Fridge door was broken, tub ceiling was coming apart. AC was old fashioned and loud. Pictures showed a hot tub, but there wasn’t one. (To be fair, it wasn’t listed on amenities, I just went off pics)

WHAT'S UNIQUE?!?!?! That's funny. Stayed there twice in September '23. Elevator problems both times. Makes me think only way situation will be addressed, i.e. corrected, is if some 'guest' has a heart attack while climbing the stairs, due to the elevator being out. Hopefully the lame a** owner will end up living in a van down by the river should that happen.

Staff was awesome. Plenty of free parking. Woodland Hills Mall walkable in 5 minutes. So many dining options Incredible Pizza is right next door and has plenty of family games and events. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and quiet during our stay. The breakfast was quite good. We paid $110 for the room through Hotels.com which was an exceptional rate. On check in, we were charged an additional $75 for our dog, which is an extremely high fee. The hotel advertises that they are "pet friendly" but the additional fee was exorbitant. Customary pet fees are around $10 - $20, not 68% of the room feel.

Meager offering for breakfast- plus it was also just lukewarm. Elevators, serving three floors were very slow. Carpets throughout the facility were worn and in some cases, torn. Spent two nights due to medical exams - saw very few customers during that time. The facilities looked very old. Won’t be returning.

The room felt and smelled very moist. Our clothes and sheets all had a damp feel to them. We had to turn our AC way down to try and make it comfortable due to the high humidity levels. When we showered there was no ventilation and I noticed the 2nd day that there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Probably will not be returning.

Hotel and staff were very nice. It is an older hotel and could use some updating but was overall comfortable for our 3 night stay. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been so that's the reason for the lower scores. Some leftover hair made a shower vs. tub an easy choice. Wall mounted shampoo, hand soap, et. used by multiple guests didn't seem as sanitary in this day and age of covid and such. Breakfast was ok as your typical continental breakfast buffet you'd experience at any hotel.

The suite was a great size for my sisters quick getaway. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The remote didn’t work for the tv, we took it to the front desk and battery was changed. The only annoying part was our room was next to an exterior door so we heard every time the door was opened. Will come again!

This is a perfectly acceptable Hampton Inn - the rooms are larger than an average HI and the elevators were much, much older and slower than an average HI. The breakfasts were OK. This HI has wall unit HVAC which is noisy - we prefer HI’s with central air, but they are not easy to find or identify ahead of time. A solid 4 star HI.

Alex greeted me with a smile and check in took very short time. Room was clean and to our surprise it was very big. The restroom was equipped as for an handicap person so it was enormous. It was easy to graduate the AC and very comfy and clean 2 queen beds. Very good breakfast! The cherry on the cake was that Alex checked on how we were doing sending text. It was a nice experience.

I got in super late after a long day of driving through some pounding rain that lasted for hours. The young lady working the late night shift was a breath of fresh air and got me checked in quickly and efficiently with a great attitude. I wish I had gotten her name all I know is she was young with braids. Thank you for the kind and efficient service.

Well the 1st night, I checked in, great!! When i came down for breakfast the next day, returned to my room and the key didnt work. Front desk person, seemed annoyed with me, as she proceeded to tell me there was no one in that room, (but omI had my key) was I sure I was in that room? (yes, had my key) - "you should be in this number room on the 1st floor! Not the 2nd floor?! she then followed me to the room with master key and it didnt open. There was a green mintenance tag. (she could have changed the room# & reset my key really) All my stuff was in the room, I had to then wait 30-40 minutes for maintenance to open the door. Then I had to REPACK all my belongings to be put in the room they claim was my original room on a lower floor. I was extremely upset, (I was there for my brothers funeral services & family) I used to work for hilton hotels in Gaithersburg, MD from 95-99.. as a frnt desk spvsr.. It could have been avoided. I would like some type of compensation. I was late for some of my family events due to this fiasco. The remainder of my stay was fine, for the remaining 4 days!

Ashley, Alex and Dijon were phenomenal and treated us like family! It's wonderful when we're all on a first name basis! Hampton Inn is fortunate to have such fabulous employees on staff! They were kind, caring and accommodating. They are the main reason why we will be back!

Conveniently located, relatively quiet aside from occasional drag race down 71st by motorcycles, but I was on the noisy end of the building. Clean and staff was polite. Desk chair was too short and I'm 6'3. Desk-lite was worthless. It was a good place to sleep for 5 1/2 hrs after a 12 hr drive.

We had stayed at this hotel before and numerous times at Hampton Inn and have always been very pleased. Was distressing our stay on March 5,6 was not up to Hampton Inn standards. It was put out that breakfast started at 5:30 which pleased us as we had an early day ahead. We got to the breakfast area at 5:45 and very little had been set out. the front desk person said ,Oh we are getting a late start today. Another person was present but was looking at her phone and then at 6:00 set up the area. If you don't want to start till 6 that is fine but don't say you start at 5:30 when you don't. Have experienced that kind of service before but never at a Hampton Inn

The beds were amazing. The rooms could only get so cold because they won’t let you turn the ac lower than 66 (The third floor 66° equals 72°) they advertised a hot tub by pictures and there is no hot tub, the breakfast people two days in a row were rude when we asked for bagels or cream cheese because they ran out and it wasn’t that late at all. The area around our hotel was so busy it took twice as long to get anywhere.
