Room okay; staff a bit rude. Seem to judge black people. Also had egg omelets wrapped in plastic while in heat container. They did not listen when I said that the omelets should not be in plastic as plastic is harmful. The parking lot was under construction and I hit a curb at night with no plant being where shrubs should be.

It was just ok. It did the job. Probably would spend a little bit more next time for nicer hotel. Pros: staff friendly, easy check in Cons: pool closed, coffee machine broken, ants in room, not thoroughly cleaned (spoons, straws next to mini fridge), mold around shower enclosure, outdated, nonody changed trash while there 4 nights.

It was my birthday and I specifically stay at Comfort Inns where ever I go however this particular one here was under ew management, the pool was not available during my stay, and that was a bummer for me. The breakfast was great and the room was clean except for the squeaky bed we had. I don’t know if I would stay here again unless I call ahead before confirming to make sure all their advertised amenities are available.

The toilet ran constantly. The hot water in the sink made a noise every time we turned it on. The door to the bathroom would not close without lifting up on it. Reported it to management on the first day and upon leaving it still wasn't repaired. Requested housekeeping service on Sunday and no one clean the room or replaced the towels. We had to go down and get towels Sunday night. During the breakfast they keep running out of food. The food was awful and didn't have bottle water. The website gave the rating an 8.2 and i think it should have been a 6.2. The elevator was making a noise and I used the stairs in fear that it might stop with me on it. The 3rd floor had an odor. Overall this was the worse experience I have experienced in a long time. For sure I will not stay there again.

The property was a great location for us. Room was clean. However, it had a musky smell. I believe the carpet had been cleaned and wasn’t completely dry. Advertising showed a workout room that was only a yoga room. Hotel is currently going through some renovations such as painting the exterior.

The lady a the front desk was rude but the other employees were really friendly. the elevator was broken so you had to take the stairs. However the room was very comfortable. the hotel is a little dated but its nice and comfortable. The hot breakfast was better than expected and the area was nice and quite around the hotel. parking was good too. just one or two places to eat near by. Beside the rude lady at the front desk I had a pretty nice stay.

After driving all night and arriving at 5 a.m, it took about 30 minutes to check in. We get to our room and the smoke alarm is beeping extremely loud every 30 seconds. We tell management, who says “push the button”, okay that stopped it temporarily. I lay down and get 1 hour of sleep before visiting my soldier on base. The next morning at 6 a.m, the ear piercing smoke alarm goes off again… after an exhausting night it wasn’t what I wanted to wake up to an hour before my alarm. Other than that, the shower curtain had dirt on it (at the top, and throughout), the tubs are tiny (not much room to turn around without fear of falling out the tub and busting my head on the counter), the bed skirt had dried food and stains. The one queen bed was loose and very loud. There was only a sheer curtain to keep the sun out, no privacy. So good thing we were on the 2nd floor. The only elevator went out the 2nd day. So there goes my knees. Overall I’d rate a 2.5-3 out of 5 because the beds were soft. The pillows were tiny. It was just a day and a half stay. So it was doable. The breakfast was okay, could’ve been worse I guess. I wouldn’t stay here again if given the choice. I’ve seen worse. But it felt and looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned from the last people in it before we arrived. And because of how tired we were and pressed for time we just stayed.

Got bit by ants my first night, the one day I did allow hskpr to clean room she only made the bed up and added towels, no vacuuming the small papers were still on floor when I got back, not sure where ants came from,...breakfast hot part of menu was all microwaveable foods eggs, sausages, etc all microwaveable including gravy for biscuits and biscuits were cold....fast to go breakfast was exactly that ...

Slightly hard to get to the actual area especially at night parts around are completely dark. Rooms are nice but my room was near the front of the hotel doors and lobby so i could hear people in the lobby speaking and hear loud vehicles.

Very nice hotel. Close to the Masters tournament which was a plus. The only downside was the beds in the room. They were loud when you moved around. Sounded like the frames were damaged. Besides that it was great

We tell management, who says “push the button”, okay that stopped it temporarily. I lay down and get 1 hour of sleep before visiting my soldier on base. The next morning at 6 a.m, the ear piercing smoke alarm goes off again… after an exhausting night it wasn’t what I wanted to wake up to an hour before my alarm. Other than that, the shower curtain had dirt on it (at the top, and throughout), the tubs are tiny (not much room to turn around without fear of falling out the tub and busting my head on the counter), the bed skirt had dried food and stains. The one queen bed was loose and very loud. There was only a sheer curtain to keep the sun out, no privacy. So good thing we were on the 2nd floor. The only elevator went out the 2nd day. So there goes my knees. Overall I’d rate a 2.5-3 out of 5 because the beds were soft. The pillows were tiny. It was just a day and a half stay. So it was doable. The breakfast was okay, could’ve been worse I guess. I wouldn’t stay here again if given the choice. I’ve seen worse. But it felt and looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned from the last people in it before we arrived. And because of how tired we were and pressed for time we just stayed.

I was looking for a hotel in Aiken through Expedia. I selected a room in Aiken. The screen went wonky. After a few minutes, it showed I booked a room in Augusta, I immediately contacted Expedia. I was on hold for four hours until they picked up. They contacted the hotel in Augusta to explain it was a software glitch. The manager stated it was nonrefundable and they would not budge. Room okay; staff a bit rude. Seem to judge black people. Also had egg omelets wrapped in plastic while in heat container. They did not listen when I said that the omelets should not be in plastic as plastic is harmful. The parking lot was under construction and I hit a curb at night with no plant being where shrubs should be.

Poor Communication. we stayed two nights. our room was not clean we came back after first night. when we asked front desk lady mentioned about filling out form if we want room clean. that was never communicated when we checked in. we deserve some discount. also when we checked in we had to ring bell several time before help came to check in. same thing when we checked out.

The lady a the front desk was rude but the other employees were really friendly. the elevator was broken so you had to take the stairs. However the room was very comfortable. the hotel is a little dated but its nice and comfortable. The hot breakfast was better than expected and the area was nice and quite around the hotel. parking was good too. just one or two places to eat near by. Beside the rude lady at the front desk I had a pretty nice stay.

Slightly hard to get to the actual area especially at night parts around are completely dark. Rooms are nice but my room was near the front of the hotel doors and lobby so i could hear people in the lobby speaking and hear loud vehicles.

The property was a great location for us. Room was clean. However, it had a musky smell. I believe the carpet had been cleaned and wasn’t completely dry. Advertising showed a workout room that was only a yoga room. Hotel is currently going through some renovations such as painting the exterior.

Got bit by ants my first night, the one day I did allow hskpr to clean room she only made the bed up and added towels, no vacuuming the small papers were still on floor when I got back, not sure where ants came from,...breakfast hot part of menu was all microwaveable foods eggs, sausages, etc all microwaveable including gravy for biscuits and biscuits were cold....fast to go breakfast was exactly that ...

The facility was adequate for our medical stay in Augusta. Most of the staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean and the linens spotless, however there was only one coffee cup and the stopper in the bathroom sink did not drain. The breakfast left a bit to be desired; there were a few guests in the area when we arrived, but the sausage was almost gone by the time we arrived at 7:00 am and the coffee was absolutely anemic.

My room was very clean to include the bathroom. Everything in the room seemed to be updated and newer. The sink and shower had a little drip if you didn't put the handle down correctly. The room had a mini fridge and a microwave that came in handy. The staff was notified about the drip and they are trying to correct all of those little things while updating the rooms. The breakfast had a nice variety with a waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs and cereals. You can tell they are working on improvements which I found satisfactory.
