El hotel a pesar de ser sencillo tiene todo lo esencial para tener una estancia cómoda e increíble, mi habitación tenia un pequeño refrigerador y algunos platos de cocina que fueron muy útiles, se agradece demasiado el garrafón de agua que también ponen dentro, tiene una bonita alberca y a pesar de no tener una playa en sí, cuando te sumerges en el mar sabes que la playa es lo que menos importa. El personal se esmera por ser amable y dar un gran servicio, Elo y Marcela siempre fueron muy agradables y serviciales, esperamos regresar muy pronto. Para nosotros todo fue excelente, Lo único que cambiaría es que quizá hicieran más seguido la limpieza de la habitación, ya que me quede 5 noches y solo fueron una vez a limpiar

This property is very beautiful with very clean nice pool and access to water. The apartments are kind of dated, but very clean and very comfortable beds. The view is spectacular. Quiet neighborhood, 30 minutes walk to the downtown area. The shower hot water only lasts 2 minutes. There is hardly any hot water, but since Cozumel is warm, this did not bother us much.

The room was small but decent and clean but the bed and furniture were very uncomfortable and there were very few amenities so be prepared to go to the grove store. Also, the beach chairs are very uncomfortable as well so it was difficult to relax the entire time as we just couldn’t find a “soft spot” in the whole place. The view and staff were great and there’s plenty of snorkeling right off the patio area. No walkout beach though so climbing in and out of the ladder can be difficult at times depending on the condition of the ocean. Also, be prepared to climb stairs as there is no elevator service and everything is up and down multiple flights of stairs. You’ll also need to rent a vehicle as there’s no taxi service close by and everything is driving distance away.

Excellent private apartment with all the necessary commodities, a big comfortable bed, and a huge terrace! you have plenty of space and a beautiful view, as well as a great snorkel spot right behind the hotel so you don't even need to go out of the hotel grounds to enjoy the gorgeous Caribbean water

We loved Suites Turquesa and will return. The plusses: Killer view, fabulous snorkeling steps away from a lovely pool. Great front desk, friendly staff. Things to improve. We stayed in 132, very spartan, remarkable uncomfortable furniture in living room. Didn't like the rain shower head, toilet seat lid not staying up. Other than those minor concerns, absolutely lovely.

Beautiful property right on the water with snorkeling right off the rocks in front. You do need to climb doen ladders to get into the ocean. Located within walking distance if the edge of town food is about an 8 min walk. Good spot for budget minded travelers who don't want the isolation that large resorts tend to have. Staff was competent and helpful although we did have to wait 15 minutes for them to come and check us in.

We loved the location! Incredible snorkeling right from the condo’s! If you want an ocean view check on the hotel website because Expedia stated some were ocean view when really they were a partial view. Staff super friendly! No restaurant or bar, but very easy 10-15 min walk to restaurants on a lit sidewalk, very safe! Pool is nice and very clean! Nice to be away from the crowds of downtown, very peaceful! They replaced all the lounge chairs in the raised beach area and beautiful sunsets! Loved it!!

The staff were really nice, the room was clean. We had no deck but a glass door to a path leads to the pool, ocean ours was the bottom floor.There was no tv in our room. The overall experience was nice. I would recommend to stay here, the ocean beautiful colours and great for a quick dip and snorkeling. 20 minute walk from the ferry terminal, so quite close if you are able to walk.. bring small bills if going to taxi they don’t take credit card from town to the hotel

The suites are good size and appears to be newly renovated. The kitchen of the suites are also well equipped. Nice pool and easy access to the sea. Good snorkeling in the area. The location is also fairly convenient as it is about a 10 minute walk to a nice convenience store, and another 10 minutes to downtown. It is also a 5 minute walk to a marina so you can plan excursions from there.

We loved our stay here! It is within walking distance to a store and restaurants. Had dishes, pots, pans, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a full 5 gallon water jug with ice trays to make ice cubes. We were given cold water and cool towels upon our arrival, which were appreciated given the heat. We took a snorkeling excursion while there and it was nice but honestly the snorkeling was better there at hotel! There was more variety of fish and beautiful colors of coral. Be sure to take your own snorkel gear.

Very nice place if you enjoy snorkeling and don’t mind walking to town. Enjoyed that it was 2 rooms and can cook light meal. Great snorkeling in back and nice pool and beach. Great value!
