This hotel was amazing We arrived from a cruise before check in time. They were pleasant and friendly. We were able to access room, luckily they had one available. Air conditioning in living area and bedroom were top notch. Full kitchen available if you choose to use in your room They had laundromat and gym, which we didn’t use but others were utilizing. We spent the day by the pool and absolutely enjoyed ourselves. Very clean Shuttle service to airport this morning was a breeze. We will definitely be back Great value for your money

Jason is first class on the front desk. Sadly the hotel web page does NOT note their local number. I received excellent instructions by e-mail as to how to arrange a shuttle from the airport but sadly no phone number. I called the number on their webpage but it was all computer generated voice; could make a new reservation or cancel an existing one. Finally after 5, yes FIVE different telephone numbers I was finally able to speak to someone at the property and arrange for pick up. Shuttle contact number needs to be added to the property webpage. Great little coffee shop serving a supper dinner available on site. Salmon burger 1st class!

Great hotel with excellent customer service. Nice comfortable beds spacious room with stovetop and full refrigerator. Pool and 24 hr gym. To make things even better free washer and dryers so I went home with all fresh clean clothes. My family enjoyed!!!

The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very quiet. My only comment is that I would expect the room to come with a couple of bottles of water included like most hotels offer. I didn’t notice that you had to prebook the hotel shuttle from the airport, my flight was late any way but it did state on the site they were every 30 mins and despite waiting for an hour none showed up so at 10:30pm (when they stop) I got an Uber for $25. I couldn’t ring the hotel as I had no roaming data working. The shuttle in the morning was fine but you have to also book that beforehand.

Only reason I am deducting one star is because they only provide valet for parking. Although it’s free, I find it inconvenient. Rooms are spacious and hotel is clean. Location is convenient.

I loved the cleanliness. Location was great. 15 mins from the airport and 25 mins from south beach. I did not like having to ask for towels everyday and housekeeping only comes one day a week to clean the rooms.

The room was large and the beds were huge and comfy. All staff were generally warm and friendly including the valet and shuttle drivers. There are a few things I noted that when there is a chance, management should fix. The bathroom door had to be lifted in order to close it and there was space under the where one could see the cement instead of tiles which appeared that the work was either rushed or unfinished. The door to the room I stayed in was not fitted well as the light from the hallway could be seen coming in from under the door as well as the side of the door. These things however did not stop me from getting a good night's sleep. I would stay here again not only for the location but the staff.

It’s literally right next to a four lane road and a runway for fedex planes! If you sleep heavy you may not notice but I do not sleep heavy so I found it very noisy!

This hotel is nice. We got a very nice suite with a kitchenette and king size bed. We got the shuttle from the airport which was so easy. The o my downfall is that I can hear every time the next room over flushes their toilet or takes a shower. It’s pretty noisy.

The valet service is a terrible idea. The valets are not professional and do constantly do stupid things. A lady valet liked out car and when we would come back from an outing she would sneer at us. An older man kept bothering my wife for stupid unnecessary things.

Checkin process was excellent! We called the night prior to our stay to see about an early checkin, as our flight was arriving earlier than their stated checkin. We were told to show up with our bags, and they would try and accommodate. We showed up as suggested. Our room wasn't ready, but we were told they were working on cleaning it when we arrived and it should be ready in about 30-45 minutes. They took our luggage and locked them up in the checkin office, which allowed us to walk around. There was a restaurant next door, which we decided to visit while we waited. Breakfast was excellent, and up arrival back at the hotel our room was all set for us. EXCELLENT service!!

What i can say about the property is that it was booked for convenience. Its closeness to the airport and the fact that they provided shuttle service was top tier, or so I thought!! I dont know what kind of scam is being ran by the front desk clerk(s) and the taxi drivers, but the shuttle was never available at the scheduled pick-up/drop-off times and the Front Desk claims he wasnt answering, resulting in taxi cabs being called and utilized because no one wants to miss their flight. But what was craziest, was the fact that as i an another family were about to take the taxi ride this morning February 2, 2024 at 6:15am the taxi driver walks to the Clerk and slaps some cash in his hand. this needs to be investigated,as it presented a problem to us as patrons expecting to use the shuttle service!

I decided to stay at this property because of the location & proximity to the airport & also because of the expedia ratings, however I was amazed that the hotel was not even close to the revies & ratings. The property is not clean, the staff is standoffish. They willl nickel & dime you for every little thing. There was no lotion in the room, I was told that I had to purchase it at the front desk.

The hotel has a restaurant next to the lobby, there are a couple of options to eat nearby. You'll have to walk a bit but doable. Hotel is clean and nice, check-in was easy. Room has a very nice small kitchen.

I appreciated the snack bar as we checked in late and had not eaten dinner. We did request a taxi because the shuttle service was not available and was told the hotel would cover it. Unfortunately when we arrived at the airport the driver requested payment. Overall the staff was very professional and kind. The rooms were very clean and area was quiet considering we were next to the airport.
