The onsens were a highlight, beautiful and spacious with indoor and outdoor baths. We were a family of 4 (kids 5&7) and stayed in the traditional family suite with two large single beds and a separate tatami room. There is a new section with lounge/reception and restaurant and the old building has the onsens. It is not difficult getting between them via car park or indoor corridor. Staff was good/Enhlish speaking mostly and very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner included was was really nice to be able to relax and eat at the hotel. Lots of options at the buffet for our picky(ish) young kids. We enjoyed the food, the onsens and the stay! The room was a bit dated as other reviewers have noted but it added to the Japanese charm, it was fine! Pillows could be improved. Overall, very good for reasonable price and would stay again or recommend.

We stayed in the South Bldg. and we had to walk back and forth between the South and North Bldgs. It was hard for my mother who was on the wheelchair. The room was old and did not look like the website. Though the hot spring was excellent, and the meals were awesome.

ホテルは温泉があり、露天風呂とサウナも備えているので、静かな雰囲気でのんびり過ごせました。然し、ホテルに到着して車を駐車場に駐車する間のことにとっても気になりました。道路沿いのA館（フロントある館）正門に停車したら、門前に立っていた迎えるホテルスタッフに隣の駐車場に車を入れてくださいと指示されましたが、車に載せてた荷物を降ろしてもらえなかったです。しかも隣の駐車場と言っても、距離的に近いが、いったん道路の向こう側の車線に入って、また反対車線に戻ってからやっと駐車場に入れました。この間に道路に往来の車が多く、怖くてドキドキしました。門前に立ったホテルスタッフは誘導してくれなかったが、この駐車場に駐車する宿泊の方に交通誘導してほしいと思います。あとはチェックインが終えた後、スーツケースなどの手荷物を客室に運んでくれませんでした。

Een prima hotel. Grote schone kamer. Ontbijt was heel goed en wij hebben gebruik gemaakt van het diner in buffetvorm. Dit was uitstekend en voor een goede prijs. Personeel is heel aardig. Er is ook van alles te doen: Heerlijke Onsen, tafelvoetbal, tafeltennis, Karaoke kamers, enz.

This location was beautiful. We had a room facing the mountain with a large window and patio. Staff were very nice and English was not a problem. Tattoos need to be covered for the hot spring. There are no sidewalks directly to the hotel but there are many food options within walking distance. Parking was available. There is 1 laundry machine so if you need it you will likely need to wait.

This hotel appears to boast many amenities and has a very nice, modern lobby. However, it's all for show. The rooms themselves are old. Our room was too warm and the thermostat didn't work. Also our room was supposed to be for 3 adults yet there were only 3 plugs available in the entire room (i.e. you can only plug in a total of 3 devices at a time). It was also strange that they could only provide us with one key, again for a room with 3 adults. Furthermore, all extra amenities in the hotel come with a charge, even table tennis!!! The only included activity is the public bath, except for most of the massage machines there which also come with a fee. Overall the stay was still passable since the room was clean and staff were courteous.

Despite the lobby being amazing with great staff we were really disappointed that our non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes. Although they weren’t able to put us in a new room they did bring up a small air purifier which did slightly help. We also thought the rooms were a bit dated but otherwise we were glad to have quite a large sized room, parking available and enjoyed being able to try out some traditional wear.

4人で北館の和洋室に宿泊。長らく使われていない部屋なのでしょうか、和室部分は特にですが、部屋の上部あちこちに埃が積もっており、気持ち悪かったです。エアコンかスピーカーか、、の吐き出し口にも埃とカビがこびりついていました。それと、北館と南館を繋げる地下通路の端に埃が寄せ集めているのが何か所にもあり、2日間気になりました。それに対し、大浴場は清潔で気持ちよく使えました。ビュッフェも美味しかったし、ホテルスタッフの接客も素晴らしく、ラウンジの快適。部屋と地下通路の不衛生さだけが残念でした。

何回も利用させてもらっています。食事は美味しくなりましたし、外国の方含めスタッフの方の対応が丁寧で安心出来ました。ただ、部屋のソファカバーやトイレの汚れが気になり落ちつけませんでした。また、ソファカバー（ソファベッドの布）が変わればより雰囲気が良くなると思います。また伺いたいと思いますので、よろしくお願いします。

The lobby is very nice and it feels like a resort. Our room is very big. It has two double beds and two tatami beds. The tatami bed area could be closed if you would like to have privacy. There are 3 sinks (two are in the washroom and one is in the room), so 4 of us did not have to fight for the sinks. The front desk staffs were so friendly that they were willing to help you with anything. Onset is very nice as well. Both breakfast and dinner were wonderful and had many choices. The dinner area is quite big, we never need to worry about finding a table even if there were many people there. We loved this property.

食事がまずどこよりも最高に良いブュッフェ。和洋室の部屋の広さが広々してて良い。ただ、エレベーターの移動が慣れないと分かりづらい。不慣れな見習いのようなスタッフが分からないなら返答せず上司に聞きに行けばいいのに、悩んだ様子で勝手に聞いたものをないと答えたのに、支配人らしきベテランな人が来たらあるとすんなり… 何だかボーっとしていて頼りがない感じに見えた。ホテルの顔的存在なのに。ホテルは最高なのに。

平塚市で用事があり、終わってから関西に帰るため、少しでも西方面の宿と思って探したので、チェックインが遅くなったが、気持ち良く迎えてくれ、しかも部屋が同じ料金で和洋室にグレードアップしてされていて、2人では持て余すくらい広い部屋でゆっくり過ごす事ができた大浴場も24時まであいていて、セキュリティも万全でのんびりできた朝食ビュッフェは種類豊富で、食べ過ぎてしまった💦 今度はディナービュッフェを食べたいと思った

The front desk staff (Ms. Ayu) is amazing. She checked us in very quick, helped to provide dining options, gave information on how to take local transportation to Kawaguchiko and even came to our room to provide utensils for my family to enjoy our dinner in iur room. The onsen was very nice and breakfast was really really good.

今回富士サファリパーク、箱根神社、小田原観光で伺いました。サファリパークから下道でところどころ渋滞があり、1時間半はかかりました。ホテルのスタッフの方がとても丁寧で笑顔で対応していただきすごく良かったです。南館、北館とありお風呂、食事、客室と連絡通路が地下なのでエレベーターも利用して移動に少し大変でした。食事は時間予約せずにできてゆっくり食べれます。朝、夕食ともとても美味しかったです。卓球台があり、家族6人で楽しみました。立地も渋滞が少ない場所で良かったです。次回また箱根に行く時はこちらのホテルを利用しようと思います。

ホテルは少し建物内臭いが気になった。スタッフの対応はとてもよくて、ゆっくりくつろぐことができて、次回もと考えるほどだった。ただ、今回、天候が悪く、停電があったため、早めに就寝したが、停電が長くなった頃、サイレン音で買わない放送され、更に復旧の知らせもサイレン音だったため、かえって恐怖心を持ってしまった。また、バスの便利がかなり悪く、バス停の表示時間が全く違って、困った。その点さえなければ、とても良いホテルだと思う。

This is a very old hotel located in a quieter section of Hakone. The room is much bigger than average hotels, but the facility is a little bit old. We tried the hot spring and Yukado. It was amazing. The buffet breakfast was the best part. You got the chance to taste great Japanese foods and deserts. There are some small restaurants within walking distance in the area. There are buses taking you to Lake Ashi and all the sightseeing spots in Hakone. There is a green pasture wetland trail close to the hotel, which is really a pleasant surprise for this trip.

ホテルの内装は、おしゃれでキレイな感じでした。北館南館に分かれていて、地下通路でしか移動出来ないので、ご飯やお風呂の時がめんどくさかったです。あと、夕食の肉料理のシュラスコは、固くて噛みきれず、肉好きの子供も残していました。海鮮丼の具や刺身は種類が少なく、パスタの味がなかったり、ちゃんと味見してるのかな？と思うような料理もあり…。あとは子供が食べれるような物が少なかったので、もう少し子供が喜びそうな物を置いてもらえると有難いかなと。先日テレビで紹介されていて、かなり期待していたので、とても残念でした。毎年色々旅行に行きますが、美味しいと思える物がなかったのは初めてでした。

ウェルカムドリンクと、ミニミニケーキを食べてから、部屋に行きました。部屋は、きちんとしていて良かったです。冷蔵庫は、霜で固まってた為か？全く冷やせませんでした。食事は、海鮮フェア8/31までで、新鮮、色々な料理も有り美味しかったです。朝食のオムレツは、オーダーで作ってもらえたので良かったです。大浴場も、綺麗で、とても良かったです。又、行きたいと思ってます
