This place is an utter kip. It's dark and generally just dull and dreary. The lady at reception was about as helpful and warm as a kick in the face. The room had no TV (apparently this was in the description so the friendly receptionist told me). No water in the room either. Going outside in the morning to be greeted by empty pizza boxes and fast food waste was also a treat. So if you fancy this type of experience ....for £350 - go for it ! I personally won't be.

The hotel is centrally located to Trafalgar Square, SoHo, Covent Garden, Big Ben, West Minister Abbey and the Tube. Buckingham Palace is a short 15 to 20 minute walk. Loved the location. Needed another end table in the room. Overall great place to stay. But what is with the pink bunny? Not one staff member could explain. Would recommend.

The hotel was in an ideal location for our city trip, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room a little small but very clean and tidy, they also come every 4 days to freshen your room and change your towels etc. We would definitely consider and use again.

Nice and clean and good location for theater district. However, no chair, no table, only 2 electric outlets, poor shampoo, very small, no electric outlet in bathroom. Small lobby , staff ignored us.

Awful stay. The photos gave a misleading impression of the room, which stank of damp and mould. The location was great, but I would never stay here again.
