Room had a weird odor. Pool was also closed for all of the days we were day due to maintenance but I never seen anyone working there. I think they were just trying to save on pool maintenance.!

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and efficient. Place was quiet. Unaware of the $5 per day parking fee, but after spending $18-$45 for parking at other places I've stayed....that $5 is perfectly fine. Would definitely stay here again.

The main areas was nasty. Food dropping in the elevator, Half stock refreshments, The continental breakfast was half done, Juice dispenser out of order… just poorly ran. If I had a known, I needed to submit photos, I would’ve taken some. I didn’t I will not be returning there. Send a VP out and they will see for themselves.

Experience was great. If you have a room facing the street you do hear a lot of noise. Service was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful and always checked throughout our visit how things were going.

The hotel its self was very nice and clean but it was sooo loud! We could hear the freeway traffic all night long as well as numerous LOUD guests all night long. It didnt get quiet until 4am.

Hotel is right off Interstate making it convenient, staff was friendly and hotel inside and out clean. Electricity was not on in room when we got there, called front desk and they had to flip breaker. Went off the next morning while getting dressed, called front desk and they had to flip breaker. Not alot of dining options. Hotel does not accept cash.

Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean and well kept. The bathroom is a barn door with no lock which is a little strange but not a super big deal. Would stay here again.

The hotel overall was ok. Would’ve maybe had a nicer stay at a hotel next door to this place. The staff was not very friendly especially “Glenn” the guy at the front desk overnight. VERY RUDE! I was told im “asking too much” when I requested a later checkout time. When asking for extra towels I got met with lots of sighs & he was very apprehensive about extra towels. During our stay the toilet backed up, When calling to the front desk to ask what to do Glenn came up maybe 10 minutes after the call , seeming bothered that I had this problem then HE proceeds to make the toilet flood. After it flooded he was trying to blame me for it as if I had shoved crayons or something to make the toilet flood. Not my fault this facility has awful plumbing. He then proceeds to make an ugly comment towards me & my female friend because we were going out, when all we were wanting was to fix our toilet. I also had to clean up the toilet mess with NO CLEANING PRODUCTS besides the two extra towels I had to beg for. Will not be back to this location or another Hampton Inn ever. Thanks so much for the hostility I received in an already unfamiliar place when I tried to visit Dallas. Hope management speaks to the staff.

It’s a very bad experience. I will never book at Hampton again. The hotel is the most expensive one among several other hotels in the area. I thought it should be good, Turns out it was a waste of money. The hotel was renovated and looked nice. However there were quite few things that totally ruined the experience. 1. The bathroom door was installed incorrectly so it was really hard to open and close. 2. The AC was really noisy. 3. The shower was bad so more than half of the water did not go up, leaving the shower head with little water. 4. Contact the front desk 3 times finally they admitted the door issue, and declined to change room. 5. Email to manager and never got response. 6. When checking out, no one was at the front desk. Called next day for a copy of invoice, never received it.

honestly, this is an excellent hotel for the price bracket. the people who work the front desk are amazing and it shows how much they care about guests. i also like the location, not too far away from all the fun things to do in the city.

Overall it's a 4 out 5 stars to stay here. I needed towels but the individuals in the front told me they didn't have any and would bring me towels later. They never did. About 30 minutes later, I asked the cleaning crew. They were able to give me some. However, I did like the stores I needed were close by the hotel. As well, many restaurants to choose from in this area.

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. Not sure why but we paid a 5.00 parking fee upon arrival no security onsite. I was scared my car was going to be broken into. The area is not good! Alot of homeless, hookers and people doing drugs. A strip club on the next block. Hopefully someone reads this that needs that info specially traveling with kids

Great stay! Easy checkin, breakfast was basic but still delicious. Cereal, waffle makers, toaster, eggs, sausage, baked goods, oatmeal and fruit were options. Small store at front desk had enough options to kill a midnight craving. Our room was clean, bed was ok comfy, on the firmer side. Couch bed was ok for my teenager. Fridge and microwave in room as well.

Our room was so clean and the hotel appears to be very new, beautiful décor in the rooms, modern fixtures. Loved the shower with sliding glass doors. Breakfast was decent, I would have liked scrambled eggs and bacon to be offered, but the Texas shaped Waffle was absolutely delicious! This was the best hotel I stayed at out of 3 while I was visiting the area!
