It does not have enough disabilities rooms with a roll In bathroom to take a shower. There were no bars for a disabled person to hold on to

Overall, it was not great. The shower was kind of dirty-looking, there was a weird stain on the floor of it. Everything else seemed clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice enough. There were no service issues. Breakfast was disappointing... there were waffles out of a plastic wrapper that were ok, the eggs seemed fake and they only had turkey bacon which was sub-par. Drink options were quite limited as well. The pool was out of order and the elevator made us nervous, making weird noises. Like I said, it wasn't just terrible, but next time I'm in Augusta I'll probably choose alternate accommodations.

Plenty of free parking spaces, clean room, shower water got nice and hot, good water pressure, the lady who checked me in was friendly, plenty of areas to sit to eat breakfast, a good variety of breakfast options, paper plates and utensils, warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Room not clean, killed bug on pillow as soon as I arrived, shower stained, sofa stained-I wouldn’t even sit on it, very noisy location, carpet dirty, entrance filthy. Will never stay here again. Food in morning disgusting. Did not eat here.

The pool was out of order. Nothing on the website stated this. We purposely stayed here for the indoor pool because we have 3 children. We were all very disappointed. On top of that, the Tv didn't work and my husband had to remove the cables and reinstall and get a new remote so we could watch Tv. The was one small Tv for the whole room.

Overall, very impressed with this hotel. Great location for convenience-easy access to Interstate, shopping and dining. The only issue is the lack of sound proof ceilings and interior walls. I couldn’t hear traffic from busy Interstate; however heard conversations from neighbors and walking overhead.

Hotel was very clean. Check in was easy. Free breakfast had great healthy options. Only complaint is i wish Breakfast started a little earlier and it was usually a little late getting going. Loved the option of the living space which gave us 3 beds including the pull out couch. With two teens they are better when they have their own space.

Room was immaculate. Very quiet and the breakfast had so many choices. Cereal, muffins, bagels, eggs and on and on. Staff was very helpful and nice. All around a great experience. Would definitely stay there again.

I loved the 'extras' and 'quality' of this hotel! I noticed! Name brand toilet paper, clean and easy access to quality shower products. Soft-close toilet seat and drawers. Full size mirror with closet. I loved the work desk and all the extra plug-ins. The free breakfast had a huge, assorted selection with something for everyone! All of this for a reasonable cost. I will look for this brand first when traveling.
