty of food options if you didn't feel like traveling too far. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The Staff at Resident Inn, Braintree are amazing, the Front Desk Staff are so welcoming and accommodating they make you feel like family. Rooms are Super clean, very nice. The common areas are welcoming and relaxing. All of the Cleaning Staff were very nice and do a great job at keeping everything in order. We truly enjoyed our state in one of the suits. It was three of us and we were all confortable. What a beautiful bathroom. Plus microwave and small kitchen and all. Breakfast was awesome! The people complaining about the cars and highway being so close, I don’t know what they were talking about. We could barely hear anything. Will def consider this place on my next visit.

My son loved the pool, the room was very nice. The reason for 3stars is the woman running brunch were very rude. They rushed you out made you feel you shouldnt be there and then without notice shut the doors so they could clean up without interruption. My son was sitting at a table where i could see him and i looked up and just see shut doora. Another gentlemen had similar incident his daughter walked in and yhey shut the doors with her in it. He was upset and told the front desk whom really did nothing. Front desk was very friendly and helpful to us at check in and check out but a manager should have stepped in and helped the man. No reaso. To shut the doors they can clean up and wait for wveryone to clear out and then shut them. Everything felt rushed and very uncomftable. If i did go back id just skip the brunch all together.

We stayed for 4 nights for our daughter’s wedding. Checkin was super efficient with Francisco who was friendly with us arriving close to midnight from our Chicago flight. Room crew was respectful and replaced the sheets and towels daily, even washing the plates and glasses we left in the sink. Overall a great stay in Quincy/Braintree area near Boston on a location close to the mall and restaurants.

We stayed at this property because of a power outage in our neighborhood. I had to book a hotel quickly and we had to bring our dog with us. I made the mistake of assuming the pet fee will be $50 after speaking with a Marriott customer service rep, who quoted the rate when I called to confirm the hotel is dog friendly before booking. Once we got to the hotel the pet fee was $150 for 1 night for 1 x 20 pound dog. Highway robbery. We’ve stayed in multiple hotels with our dog and some of them 4 and 5 diamond properties and we have never been charged more than $75. The front desk agent refused to believe us we spoke with a Marriott representative and said we should have called the hotel directly. We called the number that pops online for the Braintree location. The hotel is mediocre at best and it cost us $416 per night. Stay someplace else.

I had a reservation in Boston, but since it was snowing, I decided to exit and stay there. I book a suite. For my request, I wrote a preferred high way of view. What I got was trash view and noise in the background. I asked the front desk to make a change. Her responded, "I can only down size your room." That was very rude in my opinion.

Great hotel in an equally great location! 15 minutes to the city, plenty of options for food around. Easiest to from and to the airport I can remember in Boston. Pool was fabulous, breakfast was great every day. Staff is super friendly, even by Massachusetts standards... Highly recommend.

The hotel was very clean with a variety a breakfast options, friendly staff, and nice outside patio. It was a great location close to downtown Boston and Gillette stadium, with easy access on and off the interstate. Also across from a mall and near restaurants. Will definitely choose this location again when in the area.

We stayed with the family for one night for a tournament and really enjoyed our stay. The restaurant on the premises is excellent, the pool is clean, everything is brand new, the hotel design is beautiful and convenient for a family of 4. We will definitely stay here again. Staff is very polite and helpful, free breakfast choices are excellent. Coffee and hot chocolate are available around the clock.
