Shower temperature was inconsistant, luke warm the first two days, but I did have hot water on day 3. Otherwise all good. I would have liked to try the pool but weather and schedule didn't allow. Maybe next time.

Very quiet complex, I was lucky to have had a downstairs unit that had a patio area with green hedges which enabled me to open the patio doors and prop my entry door open and get a nice breeze going thru the unit. Am close to the pool, yet with people swimming it was a nice relaxing sound of people enjoying themselves, not boisterous. The on site manager Able was wonderful, constantly patrolling the grounds making sure only people on the property belonged here. Very clean grounds.

What I liked: very nice property/grounds; personable front desk person; convenient location; good price; clean . What I didn’t like: noisy people in adjoining room woke me up during the night & I couldn’t sleep after that; inconvenient parking; uncomfortable bed; few lights—room quite dark; only one very thin blanket—I had to use my jacket and my fleece blanket to stay warm.

The bathroom was not as clean as it should be. I found pubic hairs in the toilet seat hinges and the faucet was not wiped well. Half roll of TP . The pool is tiny. Many hotels in the immediate area I will try next time .

This property was much better than I expected. Service was amazing and friendly. Nice looking facility, clean pool and rooms. Only negative was the pillows, they were extremely lumpy, like they had been washed way too many times.

We stayed in this place 5 days, not one time did anyone come in to clean, provide clean towels, etc. The floor was so dirty that on our first day we were there, we walked around barefoot for an hour and our feet was black so we walked out with our shoes on the whole time. We tried tried canceling the rest of our stay and they refuse to give a refund. So we were stuck. Also we wanted to use the pool our first day because it was very hot and we were told it was closed for the day because the city had to come and inspect. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

It’s super old but affordable. The room smelled of pinesol and dog. Everything was super old unlike the pictures. Baseboards old pictures even had chips and scratches. Around the toilet old. Everything is old so everything couldn’t look clean. It could be because we were in a pet room with no carpet. Even the mirror was crooked and old. The fridge was older and dirty. In the end it was afforable the pool was decent. We didn’t even have a pet so I didn’t understand why we had a pet room.

The towels were stained/dirty. Every single one. The room reeked of chemicals which we quickly found out was there to mask the smell of urine coming from the AC. We stayed less than two hours before needing to leave. AWFUL

Rooms have been renovated, but still not clean by my standards. Roaches, cigarette burns in the drapes and the blankets no microwave, no ice machine pillows are flat and the offer no refund…I could honestly keep going but I’m sure you guys get the point!

Remember you only have 1 hour to inform the staff if there is something wrong with your room. The bedsheets were stained. We got two beds one of the blankets had a lot of thick black hair stuck to it. Pillow cases were stained one of the pillow even smelled like men cologne. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes and weed it made your throat hurt. The staff was understandable and allowed us to check out after we informed them of the rooms conditions.

Wish the blow-dryer worked. The curtains got in the way of the AC unit, had to tuck them in to get the air to circulate. Other than that, room was clean and comfy.

The first room they tried to put me in had a squealing coming from the toilet. I asked for a different room and they gave me the one below it. When it was almost time for me to check out the ceiling started leaking in the bathroom.

The staff were perfectly nice, but we were assigned to someone else’s room, so when I went in there were a bunch of men. They said that it had happened multiple times to them. All the drains are clogged, so the sinks and showers get filled with scum when you run the water

It would appear that this used to be a Days Inn that closed and recently reopened as the Hospitality Inn. The person I dealt with at the front desk was very nice and efficient but that is where the good part of the stay ended. The bed was made with a light blanket underneath a top sheet…and that was it! The heating/cooling unit was very loud and woke me up every 30 minutes when it came on. The soap in the shower was hard, gritty, and smelled bad, and the packet of shampoo was impossible to open without a knife or scissors which I normally don’t carry into the shower. They really need to upgrade things to be worth the pice they charge.

Property was clean easy to find. Fast check in. Clean rooms, sheets and towels. My only complaint is the room isn’t very sound proof from outside and the walls were super thin! You can hear voices and scraping on the walls

It was a terrible experience. I accidently locked my key in my room and it took an hr and a half to finally get someones attention. When i complained in the morning about not being able to find anyone to help me the manager got irrate and rude he even had the adacity to say i was being charged 25$ because they found a black mark on a towel. Stay away from this raunchy hotel.

We only spend one night and it was nice and quiet. Front desk lady was really nice and helped out for future stays. We went to Loma Linda hospital that was 5 min drive. We’ll be staying again for next doctor visit. -drove from Las Vegas, Nv.

I was traveling to pick up my child and did not expect to spend the night anywhere. I became very tired and decided to stop. I found Hospitality Inn on Hotels.com. It was very affordable and had availability (at 3:00 A.m.). Check-in was smooth. The room was nice, it smelled good. The bed was comfy and the pillows were fluffy. Check-out was smoother than check-in. The staff was friendly and professional, and it felt like they were welcoming a relative. To add icing to the cake, the hotel was only a few blocks from a wide variety of restaurants. More importantly, It was only 3 minutes away from the freeway. This stay was unplanned but I will definitely be staying here when I have to travel back to that area.

Hospitality Lane is a scary area to begin with and this hotel is tucked up off the main street. It felt unsafe being a woman alone. The room had scrapes and holes in the walls, but had an updated look to it. Clean enough. If you’re just looking for a nights rest, it will do. They did have a deposit of $100 that I was unaware of.

The managers Manny & Tina are very nice. We’re traveling from out of state to Loma Linda Medical Center for my husband’s treatments. This hotel is close, and very affordable. They accommodated us with a room close to handicap parking so we could unload our truck. We’re Seniors, so these little kindnesses are very rewarding. The room was clean has recently been remodeled. The surrounding area has a lot of homeless, but there is also security patrols driving through all the time, so it felt safe enough. We will definitely come back next month.

Clean and comfortable ! No icky smells or sticky dirty floors .. . no ppl hanging out drinking/ smoking .. the desk and office chair plus frig and microwave were a pleasant surprise. Coffee served in office til 10 am
