We stay here if we have to fly out of DFW and it has never disappointed. From the friendly staff to the kitchen staff (who is always ready to help during free/awesome breakfast) they are always greeting you coming or going. Safe and quiet area but has convenience of restaurants and stores near by. It’s always clean smelling and spotless clean from the moment you enter. The best part is the cost, you really get a bang for your buck with this hidden gem. The indoor swimming pool is a plus with our kids and it’s never crowded or hardly occupied. This has been a repeat booking for us- so we will definitely be back!

It was an okay stay. Super friendly front desk! Helped find something for my family to eat.. only complaint was the pool was pretty nasty, needs to be cleaned as it was merky and couldn’t see the bottles..

Did request a top floor which we did not get. 5:30am thought an elephant was above us. Room was clean and a good size. Work out room was exceptional. All new equipment and had free weights. A plus. Breakfast was good. Had scrambled eggs, cheese omelettes, bacon, sausage & biscuits. Friendly staff. Will stay here again.

Nice clean hotel with comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of different food. The pool looked pretty clean, it was a little cold but once u swim around youll be fine. The best part is the price!

The water in the swimming pool was pretty cold, which was disappointing for my kids because the indoor pool was the main reason we chose this hotel. Otherwise the place was great.

The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff were friendly. The staff who took care of the breakfast area kept it clean and refilled the food items. Housekeeping did a great job too. My only concern is the location of the property. It is in a rougher part of town. However, I appreciate that there was a security guard outside at night, and you need to use your room card to enter the hotel at night.

This place was not clean at all. There was chewed gum stuck on the headboard, hair on the toilet, mud and trash on the floor of the room. We could not sleep because we had to listen to Hi-Lite workers partying outside all night and throwing beer cans into the back of their truck. The Breakfast was horrible McDonald's is better

Very nice hotel, clean and neat, spacious rooms and good breakfast ( included) with many selections. Very reasonable rate...best of the many major hotels in the area. I did not have a car and it was short ride and less than $10 Uber from the Bachman Station on Dallas light rail DART. Unfortunately, it is in very large just being developed area with nothing natural around it. One day the area will be developed, until then...

The front desk lady was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We all slept like babies, the room was super quiet and I couldn’t even tell there were other people in the building even though they were booked. And the blackout curtain blocked all light, I didn’t even know the sun came up until we opened it. Plus the checkout isn’t until noon , which was amazing to not have to rush and get out early in the morning.

Hotel is pretty new so everything looks more clean n polished. Breakfast was pretty basic... But the rooms are very good and spacious. Loved the bright lighting in the room. Bathroom is pretty spacious and big compared to other hotels. Also the platform to keep luggage is very practical idea.

From the moment we walked in, clean and bright. We were warmly welcomed by Nadia and Whitney! The room was super clean and the sheets were the best! Felt like sheets from the Four Seasons Hotel! We were blown away! The bed was comfortable (pillows too fat for our taste) The A/C worked well and very quiet, black out shades, microwave and medium sized refrigerator. The breakfast was fantastic, and way more than we expected! We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again on our next trip to Dallas!

We stayed in room 308 and the property seemed like its refreshed compared to other Expresses. Walk in shower and great king bed. Kind of an odd location but not too bad

My wife is a nurse and had to work on her birthday because it is a new job. The evening hotel staff told us they would make her some food for breakfast because we had to leave before breakfast was provided. The morning staff refused to accommodate. How hard can it be to get some fruit, cereal, and yogurt ready? Is this how you treat nurses on their birthday Holiday Inn?

Every single staff member was so very nice. Every one of them has a smile and welcoming greetings. The building is very clean and the breakfast options were awesome. I love that the place is pet free. The pool water was very cold, so we couldn't enjoy it for too long. I was originally told that all doors are kept unlocked 24 hrs and that made me feel uneasy, but my girls and I came in late one night and the main entrance was locked and we had to use our key card to get in. I was very thankful for that. Overall, I loved my stay there. I'd come again and again. Thanks to all of the front desk staff, security, housekeeping staff, and whomever else I had contact with during my stay.

Do not stay here if you are disabled. I have been up all night vomiting from food poisoning. I called the desk at 630am and was told to wait up until 730am to talk to the front desk person about a late check out. My flight is leaving at 345. I asked if I could please keep the room for an additional two hours because I was extremely sick, and also already disabled with a traumatic brain injury which makes traveling extremely difficult and dangerous as is. I am prone to confusion, getting lost, and losing important items. Throw in a stomach bug and no sleep it’s a recipe for disaster. Instead of being treated kindly when I called I was told I had to rebook for an extra night. I begged the woman to allow me to pay for a few hours and she told me there was a bathroom for me to puke in in the lobby. When I expressed that I’d appreciate if she treated me with more kindness and compassion she was rude. I came down to bring her my credit card, and she was extremely rude and condescending. Ableism in 2024 is not a good look, and you guys are lucky if this type of behavior doesn’t land you a lawsuit. When my partner called from Denver with concerns that I had been overcharged in retaliation, the same woman refused to give him her name or tell him what she had put on my card (she didn’t tell me either). When he became frustrated she told him to go f himself. I had to call the police who told me to dispute the charges. Please be warned, this is a pattern for them.

No notice that HIE now charges for early checkin. I have stayed at them for years and had not seen that policy. I arrived around 845 from Houston and had to wait until 10 to check in and then had to pay an extra $30 to get in early. I won’t stay there again soon

I would recommend NOT staying here. They failed to mention they are surrounded by nightclubs and the blaring and thumping music begins on Thursday and goes through Sunday. I was there for 6 days and between the music and the sound of snoring from the gentleman in the room next to me through the paper, thin walls. They were kids running up and down the hallway in the middle of the night on a luggage cart. I called security, but the noise continued for 20 minutes. I asked them to move my room so I wasn’t overlooking the nightclubs, front desk told me I had to do it through reservations. Reservations told me I had to do it through the front desk. I complained for three consecutive days before anybody called me to see what was going on.

This stay was amazing. The hotel was clean. The room was very nice. The bed and pillows were the best I’ve ever slept on. My only dislike was the breakfast. While it was free and there was a large selection of items, it was slightly lackluster. It honestly doesn’t even matter tho. Front desk staff were extremely friendly. Best hotel experience in a LONG time. Would stay here again and again as needed.

Excellent customer service from arrival to departure. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Clean room and bathroom. All amenities included. Breakfast was delicious. Scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, pancakes, bagels, cereal, coffee was delicious!
