They should improve to have hot water and not only replying " its strabfe, I'll check, in 10 minutes" and never get hot water, I talked with other hosts and it was the same priblem and answer. Also, they didnt want to leave hand towel, shampoo, soap and all the tegular tging you find in a hotel even give a receipt for the payment (only accept cash) because "they never do that".... i recommend the place for its lotaction but not for the service

Je n ai pas obtenu ce que j ai loué, j ai dû donné un supplément pour avoir frigo,cafetière, ect. De plus aucune eau chaude et après 6 jours plus d eau du tout, j ai changé d hôtel sans remboursement.

Ficamos nesse hotel por 2 vezes na mesma viagem. Da primeira vez nos deram um quarto bem sujo e da outra vez o quarta estava limpo. O maior problema é que não havia água quente no chuveiro.

Literalmente había una gran cucaracha muerta en el baño apenas abrir la puerta (tengo foto), moho negro en el techo, olor fuerte a insecticida que duro los 3 días que estuve, manijas de las oxidadas y en mal estado (cada 3-4 usos se trababan y te quedabas atrapado), el “servicio de limpieza” solo tendió las mismas sabanas 1 vez, pero entro 3 veces a husmear en las maletas porque no hicieron mas que cambiarlas de lugar, dejaron las ventanas abiertas sin cortina para que todos vieran nuestras pertenencias en un intento de ventilar el terrible olor a humedad e insecticida, ni siquiera reemplazaron el papel de baño que se había acabado, el “estacionamiento” era un terreno cruzando la calle con basura y sin ninguna señalización, el trato fue amable pero la experiencia terrible.

It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and there is so much good food by. In the heart of everything and a great price. The water pressure is the only downside to this place. I will stay here again many times.

Excelente lugar todo muy limpio y confortable! El unico problema es el estacionamiento que es pequeño y es por disponibilidad de ahi en fuera todo bien excelente la atencion de las chicas!!

Cheiro de mofo, chuveiro não funcionava, pia entupida. Experiência não foi agradável. No anúncio informa que tem estacionamento e praia privativa, não existe nenhum dos dois. Não recomendo.

The staff was wonderfully friendly and kind. The layout of the hotel though, did not give us a window to the outside, just to the hallway. The room smelled so strong of mildew or mold. We were given 2 bathtowels for our party of 5, no face cloths or hand towels. The towels and sheets were threadbare. The fan above the bed wobbled badly, and was held together with duct tape. Because the only window opened to the hallway, other guests' noise in the common areas was very disturbing. Other than that, we felt safe and secure inside the hotel. The staff made us feel at home.

Me hubiera gustado que limpiaran mejor la habitación, notifique a recepción que habia cabellos en las almohadas justo cuando recibí la habitación el primer día pero no me solucionaron nada. La respuesta fue que al otro día lo limpiarian. No use las almohadas porque no tenia la certeza de que estuvieran limpias.

Estuve hospedado 4 noches, no esperaba un gran hotel, pero si limpieza decente, llegamos y tenian las sabanas de la habitación manchadas y tambien las fundas de almohada, ademas los utensilios de cocina estaban sucios todos, los electrodomesticos tambien por dentro y por fuera. Encontramos un insecto detras de la licuadora. Repito, no esperaba un gran qué, pero al menos un espacio limpio para dormir sí. El servicio genial, la señorita de recepcion siempre atenta y disponible

Es un hotel viejo qué huele a humedad horrible... No limpian los baños están tapados... Las camas llenas de arena.. No dejan papel de baño y lo más importante el aire acondicionado no sirve. Es realmente triste llegar a ese lugar tan feo y mal oliente

If you like the noise and the vehicle echo from the street; or you like the kids screaming, or you like could not sleep well at night, you will like this hotel. I have asked changed room from the front but have been denied in a rude way. Therefore we suffered for 8 days&nights.

This was a nice hotel as for walking to the beach and attractions in the area like 5th ave. The one thing I didn’t like is that the room really needed black out or thicker curtains as my room shared windows with the hallway and the opaque curtains did nothing to shield the hallway lights from beaming into my eyes at night. Overall the place was clean, and I would stay there again.

I can't leave a detailed review as we only used this hotel as a cheap and convenient 1 night stay before leaving for the airport. It was exactly that. The room we had was basic and had a very strong chemical smell but we got used to it through the night. Pay close attention to the room you're booking because I honestly thought I'd booked a completely different type with a kitchenette and outside window due to pictures on the booking but after closely reading the booking I did in fact book the quadruple room that only had one tiny window at the top of the wall and the other full sized window in the room looked out into the hotel hallway. Obviously not an issue for our one night but we would have been very disappointed had we booked our entire vacation here. It's a small thing but we were really grateful that they allowed us to store our bags in a locker after check-out for free as we had a night flight so didn't want to have to lug our bags to the beach and keep an eye on them all day. For the price of the place and the great location we didn't have any need to complain!

Escolhi o hotel pela proximidade das coisas... Ele fica a cerca de 500m do terminal turistico da ADO (se vc nao locar carro provavelmente virá neste ônibus para Playa del Carmen), fica 2 quadras acima da 5ª avenida (onde está o agito da cidade, mas é silencioso a noite), dá pra ir pra Cozumel por conta propria pois fica a uns 750m do terminal marítimo, fica a cerca de 500m do mercado Walmart, a internet é boa e o quarto bem espaçoso. A unica coisa ruim é q não possui um Frigobar para vc guardar coisas geladas... Tirando isso não há o que reclamar...

From the moment we checked in this place was terrible. Lady at the front desk was extremely rude. The room advertised fridge in room which is the main reason we got this room and there wasnt one. When we went downstairs to ask she said it was an error with expedia not them. Also the door lock to our room was broken and the soap dispenser didnt work. Book elsewhere

I am not sure what all the criticisms are for. Decent hotel 5 minutes walk from the beach, friendly staff at the front desk, warm water in the shower each night. Neighborhood was not run down as people stated. Not super elegant but suited me just fine for a couple days.

Todo muy mal al llegar se les había ido la luz y la encargada como sea nos cobró, esperamos a ver si llegaba o reparaban y nada y nadie se hacía responsable por el suceso, ya en la noche, le dije que no podíamos quedarnos ahí qué nos resolviera y la encargada muy mal respondía no solo a mi sino a todos los huéspedes qué no era problema de ella, ya como a las 10 de la noche los mandaron a otro hotel tuvimos que tomar taxi y desplazarnos más lejos de donde necesitábamos estar, ya no volvemos a ese hotel y deberían quitarlo de su lista de recomendación.

Excelente propiedad, muy buena en calidad precio por la ubicación céntrica en donde se encuentra, olvidamos unos audífonos y nos los devolvieron sin problema alguno.

Management was terrible when i did my check in i said i didn't want no cleaning services and they still when in my room left my door with no lock and took my towels and didnt replace my towels when i poke to the manager she said if anything was missing from my room and i told her that was not the point she didn't wanna resolve the problem.

Der Empfang und die Zuvorkommenheit ist wirklich super. Es werden momentan viele Verbesserungen im Hotel vorgenommen, da es unter neuem Mangment ist. Dieses braucht es auch, da einige Sachen sehr alt und teilweise nicht funktional sind. Leider ist hier auch ein wenig Feuchtigkeit mit leichtem Schimmel in Ecken zu finden. Dieses wird aber alles verbessert und das Management hat auf unsere Bemerkungen und Vorschläge positive reagiert. Im Großen und Ganzen ist es ein gutes Hotel mit super freundlichem Personal und in einer guten Lage für den Strand, Restaurants, Bars und Shopping.

La experiencia fue mala, llegamos al hotel y no tenían luz, no tenían agua, la chava que nos recibió nos atendió con una actitud muy mala, yo había reservado 6 habitaciones una de ellas en plata baja porque una persona tiene discapacidad y por lo cual no podía subir escaleras, le comenté y me contestó que ella no podía hacer nada que me había tocado en la 3era planta, le comenté que el Señor no puede subir escaleras y me dijo ya le dije que no puedo hacer nada. Al final me dejó una habitación pero no les hacían el aseo, no dejaban pétalos para el baño se pedían en recepción y molesta los entregaba, una habitación no cerraba la puerta con seguro, otra persona de mi grupo estaba tomando una cerveza en recepción sin música y sin molestar a nadie le dijo molesta y con actitud mala que eso no estaba permitido pero no había ningún letrero de no está permitido y mucho menos nos dijo algún reglamento al llegar que no se podía. Esta es la segunda vez que nos hospedábamos ahí. Nada que ver con el año pasado. Después estuvo otra muchacha que nada que ver muy amable, y dispuesta a resolver los problemas que teníamos.

It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and there is so much good food by. In the heart of everything and a great price. The water pressure is the only downside to this place. I will stay here again many times.

Escolhi o hotel pela proximidade das coisas... Ele fica a cerca de 500m do terminal turistico da ADO (se vc nao locar carro provavelmente virá neste ônibus para Playa del Carmen), fica 2 quadras acima da 5ª avenida (onde está o agito da cidade, mas é silencioso a noite), dá pra ir pra Cozumel por conta propria pois fica a uns 750m do terminal marítimo, fica a cerca de 500m do mercado Walmart, a internet é boa e o quarto bem espaçoso. A unica coisa ruim é q não possui um Frigobar para vc guardar coisas geladas... Tirando isso não há o que reclamar...

For the price, the area was decent and the property was decent. It was older but it was clean. The staff is what made it well worth it. They were friendly - went above and beyond to help -always greeted us when we came in and always said goodbye and have fun when we went out. They were helpful with places to eat and sights to see. Miguel and Jesus were awesome!

They should improve to have hot water and not only replying " its strabfe, I'll check, in 10 minutes" and never get hot water, I talked with other hosts and it was the same priblem and answer. Also, they didnt want to leave hand towel, shampoo, soap and all the tegular tging you find in a hotel even give a receipt for the payment (only accept cash) because "they never do that".... i recommend the place for its lotaction but not for the service
