It’s was nice with nice views of the ocean. The food was good too

The resort was super clean, safe, with nice pools and spacious suites. The two negative issues were the “two-tier” service that wasn’t disclosed upfront at time of booking, and the food options. Basically, there are “members, who sign up for timeshare” and guests, and from checking in until check out, guests feel the difference in service in every domain, guests can only reserve restaurants the day of, while members can book in advance, so if you go in busy weeks, your odds of finding any restaurant reservations are quite slim, and the buffet one that doesn’t require reservations have suboptimal food options, items are rotated from breakfast/lunch/dinner only changing cuisine “theme. Also no matter what day you check in, you’ll have to change rooms on Saturdays, so we checked in Friday, couldn’t unpack as we knew we have to change room next day, same building, different floor, which didn’t make any sense and wasn’t disclosed at time of booking, to honor whatever policy they have towards their members, again “two-tier service”. To give them full credit, staff are super nice, friendly, accommodating and the place was spotless the entire time despite how busy it was.

The location, resort & staff were very friendly. The restaurants were varied & very enjoyable

It was a very clean and friendly place to stay. It was a beautiful place to stay and close to a lot of places to visit or things to do. Wish there were a couple more places to eat at.
