They had trash all over the outside property. They had clothes hanging on the fence around the property. The bathrooms only had two towels when I told them I had a party of four. Complimentary breakfast was very bad and not a lot of choices. Will never stay in a Days Inn again.

Very quiet stay despite being off the main road. Guess it was because the way the hotel sits so it blocks sound of traffic. It is very close to Walmart if you need to grab anything. We stayed here in Tuscaloosa, for our 9th anniversary. Would stay again. It is gated and feeling is very welcoming. Bed is comfy and room is beautifully decorated. No coffee pot in the roof here. The breakfast selection was ok but delicious. Not a lot to pick from and no fresh fruit at this Days Inn. (We have stayed at many Days Inns and this brand of hotel is often a first choice of ours.)

Would be nice to mention how tight the parking lot is. We were traveling with a truck and trailer and could barely get in or out of the parking lot. Room was clean, but smells horrible of smoke. Probably the softest towels I have ever seen in any hotel. Breakfast consisted of coffee and a few slices of stale bread.

Room was clean and smell good. Was pleasantly surprised that breakfast included warm foods (sausage, gravy) in addition to the traditional muffins and bread. Although, was disappointed that the yogurt was expired. Definitely needed more towels than provided in the room (just asked the front desk). Owners were super kind and made sure our stay went well. Felt very welcome. Ice and vending machines easy accessible. Hotel seemed half full and the area is extremely busy but noticed zero noise inside. Check in and out was quick and easy. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s a typical old motel with some updates in the rooms, but overall pretty rough. Cleaning was acceptable but not great. Phone didn’t work, and toilet water ran continuously. Lots of fast food right there for your late night cravings after a game and a long Uber wait!

I didn't like that online it looks like an inside "HOTEL" but when we got there it was an outside "motel". People were walking and making noise all night. Front desk person was upset because I told him my TV turned off several times on it's own. He said he'll come check it out which he did. He violently shook the cord behind the TV then took it out and put it back in and walked off. I said thank you and he replied mmhm. No smiles at the front desk, no warm greeting just looks. Front desk guy asked to run my card and I asked why because it's on file already. He said in case we smoke or damage anything. He ran my card and I asked for a paper receipt and he got upset and didn't give me a paper receipt. He said it would go to my email and I told him yes I know but I also need a paper receipt. It upset him that I wanted a paper receipt, he finally gave it to me but he slid on the counter instead of in my hand. I will not be booking there again. Also the bathroom wasn't clean and hair was on the bathroom countertop.

Overall, didn’t feel safe in the area of town. The noise level from the outside was disturbing. The bathroom was not clean with limited towels. The remote control was “sticky.” My husband and I actually left and did not sleep there. We decided to drive 5 hours to get home without rest.

The front desk staff was nice however when I walked I. My room I smelled mildew. The shower head and the wall of the shower had mildew that they tried to cover up with cleaner. The AC was on full blast to try to mask the smell. My sister and I sister not sleep well due to these conditions. I took photos that I hope I can upload.

Room and bathroom were dirty. Dirty towels in the bathroom. Dirty sheets and blanket were still on the sofa bed. Grab bar in shower was almost falling off the wall. Bathroom door was hard to close and was deteriorating on the bottom. Would never pass a State inspection.

First I want to start off by saying the people that worked the front were so very nice. Up on arrival we did notice that the pictures listed online were in fact not updated and wanted to have a look at the room. We went and asked if we could see the room and he was very nice and allowed us. The room (from a glance was clean) it also had the smell of cleaning supplies so that put my mind to ease. We were moving our daughter into college so we checked in and got back rather late. When walking in I wanted to shower and rest. The shower would not get hot so I had to turn it off and restart twice. The bathroom and sink all look awful but it was after 10 and I didn’t have time. Then the plug up area for phones and etc had a hole in the wall. I thought I’d sit down will getting ready for bed but the couch looked as if someone had used it on them. It was bad and I hated to give them such a low rating because of how friendly they were but at 200/a night I’d expect a little better than this. The sleep wasn’t great it’s actually a motel and we heard every car and conversation outside our room. A lot of parents that were dropping their kids off were very upset of how the rooms ended up looking but because it was move in weekend we had no other choice 😞

We've been on a 4000 Mile road trip. We loved this hotel! Check in was quick. The staff on duty was nice & helpful about the area. Great room. Bigger than most. Great bed. And breakfast was really good. Highly recommend!

I was in town for a friend’s wedding and at the hotel for one night. I arrived early and the individual at the front desk was very accommodating and allowed me to check in early after checking with housekeeping to make sure room was ready. The room was very clean and perfect for what I needed for the stay.

This was the worst stay. After an 8 hour drive, I just wanted to check in and get some rest. The front desk attendant was asleep on the coach, I rang the doorbell, to which he answered in his boxers, his pants were folded on the back counter! After checking in, the room was musty and smelled of mold. Although I booked a 2 night stay I was ready to cut my losses and make the long drive back home, after getting my daughter settled into UA. Unfortunately move in was longer than expeced and sucked it up, arrived back and this time my key didn't even work. If the stay alone didnt give me the creeps, I now am disputing seven charges and no one has called me back!

This property is located in an interesting location. Very close to the Sam's Club, Walmart and Office Depot (you walk right to these locations!) A variety of dining options. Rooms are really nice and comfortable. I'm definitely staying here again on my next trip to Tuscaloosa.

The staff here is very nice, great people. The hotel is just in a bad area. As a female, you should not stay here alone. There are guests who leave their rooms open and are openly drinking beer out on the balcony or in the parking lot. Some very sketchy individuals.

Room was fine but old. A/C was excellent. Breakfast was NOT as advertised. Even called on the way there and told breakfast was omlets, bacon, pancakes... they had sausage patties, "congealed gravy", biscuits that looked and felt 5 days old, yogurt and cereal. Not a breakfast for a diabetic... needed protein that i was told they would have. Talked to customer service and they apologized but did not offer any compensation or future stay discount. Will not be back
