I stayed at Casa de Las Flores for 2 nights before joining a group tour in PDC. My room, #28 was simple but spacious, had a small kitchenette and a much needed AC & fan system. This hotel is a calm oasis set behind the main tourist strip of PDC. Though only a 2 minute walk from 5th Ave, it feels a million miles away. The small pool is perfect for cooling off after a day exploring and the shaded garden is a nice spot to relax in. There are coffees and filtered water available at reception which was ideal. What really makes this place great, though, is the staff. Jesus was ready with a warm welcome when I arrived tired and later than expected, and kindly let me use the pool & shower facilities after I’d checked out. If you want a chilled stay away from the resorts, definitely consider Casa de las Flores for your time here. Tips: there is a nice coffee spot just around the corner, Kafi Playa.

Excellent value for money hotel with great staff! Location is really convenient and there are some nice restaurants in the area. Staff are incredibly polite and helpful. The hotel looks very pretty as well with the Frida mural infront of the pool. Pool was very clean and open until very late

This hotel is a gem! The staff are amazing and so happy to make our vacation just what we wanted and needed. They truly made this our home away from home especially Alberto. This was our third time staying here and will definitely be back. It’s a great location near many restaurants. It’s super quiet. Very clean and would definitely recommend.

A lovely colorful hotel with great amenities, pool and amidst a lush jungle. I enjoyed my stay at Casa de las Flores very much. I had a spacious room, that was cleaned every day. The staff at the reception was friendly and very helpful. I also enjoyed interacting with the cute hotel cat. The proximity to the main street, city center and the beach make it the ideal stay in Playa del Carmen. I highly recommend this accommodation and will gladly come back again.

The hotel is beautiful, Simpele and really quiet. A peaceful place to spend a night away from the noise. And close to the square to admire artesania and enjoy marquesitas. Room was clean, bed good and comfortable.

We loved this property! The architecture is beautiful, the colors amazing! The room was spacious, comfortable, great linens and towels, plenty of hot water, even a bidet! Chambre très bruyante. Lors de la réservation, j'ai demandé une chambre au calme en étage surélevé. Demande non respectée par l'hôtel car la chambre était au rdc. De plus chantier derrière notre chambre donc réveil tôt le matin et musique jusque tard dans la nuit en raison d'un bar à proximité de l'hôtel. Très mal dormi donc en raison de ces nombreux bruits. Personnel arrangeant qui a accepté de garder nos bagages le jour de notre départ notamment. Chambre propre et proche de la 5ème avenue.

place is exceptional. Very noisy; you can hear everything outside, and people have full conversations in the common areas at 4am etc. Jesus is the key to this place; he is exceptional. Was VIP expedia hotel but no wine was presented as listed. Most hotels that are Expedia Vip hotels don’t even know they are. Other than that - a ton of people in and out/ more so than any other place i stayed at. Would come back. ideal location

We stayed for one night. Wr arrived late, check in was easy. Room was clean and spacious. The property was beautiful. Beds are are on the hard side. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. We would stay again.

The best service! Room was large with king bed. Microwave and small fridge with electric skillet to cook in. Shower was ok, but plenty of hot water. Pool was nice. Not far from beach and Fifth Ave.

This hotel is a gem! The staff are amazing and so happy to make our vacation just what we wanted and needed. They truly made this our home away from home especially Alberto. This was our third time staying here and will definitely be back. It’s a great location near many restaurants. It’s super quiet. Very clean and would definitely recommend.

I stayed at Casa de Las Flores for 2 nights before joining a group tour in PDC. My room, #28 was simple but spacious, had a small kitchenette and a much needed AC & fan system. This hotel is a calm oasis set behind the main tourist strip of PDC. Though only a 2 minute walk from 5th Ave, it feels a million miles away. The small pool is perfect for cooling off after a day exploring and the shaded garden is a nice spot to relax in. There are coffees and filtered water available at reception which was ideal. What really makes this place great, though, is the staff. Jesus was ready with a warm welcome when I arrived tired and later than expected, and kindly let me use the pool & shower facilities after I’d checked out. If you want a chilled stay away from the resorts, definitely consider Casa de las Flores for your time here. Tips: there is a nice coffee spot just around the corner, Kafi Playa.

This is a wonderful property! The location is perfect: close to both ADO stations, very walkable to many restaurants, the beach and the main square. The staff is amazing! Very helpful, friendly and TRUSTWORTHY!!! You have a very honest and welcoming staff. The pool is perfect, the rooms were very clean and the grounds were beautiful! We will definitely be back! Fantastic little hotel with a Mexican flare. Comfortable bed, great pool. Close to the beach, 5-7 minutes walk. Close to the busy 5th avenue but far enough to have a peace and quite. Fantastic staff and service. We will be back.

This is such a gem. The cost is so low that it is misleading. Quaint, clean and friendly staff. Area is real local and everyone was super friendly. Felt safe and welcomed. Many food vendors and restaurants on the street. 3 blocks to 5th Ave. Perfect Distance from the noise of 5th. Will recommend to friends.

Excellent value for money hotel with great staff! Location is really convenient and there are some nice restaurants in the area. Staff are incredibly polite and helpful. The hotel looks very pretty as well with the Frida mural infront of the pool. Pool was very clean and open until very late

Could be opened with a slight shove. If i hadn't been with a group I would have left. Gadventures choose hostels and other unsafe properties. Bathroom seemed clean. Very basic room. Thin sheets. No cover or blanket. OK location. Interesting island in a lake. No I would not go back. No staff spoke English
