Brought my boys to Memphis for Spring break, big mistake. I’ve read most of the reviews so it seemed like an okay hotel. Overall we were very pleased. Rooms were clean, pool and workout room was nice. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was very friendly. The morning of checkout our back passenger window had been busted and my car was ransacked! The gate stays open all night so I’m not sure if it was someone just coming to the hotel to break in vehicles or if it was someone already staying at the hotel. I don’t want to assume, but I have an idea. I don’t really see a point of having a gate if it stays open however. It was a very nice stay until someone did damage to my vehicle. I wish I could give a better rating but I’m just really disappointed. My youngest son was crying because he was scared and had never experienced something like that before. Will not be returning back to Memphis any time soon.

The pool was a little small. The night staff didn't really want to answer questions. The room was great. But everything else was ok. Would not stay there again. It wasn't worth the money paid. Ohh and it was only one way In and one way out. The gate was broken 😔

The breakfast staff was rude. No sign said shoes were required. I could have been told nicely. Instead, the rude manager had to bark at me and cap it off with 'no shoes, no service' as if i was at a 5 star resort. It was a mediocre breakfast at best. The other staff was sitting at the end of the long bench playing on their phones. Loudly. The fauce in my room was so loose you had to hold it with one hand to turn it on or off with the other. The front desk staff were nice, when they looked up from their phones and tablets to help me. The hotel parking lot looks like a minimum security prison, all fenced in with cameras and using the room key to get in. The desk person jn the morning said we needed the key to leave... we didn't. But we still had to pull arohnd the lot, get out, walk 30 feet, to drop the key into box by a gate that didn't close all the way. Very disappointing. Will stay further outnin Collierville at a different property next time.

We stayed here last year and this year for a soccer tournament. However when this hotel hosts a party down stairs they become oblivious to making sure the guests that paid money for rooms are comfortable. We left tournament to come back to a hotel only to drive around the parking lot serveral times looking for a spot to park. The party that did not pay took all the parking. Then being on the 3rd floor we got to listen to them party and bump music til 10:30 pm on the first level. Beyond rude for famiilies trying to rest for the next day of tournaments. I will never go back.

The location is great! The staff was friendly! My experience was good but it could have been excellent! The interior of the front desk area needs cleaned and updated! My room was very spacious and pretty but it wasn't very clean. The bathroom had mildew in and around the shower. The rug had burn spots in them!

Odd property. Security was high and thankfully maintained but the general area felt unsafe. Private security, gates, sketchy people waking the neighborhood etc. Oddly I went to charge a snack item to my room. They don’t charge to the room. Payment is due at the time you need an item. Odd for a hotel with food and a bar. On to the room. It appeared to be clean until I spent time in the room. Dirt everywhere, in clean and gross. It is as if they quick clean and don’t pay attention to what is being clean. Staff, generally rude. Asked about security and charges to the room and I got “you have to keep the riff-raff out” multiple times during my stay there was a hand written sign on the counter, unattended with an unlocked entry door, that the front desk person will be back in 5 minutes. I will not return to this locations. 2 nights were enough for me

I enjoyed my one night stay at this property so much! Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were immaculately clean which is the most important thing to me when I travel. Will be staying here again when I am in the Germantown area.

Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly at all times. I was very disappointed on how the rooms were cleaned. Our comforters for both beds were dirty. They looked like they had blood, food, make up and i do not want to think of what else. It made me very angry because my children also slept on these beds. Once we made staff aware they were changed but the fact is our kids also slept on these beds. After it made my stay just all around uneasy.

The premises and room were in great condition. It looks like it was recently renovated. The room was spacious and clean, though there were a few parts where some of the wallpaper had either come loose or been pulled by previous guests. There was a plethora of charging ports and outlets, though not enough by the heads of the beds. The only complaint is related to the shower: the flooring seemed much older than the rest of the room, and the water pressure was very weak. It also took a long time for the hot water to run. Would definitely book again.

Nice large rooms with comfortable beds and pillows for both those that like very firm to med mattresses. Bed felt new. Clean rooms with some new furnishing. TV control was old school and the shower was older but all functioned nicely. We unplugged the AIr/heated room unit by the window for the night we found it loud. We slept well. We would recomend.

The only issue I had with my stay was being told on the phone that I could check in early between 1:30 and 2pm. After I arrived I was told they were having lunch, and I could probably check in between 2:30 pm and 3 pm..

This may not be a fair review because I don’t actually know anything about the hotel Despite having a non refundable, prepaid reservation, the hotel called at 7:30pm and cancelled my reservation. They did nothing to help me find another room. Last minute rooms at other hotels were over $100 more than what I had paid.

Best place I have ever stayed. The room was half the size of my house. The bathroom was huge. Secure parking. Dawn in the bar was fantastic. Atlantis worked the front desk on night shift. She deserves a raise!!! She is the best person I have ever dealt with. Very friendly and welcoming. Cynthia on days was amazing. Thanks for a great experience

The staff would benefit from additional training on how to extend a guest’s stay in the same room. We were informed that this was not possible and were told we would need to make the reservation through the app, which would result in being assigned a different room. We have stayed in many hotels that have accommodated us in this way. It’s to the hotel’s benefit too they wouldn’t have to clean another room.

We were in town for a soccer tournament at nearby Mike Rose Soccer Complex - only about 5 minutes away. Just before leaving for the trip, I found that family members were staying at the same hotel. At check-in, the lady at the desk was able to get us a connecting room with our kids and grandkids! The staff was very helpful and kind through the entire weekend. The rooms are huge when compared to what hotels have become. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the rooms were clean. The location is good, as there are several restaurants nearby, including Huey's Southwind (highly recommend) right next door. Breakfast is available in the lobby area, but is not free. The food looked good, but we decided to eat elsewhere due to having to get to soccer games. I definitely recommend this property if you're in the area.

The two ladies at the bar were extremely nice and offered me and family breakfast only to find out we couldn’t have breakfast because it was not included in our stay ( was unaware that we have to reserve for breakfast) .

Hotel was nice with lots of restaurants close by. The clerk made sure to mention the restaurant opened at 530 in the hotel but they didnt have anything besides chicken strips when we went there. The bartenders at the bar didnt know or care hiw to make a drink. The hotel was very nice and room was great, bed was comfortable. Amenities were awful

The room was great. I did expect to receive complimentary water, but I didn’t. I stayed there 3 nights, but I only tried the restaurant on the final night for dinner. My favorite meal was the chicken quesadilla. DELICIOUS!!!!

Rooms were very clean and staff was kind and helpful. Only issue was confusion about free breakfast for IHG gold members, which we learned is not honored if booked through a non-IHG service. Also the restaurant had a new menu but did not order the ingredients therefore the signature drinks and dessert were not available. Both items were not significant issues and the hotel overall was a great stay.

The rooms are nice and clean. I had a problem with how the breakfast was handled. Upon check we were told breakfast is free 6:30 am to 9:30 am. I proceed to go to breakfast at 8:45 am and was stopped and asked about a "breakfast ticket". I informed the female I didn't know anything about a "breakfast ticket", thinking I unknowingly left it in my 'sleeve' the room key was given to me in. She asks my family member and I what I room numbers were. We gave her our two different room numbers. She looks it up and says "oh you didn't purchase breakfast with your reservations"...WTW!!!! She says "you can pay for it here at the desk or back there (bar) $15"....all we have are our room keys in our hands. I was appalled to say the least. I have never been to a hotel where you had to pay for breakfast when you make your reservation. It has always been included! I was very disappointed by this. The front desk person never said we needed a "breakfast ticket" when he told us breakfast was free and gave us the hours for breakfast. If this is your policy, then it should be very clear upon check in!! I'm sure we are not the only ones this has happened too! This will definitely make me think twice about staying here again!
